A row lands here when adsb_verdict in overlaps.csv reads NOT_HEARD. That verdict has a precise and narrow meaning: the row named a tail number and a date, a free archive covering that date was queried, that archive did return traces for other aircraft on that day — so it was working and had coverage — and it held nothing for this airframe. What the specifics show
This is the largest single verdict in the register, and it decides nothing. Thirty-seven of the 85 rows come back Not heard — more than any other ADS-B outcome — and every one of them leaves the underlying claim exactly where it was. The archive answered, it had coverage, and it had nothing for that airframe. Parked with the transponder off, outside volunteer receiver coverage, and a wrong claimed date are all indistinguishable from the outside.
Four rows sit inside a ground stay this site's own flight records log, which is the clearest illustration of what Not heard means. OWENS-056 (3 May 2024) and OWENS-057 (10 May 2024) both claim St. Louis, and both fall inside an 84-day SU-BND ground stay this site logs at Provo (KPVU), running 19 April to 12 July 2024 — a different field from the one those two rows name, which is the shape of the auditor's Inaccurate on both. OWENS-037 and OWENS-066, both claiming 7 July 2025 at Provo, fall inside a 113-day SU-BND stay at Provo running 23 May to 13 September 2025 — here the logged field and the claimed field are the same one. On those four rows the aircraft is recorded as sitting on a ramp for months — and a parked aircraft that is not transmitting is precisely the thing a receiver network cannot hear. Silence there is the expected result, not an anomaly.
The audit and the position data disagree on almost every row, and they are not measuring the same thing. Thirty-four of the 37 were marked Inaccurate by the tracking-site audit, which is a positive claim that the aircraft was somewhere else — most often Egypt. The ADS-B pass returned no trace either way. Three rows go the other direction: SITE-001 (2 April 2023, St. Louis metro) is marked Accurate by the audit, SITE-002 (11 February 2024, Lincoln) Partially accurate, and EXTRA-003 (23 April 2023, Topeka) was never reached by the audit at all. Where the two passes disagree, both readings are printed here rather than one being chosen.
Wichita and Kansas dominate, and the duplicates are concentrated there. KICT carries 11 of the 37 rows and Kansas 12, ahead of Nebraska's 10. Three dates appear twice — OWENS-031/OWENS-061 on 12 January 2025, OWENS-033/OWENS-063 on 15 March 2025, and OWENS-037/OWENS-066 on 7 July 2025 — which is why 37 rows resolve to 34 distinct dates. The register's own notes flag those pairs as mechanical duplicates inside the source sheet; neither copy is deleted here, because a duplicated row in a sheet whose headline is a count is itself a fact about the count.
Five of the 37 fall on a day this site can independently source a Kirk or Turning Point appearance, and two of those five point away from the claim. OWENS-048 claims Wilmington, Delaware on 27 March 2023 while the sourced appearance that day is at Texas Christian University in Fort Worth, Texas. OWENS-022 claims Wichita, Kansas on 18 March 2024 while the sourced appearance is at San Diego State University in California. Same day, wrong side of the country. The three that do line up geographically are SITE-001 (a TPUSA Faith launch in Jefferson City with the aircraft claimed in the St. Louis metro), EXTRA-003 (a TPUSA Faith event in Topeka with the aircraft claimed at Topeka's own field) and EXTRA-005 (Lincoln). The remaining 32 rows have no same-day sourced appearance at all.
Twenty-nine of the 37 rest on Erika Kirk alone. Four are attributed to a Turning Point event with neither Kirk claimed, three name both Kirks, and one — EXTRA-005 — names Charlie Kirk without her. Not one of the 37 produced a ground confirmation.
What this list cannot tell you
- Not heard is an archive limit. It is not a deletion, not suppression, and not a refutation. Every row on this page is undecided. Anyone quoting this page as evidence that a flight was erased is misreading it, and anyone quoting it as evidence that a claim was disproved is misreading it in the other direction.
- An absence in an archive is not evidence of absence. A volunteer receiver network heard nothing. That is all. On four of these rows this site's own flight log says the aircraft was parked for weeks, which is exactly what produces silence.
- A trace locates an aircraft. It never places a person aboard. There are no traces at all on these 37 rows, so nothing here locates either an aircraft or a person.
- Erika Kirk's presence is established on zero rows — on these 37 and across the whole register — even though 29 of them are attributed to her alone. Her flight logs are reported erased and no itinerary was ever published, so there is no document against which any of these dates could be checked on her side.
- The audit's "Inaccurate" on 34 rows is the auditor's finding against paid tracking-site history, not this site's. It is recorded as his verdict, alongside the ADS-B result that neither confirms nor contradicts it.
- No count on this page differs from the overview. The overview's ADS-B verdict table prints 37 for "Not heard" and this register holds 37. Note separately that the audit figures elsewhere on that page are stated against the 78 rows the auditor worked from, not the 85 this register now holds — which is why
