The ten rows no free archive reaches

Where this came from. On the Following overview, the ADS-B verdict table — the one that re-tests every row of the register against raw position traces this investigation pulled and keeps in the repository — carries a row reading "No archive coverage", and the cell beside it prints 10. This page is those ten rows. The verdict means exactly one thing: no free archive this investigation can query holds the claimed date at all. It is a limit of the archives, not a deletion, not suppression, and not a refutation of the claim.

What this slice is

A row is in this list when the ADS-B re-test could not reach the claimed UTC day for any airframe — including control aircraft with no connection to this case, which is the test that separates a retention boundary from a removal. That is what distinguishes this cell from Not heard, where an archive does serve that day and holds no trace of the named airframe. Here there is nothing to serve. Every row on this page is therefore undecided by primary position data in both directions: the free archives neither corroborate it nor refute it.

What the specifics show

This is one continuous window at the very start of the compiled record. All ten dates fall between 5 October 2022 and 15 January 2023 — eight in 2022, two in 2023 — and no two rows share a date. That shape is the point: the day-by-day free archives this investigation can query do not reach back that far, and the one free archive that does reach 2022 publishes only the first of every month — which covers none of these ten dates, because not one of them falls on the 1st. So the earliest stretch of the claim is the stretch primary position data cannot speak to at all. It is not that these ten rows were checked and failed. They could not be checked.

One aircraft, seven airports, and nothing at any of them. Every row names SU-BTT, the Falcon 7X, hex 0101D3. The claimed fields are scattered — KJFK, KORD twice, KICT twice, KILG twice, KSTL, KBGR, KATL — across seven states with no concentration anywhere. There are zero ground confirmations on this page, because there are no traces at all.

The tracking-site audit did reach eight of the ten, and it does not agree with itself about them. Working from tracking-site pages rather than raw position data, the audit called five of these rows InaccurateOWENS-001, OWENS-002, OWENS-005, OWENS-045 and OWENS-008 — with the register recording that the aircraft was in France from 25 September to 10 November 2022, which is the stated reason the three earliest 2022 rows fail. It called three Accurate: OWENS-004 (Wichita, 13 November 2022), OWENS-006 (St. Louis, 20 December 2022) and OWENS-007 (Bangor, 27 December 2022). On the remaining two, OWENS-043 and OWENS-044, the audit reported an archive gap of its own. So on this slice the position data is silent but the record is not empty — it is just weaker, and it points both ways.

The Kirk side is thinner still. All ten rows are Erika-alone claims; Charlie Kirk is not claimed present on any of them. Only one of the ten falls on a day this site independently sources a Kirk or TPUSA appearance — OWENS-002, 20 October 2022 — and that appearance is Charlie Kirk at Florida State University in Tallahassee, Florida, while the row claims the jet at Chicago, Illinois. Seven of the ten have no sourced Kirk or TPUSA appearance within three days anywhere at all. Two more come within two and three days of one, in a different state each time.

And the Erika cells themselves are states, not places. They read "New York", "Illinois", "Kansas", "Delaware", "Missouri" — and on two rows, OWENS-007 and OWENS-008, the sheet never stated an Erika location at all. The register records these as the sheet gives them.

What this list cannot tell you

  • Nothing on this page is a deletion. "No archive coverage" is an archive limit and it is described that way in every cell above. The free archives simply do not hold these dates — the same probe returns nothing for control airframes with no connection to this case, which is the test that distinguishes a retention boundary from a removal. Calling any of this suppression would be false.
  • It is not a refutation either, and it is not a confirmation. These ten rows are undecided by primary data in both directions. A reader who wants the claim to be true and a reader who wants it to be false get exactly the same answer here: nothing.
  • A trace locates an aircraft. It never places a person aboard — and on this page there are no traces to begin with.
  • Erika Kirk's presence is established on zero of these ten rows, as it is on zero rows anywhere in this register. Her flight logs are reported erased and no dated itinerary has ever been published by her, by the compilers, or by anyone else. The register notes that the sheet's Erika column often names a whole state and sometimes hedges with the word "potentially".
  • An absence in an archive is not evidence of absence. Nothing above suggests the aircraft was or was not at the claimed field.
  • On the count. The ADS-B verdict table on the Following overview prints 10 for this cell and this slice holds 10 — they agree. But the same overview's list of open problems says twenty rows "fall on dates no free archive reaches at all", as part of a 42-row figure. The register behind this page yields 10 for this verdict and 37 for Not heard, not 20 and 22. Both figures are printed here rather than reconciled: the tables above are counted straight out of the register, and the 20/22 pair on the overview is not reproduced by it.
  • Nobody here is accused of a crime. Every claim is attributed to the compilers or to the auditor and is reproduced so it can be checked.
