Rows the tracking-site audit called partially accurate
Where this came from. On the Following overview, the table that reports what the tracking-site audit made of each claimed overlap has a cell reading "Partially accurate — right aircraft and date, wrong route or duration." That cell counts 8 rows, and these are those eight.
What this slice is
A row lands here when the audit pass over the flight-tracking sites found the aircraft and the date to be real, but found the surrounding claim wrong in a way that matters — a route compressed, a multi-day stay reported as a single day, an origin misnamed, a departure counted as an arrival. The verdict sits between accurate and inaccurate and it is the register's way of saying the underlying flight happened and the story told about it did not survive checking. To reproduce the list from overlaps.csv, take every row whose audit_verdict is partial. Eight rows qualify, spread over seven distinct dates — 3 April 2024 carries two of them.

What the specifics show
All eight rows name the same aircraft — SU-BTT, the Egyptian government-registered Dassault Falcon 7X, hex 0101D3. No other tail appears in this slice at all. Geographically the eight concentrate hard on one corridor: four rows in Nebraska, three of them at Omaha Eppley (OWENS-020, OWENS-038, OWENS-039) and one at Lincoln (SITE-002). Two are in Kansas at Wichita, both on the same date, 3 April 2024. Missouri and Delaware contribute one each. Chronologically the weight is recent: one row in 2023, four in 2024, three in 2025.
Seven of the eight are corroborated in the air by recovered position data, and the closest approaches are genuinely close — 0.31 km on OWENS-020, 0.50 km on OWENS-039, 1.33 km on OWENS-038, 1.43 km on both 3 April 2024 rows, 1.75 km on SITE-005, 2.22 km on OWENS-046. What that corroborates is an arrival, a departure or a low pass over the named field. Zero of the eight carry a ground-position confirmation — not one of these traces contains a position transmitted with the on-ground flag set at the claimed airport, which the register itself calls ordinary, because volunteer receiver coverage of a parked aircraft is thin. Three of the eight do carry a logged ground stay in the flight record: OWENS-038 and OWENS-039 each show a same-day entry-and-hop at Omaha, and SITE-005 shows one night, 10 to 11 September 2025, at Wilmington.
The eighth row, SITE-002 (Lincoln, 11 February 2024), is a Not heard result. That is an archive limit, not a finding and certainly not a deletion: the free archives served other airframes that day and hold no trace for this one, and parked-with-the-transponder-off, outside-receiver-coverage and a-wrong-claimed-date all look identical from outside. It is recorded as unresolved and must be read that way.
The list is at its weakest exactly where the audit says it is. Only 3 of the 8 rows fall on a day this site can independently source a Kirk or Turning Point appearance, and two of those three are the same event — Charlie Kirk's Live Free Tour stop at the University of Kansas in Lawrence on 3 April 2024, logged twice as OWENS-024 and SITE-003. On that date the row's own recorded counterargument points the wrong way for the following claim: the aircraft had been sitting at Wichita since 29 March and departed at 08:43 on the morning of the appearance, and Wichita is roughly 160 miles from Lawrence, whose nearest field is KLWC at 3 miles. The two Nebraska rows tagged "TPUSA event, neither Kirk" rest on a chapter opening in Lincoln on 11 February 2024, and the row notes plainly that a chapter opening is not a Kirk appearance and that nothing places Charlie Kirk in Lincoln that day. Four rows claim Erika Kirk alone, and on all four the location cell is a state name rather than a place — "Missouri", "Nebraska", and on SITE-005 the cell reads "Nebraska/Delaware", two states offered as alternatives where one place belongs.
What this list cannot tell you
- A trace proves an aircraft was there. It never proves who was aboard. Seven corroborated approaches to a runway establish that a Falcon 7X flew over or into those fields. They identify no passenger and no crew. On
SITE-005, the row that sits on 10 September 2025, the aircraft is confirmed and the occupancy is not. - Erika Kirk's presence is established on zero rows — on these eight and across the entire register. Her flight logs are reported erased and no itinerary was ever published. On
SITE-005the spreadsheet cell says "Nebraska/Delaware" while Erika Kirk has said she was at home in Arizona with her mother that day; neither version is independently documented, and the site records both. Erika Kirk and Candace Owens are living people, neither is charged with anything, and nothing on this page alleges a crime by anyone. - "Not heard" is an archive limit, not a deletion.
SITE-002is the one row in this slice with that verdict. An absence in a volunteer-network archive is not evidence the aircraft was elsewhere, and it is not evidence anything was removed. - "Corroborated" here means corroborated in the air only. With zero ground confirmations across all eight rows, none of them can establish that the aircraft actually stopped, how long it stayed, or whether anyone got off.
- The ordinary explanation is on the record and is not weak. The rows themselves carry it: Duncan Aviation is recorded as having held the Egyptian Air Force Falcon maintenance account since 1999, with Lincoln as its main plant, and Yingling Aviation at Wichita is an FAA Part 145 Dassault Falcon service centre. Nebraska, Kansas and Wilmington-as-customs-stop are what that contract produces on its own.
- Counting note. This register holds 85 rows, and the tracking-site audit returned a substantive verdict on 73 of them: 21 accurate, 44 inaccurate, and these 8 partially accurate. The other twelve got no verdict — five were never published, five were added to the register after the audit was done and were never reached by it, and two fall outside what the flight archive can assess. So "8 partially accurate" is 8 of 73 adjudicated rows, not 8 of 85. Separately, the auditor's own published percentages are stated against the 78-row file he worked from, so a figure quoted from him uses a third denominator again.
