The three Erika rows position data refutes

Where this came from. On the Following overview, the ledger table splits the register by whose presence the row claims and then by what recovered position data says about it. The cell reading "Erika Kirk — refuted" holds 3 rows. This page is those three rows, in full.

What this slice is

A row lands here when two things are both true. First, the compiler's sheet claims Erika Kirk alone — Charlie Kirk is not claimed on the row, and no TPUSA event is attached to it. All three rows carry the attendee class "Erika Kirk alone". Second, recovered ADS-B position data for the named airframe on the claimed date exists and puts it somewhere else: the verdict ELSEWHERE, which requires that the aircraft was actually heard that day, so the closest recovered position can be measured against the claimed airport. That second condition is what separates this list from the much larger undecided one — a row where the archives simply hold nothing is not refuted, it is unheard. Filter overlaps.csv for attendee_class = ERIKA_ONLY and adsb_verdict = ELSEWHERE and you reproduce these three.

What the specifics show

The three refutations are not the same size. OWENS-050 (12 May 2023, KSTL) and OWENS-036 (18 June 2025, KOMA) are refuted by 7,034 km and 10,140 km respectively — continental distances, consistent with the Kanekoa audit's own conclusion that the airframe was in Egypt on both dates. OWENS-015 (9 May 2023, CYYR) is refuted by 1,063 km, which is a different kind of miss: an aircraft on a transatlantic leg is 1,063 km from Goose Bay for part of the day almost by definition. Two of these three rows are wrong about the continent; one is wrong about the waypoint on a routing the sheet otherwise describes correctly.

OWENS-015 is also the only row in the slice where the two passes disagree with each other. The tracking-site audit called it Accurate overall; the recovered position data reads ELSEWHERE. Both readings are published here rather than reconciled. The register does not silently pick a winner when its two independent passes conflict.

The other pattern is that all three dates are Erika-only rows with nothing on the Kirk side. Table B records the same result on every line: no sourced Kirk or TPUSA appearance within three days, anywhere, and no Kirk-side aircraft on record. Even before the position data is consulted, these three rows have no confirmed person at either end. The OWENS-036 row makes the point most sharply — the register notes that the only well-dated joint Charlie-and-Erika appearance in the whole window before 10 September 2025 is Grapevine, Texas, 13–15 June 2025, and that no aircraft in this investigation was in Texas for it.

This slice weakens the compiler's claim rather than supporting it, and it is published on the same footing as the corroborated slices for exactly that reason. Note also how small it is: 3 rows. Position data refutes far fewer rows than it corroborates or fails to reach, so the honest headline is that most of the register is still undecided, not that most of it is disproven.

What this list cannot tell you

  • A trace proves an aircraft was there. It never proves who was aboard. These three refutations work in the negative direction only: they show the airframe was elsewhere. Even a corroborated position would not have placed any passenger in the cabin.
  • Erika Kirk's presence is not established on any row — not on these three and not anywhere in the register, where the count of rows with established Erika presence is zero. Her flight logs are reported erased and no dated itinerary was ever published, so the "Erika location" column here is the compiler's claim rather than a source.
  • "Refuted" refutes the claimed location, not the compiler's honesty. A wrong cell in a volunteer spreadsheet is an error. Nothing on this page asserts that anyone committed a crime or falsified anything, and no such assertion should be read into it.
  • No archive gap appears in this slice, and none is being read as a deletion. Every row here was heard — that is the precondition for ELSEWHERE. Where sibling pages carry NOT_HEARD or NO_ARCHIVE_COVERAGE, those are limits of what free volunteer archives hold, never suppression and never evidence of absence.
  • Ground confirmations here are 0. The 9 May 2023 Goose Bay row has a logged ground stay of 0 days with no times captured; that is a logged transit, not a recovered on-ground position.
  • Where this count differs from the overview, both are printed. The tracking-site audit worked from 78 rows; this register holds 85. Any audit-derived figure and any register-derived figure are counting different populations.
