What the specifics show
Delaware is a one-field state in this register, and a one-person claim. All 11 overlap rows name KILG and nothing else, and all 11 are Erika Kirk alone — Charlie Kirk is claimed on none of them. That is different from every other state in the clustering table, and it means the Delaware column of the five-state argument stands or falls entirely on where Erika Kirk was, which is the half of the claim with no published document behind it.
The archives split the 11 three ways, and only one of those ways is a positive result. Five rows are corroborated by recovered position data — OWENS-011, OWENS-013, OWENS-021, OWENS-027 and SITE-005. Four rows come back Not heard: the archives served other airframes those days and hold no trace for this one, which is an archive limit, not a deletion. Two rows — OWENS-005 and OWENS-043, both November 2022 — come back No archive coverage: no free archive we can reach holds that date at all, for any airframe, which is again an archive limit and not suppression. Exactly one row in the state is the strongest evidence class: OWENS-013, 20 April 2023, SU-BTT on the ground and transmitting 0.56 km from the field.
The two same-day pairings both point out of state. OWENS-048 (27 March 2023) sits against a sourced Charlie Kirk appearance at Texas Christian University in Fort Worth, Texas. SITE-005 (10 September 2025) sits against Charlie Kirk at Utah Valley University in Orem, Utah — and on that row the compilation spreadsheet places Erika Kirk in "Nebraska/Delaware" while Erika Kirk's own account places her in Arizona. Seven of the 11 rows have no sourced Kirk or TPUSA appearance within three days anywhere in the country, and two more have their nearest sourced appearance two or three days away, in Arizona and Kansas.
The landings table is where the innocent explanation gets its teeth. Delaware carries 16 logged ground stays at KILG, and only four of them are the aircraft the overlap claims name: SU-BTT appears four times, while SU-BTU appears five times and SU-BTV seven — and neither of those two tails is claimed as a following aircraft on a single Delaware overlap row. Every one of those stays but one carries the same note: an outbound stop, followed by a direct run to Cairo, timed between 9:36 and 11:11. The 1 December 2024 SU-BTU row states the pattern in full — "Wilmington appears on the outbound leg only, every time, for three years." A field that the whole fleet uses on its way home, on a fixed rhythm, whether or not anybody claims a Kirk was near it, is behaving like a customs and fuel stop.
The one Kirk-side event in the state cuts the same way. Table E holds a single row: 3 October 2022, the Live Free Tour at the University of Delaware, 12 miles from KILG — and the register records Charlie present: no, Erika present: no. The speaker of record was Candace Owens, who later compiled the overlap sheet. It also predates all 11 overlap claims. Delaware has, in this register, no sourced Charlie Kirk appearance at all.
One row here is older than every claim and was not claimed by anyone. The final line of Table D records SU-BTT on the ground at Wilmington on 1 June 2022, first fix 11:31:13 UTC at 0.71 km, sourced by this investigation from primary data rather than from any tracker. It is the earliest US position held for that aircraft. It supports the aircraft being in the United States earlier than the published claims say, and it supports nothing at all about who was near it.
What this list cannot tell you
- A trace proves an aircraft was there. It never proves who was aboard. The one ground confirmation in this state, OWENS-013, says so in the register's own words: "It places NOBODY aboard."
- Erika Kirk's presence is not established on any row — and all 11 Delaware rows are Erika claims. Her flight logs are reported erased and no dated itinerary was ever published. Four of the 11 rows give her location as the single word "Delaware"; six name two or more places at once — "Delaware / Nebraska" three times, plus "Delaware / Missouri", "Delaware / Utah" and "Wichita / DE / potentially Giza" — and the eleventh is contradicted by Erika Kirk's own account. A state is not a location.
- The six rows that returned nothing are archive limits, not deletions. Four Not heard and two No archive coverage. Parked with the transponder off, outside volunteer receiver coverage, and a wrong claimed date all look identical from the outside. None of the six is evidence the aircraft was elsewhere, and none of them is evidence anything was suppressed.
- A customs stop is an explanation, not a verdict. The 16 logged stays are consistent with Wilmington being an outbound clearance field, and this page reports that because it is what the record says. It does not rule out any other use of the field; it removes the surprise from the count.
- Nobody is accused of anything here. Candace Owens made the compilation claims publicly under her own name and is named as the person who made them; @KanekoaTheGreat is named as the auditor. Aircraft owners, crew, passengers and ground staff are unnamed living persons and stay unnamed.
- Where the overview and this register disagree, both figures get printed. They disagree on Delaware. The overview's location table prints 21 landings for Wilmington and its closing paragraph says "twelve departures and zero arrivals"; the flights table behind this page holds 16 logged ground stays at KILG. This page's number is the flights table's, the overview's numbers are the location page's tallies, and neither has been quietly conformed to the other. On the register as a whole the same applies: the tracking-site audit worked from 78 rows, this register holds 85.
