The Charlie/TPUSA rows the archives cannot decide
Where this came from. On the Following overview, the ledger table that splits the Charlie Kirk and TPUSA side of the register into corroborated, refuted and undecided carries a cell reading "Charlie Kirk + TPUSA — archives cannot answer". This page is that cell, and it holds 11 rows. The same ledger holds 24 rows in total: 13 that recovered position data corroborates, 0 that it refutes, and these 11 that it can neither corroborate nor refute.
What this slice is
A row is in this list if two things are true. First, the claim involves Charlie Kirk or a Turning
Point USA event — either Charlie's presence is claimed on the row, or both Kirks are claimed, or
the row is matched to a TPUSA appearance with neither Kirk named. Second, the ADS-B pass came back
undecided: either the free archives cover the date but hold no trace for the named airframe
(Not heard, 8 rows), or the claim names no tail number at all, so there is nothing to look up
(No aircraft named, 3 rows). Rows that came back corroborated or refuted are in the sibling
cells, not here. Reproduce the list from overlaps.csv by keeping every Charlie-or-TPUSA row whose
ADS-B verdict is neither "at the claimed airport" nor "elsewhere".

What the specifics show
This is the part of the Charlie and TPUSA ledger where the evidence runs out, and it runs out in two different ways. Eight rows are Not heard: the free volunteer archives cover the date and served other airframes, but hold no trace for the tail on the row. Three rows — EXTRA-002 (9 April 2024, Omaha), EXTRA-001 (14 September 2024, Lincoln) and EXTRA-007 (29 April 2025, Lincoln) — name no aircraft at all, so there is nothing to look up. Table C calls those three untestable as published, which is the honest description.
The list has a sharp internal paradox, and it is the most useful thing on this page. Five of the 11 rows land on a same-day, independently sourced Kirk or TPUSA appearance — SITE-001 at the TPUSA Faith tour launch in Jefferson City, EXTRA-003 at TPUSA Faith's Kingdom to the Capitol in Topeka, EXTRA-005 at Charlie's Lincoln appearance, EXTRA-002 at the Win Every Vote rally in Omaha, and EXTRA-007 at a TPUSA student town hall. Those are the best-sourced events in the whole ledger. They are also, twice over, the rows with the worst aircraft sourcing: EXTRA-002 and EXTRA-007 name no tail. (The third no-tail row, EXTRA-001, has no same-day sourced appearance at all.) A well-documented Kirk appearance does not make an aircraft claim testable.
EXTRA-005 goes further and cuts against the register. Charlie Kirk's Lincoln appearance on 25 August 2023 is sourced, but the same audit places SU-BTT in Egypt that day, and Table A records that the jet was elsewhere per the audit. The row is kept in the register so the negative is not lost. It is recorded here as Not heard on the ADS-B pass and Inaccurate on the tracking-site audit.
Kansas and Nebraska carry this list almost entirely — five rows each, one Missouri row. Four of the Kansas rows are Wichita (KICT), and three of those four are the March 2025 pair-plus-one: OWENS-033 and OWENS-063 are the same 15 March 2025 claim carried under two sheet indices, which is why 11 rows resolve to 10 distinct dates, and OWENS-034 repeats the pattern a week later on 22 March 2025. All three are Not heard and all three were marked Inaccurate by the audit.
Nothing in this list is confirmed on the ground: ground-position confirmations are zero. And the tracking-site audit did not reach four of these 11 rows at all, so on those four there is neither an audit verdict nor an ADS-B verdict to lean on. The newest row, EXTRA-007, traces to amplifier accounts posting on 5–6 August 2026 and crediting a broadcaster, rather than to any flight record; the next newest, EXTRA-001, traces to a single X reply of 1 November 2025.
What this list cannot tell you
- Nothing here is a deletion. Every one of the eight Not heard rows means a volunteer ADS-B network's receivers did not hear that airframe on that date. A parked aircraft with the transponder off, an airframe outside receiver coverage, and a wrong claimed date all look identical from the outside. No archive gap on this page is being read as suppression.
- The three "no aircraft named" rows are not weak evidence — they are absent evidence. With no tail number there is no airframe to query, so there is nothing to be right or wrong about.
- A trace proves an aircraft was there. It never proves who was aboard. No row in this list even reaches that point, because no row here has a trace.
- Erika Kirk's presence is not established on any row. Three of these rows claim both Kirks, and on all three the Erika side is a location cell on the compiler's spreadsheet reading "Kansas / Delaware". Her flight logs are reported erased and no dated itinerary was ever published.
- A sourced event proves the event, not the pairing. The five same-day appearances above are sourced to this site's own speaking-events catalog. They say where a Kirk or a TPUSA event was. They say nothing about any aircraft.
- Where the overview and this register disagree, both figures get printed. The tracking-site audit worked from 78 rows; this register holds 85. Four rows here were never reached by that audit at all.
