The six rows matched to a Turning Point event with neither Kirk

Where this came from. On the Following overview, the table headed "The question people actually ask" carries the line "Overlaps at a Turning Point event where neither Kirk is claimed present" and prints 6 rows across 6 distinct dates. This page is that cell, opened up. All six rows are below, with the aircraft, the field, the date, both verdicts, and the page for every row. The register count and the overview count agree here: six and six.

What this slice is

A row is in this list when the register records a Turning Point USA event as claimed for that date and records Charlie Kirk as not claimed and Erika Kirk as not claimed on the same row. The Kirk side of these six is therefore an organisation's event, not a person's location — nobody is placed anywhere by the claim itself. Any row naming Charlie, and any row naming Erika, is excluded and lives in a different cut. To reproduce the list from overlaps.csv: take the rows whose attendee class is TPUSA_NO_KIRK.

What the specifics show

Six rows, six dates, and a perfectly even geographic split — two rows each in Kansas, Missouri and Nebraska. Every row names SU-BTT, the Dassault Falcon 7X carrying ICAO hex 0101D3; one of them, SITE-001 on 2 April 2023, names SU-BND alongside it. The whole slice sits in a ten-month band from 1 April 2023 to 11 February 2024, four rows in 2023 and two in 2024.

Two of the six carry recovered position data putting the aircraft at the field the row names. OWENS-010 (1 April 2023) has a position 0.41 km from KSTL, and OWENS-020 (9 February 2024) has one 0.31 km from KOMA. Both are airborne positions — an arrival, a departure or a low pass — and none of the six rows has a single on-ground confirmation. That is the weakest thing on this page and it belongs at the top: nothing here shows this aircraft parked at any of these six fields on any of these six dates.

The remaining four rows are Not heard, which is an archive limit and nothing more. SITE-001, EXTRA-003, OWENS-049 and SITE-002 were all queried and the free archives returned no trace for that airframe on that day. Parked with the transponder off, outside volunteer receiver coverage, and a wrong claimed date are indistinguishable from that result. None of the four is evidence the aircraft was elsewhere, and none is evidence anything was removed.

Only two of the six land on a day this site can independently source a Turning Point appearance — SITE-001, on the day of the TPUSA Faith tour launch in Jefferson City, and EXTRA-003, on the day of the Topeka stop of the same tour. On both, the compilers' own record works against the pairing: Jefferson City is 130 miles from St. Louis and has its own airport, KJEF, three miles from the venue, and the compiler footnoted the two-hour drive himself; and the register records SU-BTT as having left Wichita on 20 April 2023, three days before the Topeka date. The audit calls OWENS-049 outright inaccurate, its stated Wichita departure date running five days later than the movement the auditor found.

What is actually being claimed on these six rows is thinner than the tally suggests. The register records no Kirk on any of them — neither Charlie nor Erika is even claimed — so the Kirk side is an organisation holding an event in a state, matched against an aircraft that was somewhere in that state. That is a state-level coincidence test, and on two of the six rows the aircraft and the event are not even in the same metro area.

What this list cannot tell you

  • A trace proves an aircraft was there. It never proves who was aboard. The two corroborated rows place a Falcon 7X near KSTL and near KOMA. They place no person on it, and the register's own position notes say so on the row.
  • Erika Kirk's presence is established on zero rows — here and everywhere else in this register. She is not even claimed on any of these six. Her flight logs are reported erased and no itinerary was ever published, so nothing on this page or any sibling page can place her at a field.
  • Charlie Kirk is not claimed on any of these six rows either. Nothing here should be read as placing him in Missouri, Kansas or Nebraska on these dates.
  • An absence in an archive is not evidence of absence. The four Not heard rows mean the free archives held no trace for that airframe on that date. They are archive limits — not deletions, not suppression, and not proof the aircraft was elsewhere.
  • Where the counts differ. The overview cell prints 6 rows across 6 distinct dates and this register cut returns exactly that — the two agree. One narrower figure on the overview does not: its prose describes three dates in the surviving same-day set as a Turning Point event with no Kirk at it, while this cut finds two of its six rows falling on a day this site independently sources a TPUSA appearance. The two here are SITE-001 and EXTRA-003. The reproducible number is the one derived from the rule stated above and the six rows printed on this page.
