Planes That Followed Them

Trackers on X, led in public by Candace Owens, say Egyptian-registered VIP jets repeatedly landed at the same airports Charlie Kirk, Erika Kirk, or a TPUSA event used — the same day, the day before, or the day after — and they count that coincidence in the high sixties to the high seventies. Every figure on this page is a researcher tally read from public ADS-B history, not a confirmed record. The full X discussion, one topic at a time, is on X Discussions of the Following Planes.

The claim is not one dramatic flight. It is the repetition: SU-BTT (the "yellow plane"), SU-BND (the "blue plane"), and the rest of the Israel/Egyptian armada showing up at the same fields the Kirks and TPUSA used, often small regional or Army airfields, across a window researchers date from 2022 through September 2025. The existing hub for that allegation is Planes Following Charlie or Erika. This directory is the public location-by-location log of that same claim; the first page in it is the X-discussion dump, because the counts, the dates, and the disputes all started as posts.

The published tallies do not agree, and the disagreement is itself the finding. Owens's team and amplifiers have used 73 Erika / about 23 Charlie, 72, "70+", 68 Erika of which 29 also hit Charlie, 65–75, and 77. Liz Wheeler says that under a same-airport, same-day rule the overlap dwindles to one — Utah on September 10. KanekoaTheGreat says 66 percent of the spreadsheet locations are wrong and 60 percent put the jets on the wrong continent. Those numbers are recorded side by side on the X discussions page; they are not averaged.

What to read next: start with the X discussions page if you want every sourced post, then the hub for the compressed claim, then the tail-number pages — SU-BTT, SU-BND, SU-BTU — and Erika's erased flight logs, because the Erika side of every tally is the weak side. The location pages are now live — Provo, Lincoln, Omaha, Wichita, Wilmington, St. Louis, Minot and Detroit, each with its own date range, arrival log, overlap table and counterargument. They are indexed in the table below.

The count dispute, shown as a dispute

Do not pick a winner from this table. The X discussions page quotes the posts that produced each number.

  • 73 / ~23 — Owens-team headline, also in the investigation file: Egyptian planes had 73 overlaps with Erika, only about 23 with Charlie.
  • 72 — "@JustTheTweets17, 18 November 2025: "72 times those exact planes followed Erika Kirk, not a plane like it, those 2 planes.""
  • 70+ / around 70 / more than 70 — Shadow of Ezra, David Nino Rodriguez, and later Grok-on-X restatements.
  • 68 / 29 — Morgan Ariel, 17 November 2025: blue and yellow jets together, 2022–September 2025, 29 of them also including Charlie.
  • 65–75 — Liz Wheeler's paraphrase of the same spreadsheet.
  • 77 — two November/December 2025 posts treat 77 overlaps over 44 months as a "fact" in a debate.
  • 1 — Liz Wheeler's same-day, same-airport reduction: Utah, 9/10, after the shooting, jets already on the ground.

Counterargument

The innocent reading, stated on every page in this directory: Duncan Aviation at Provo has serviced Falcon and VIP jets under a relationship trackers themselves date to about 1999; Wichita is a Falcon-maintenance hub; Wilmington is a mid-Atlantic tech stop; Army fields are ordinary for a foreign government VIP jet. ADS-B has holes. Erika Kirk's flight logs are reported as erased, so most Erika "overlaps" are the foreign jet's track plus a claimed location for her. A page that hides that is propaganda. The X discussions page carries the Wheeler methodology critique, the Kanekoa spreadsheet audit, Erika Kirk's on-camera denial, John Cullen's maintenance argument, and the UTC-versus-local departure-time correction in full.

The chronological view

The index table sorts by place. Here the same record sorts by time, which is how the pattern is actually argued.

2022 — the claimed start of the window. Overlaps are dated from around 2022, which posters note aligns with the Kirk marriage timeline. The line-by-line audit finds the aircraft was in France from 25 September to 10 November 2022, invalidating the three earliest claimed overlaps outright, and finds parts of 2022 fall outside the flight archive it could search at all. What survives: Wichita 13 November, Wilmington 17–20 November, St. Louis 20 December, Bangor, Maine 27 December.

2023 — Missouri and Kansas. SU-BND lands at St. Louis on 21 February and stays until May. SU-BTT reaches St. Louis 25 February and again 1 April; TPUSA Faith kicks off its tour with a Sean Feucht event in Jefferson City, Missouri on 2 April — two hours' drive from St. Louis, a distance the timeline's own compiler footnoted rather than hid. SU-BTT reaches Wichita 14 April; a TPUSA Faith "Kingdom to the Capitol" event runs in Topeka, Kansas on 23 April, three days after the aircraft departed. Charlie Kirk speaks in Lincoln, Nebraska on 25 August 2023 — a date on which the audit places the aircraft in Egypt.

2024 — Nebraska, then Utah for the first time. SU-BTT reaches Omaha 9 February, hops to Lincoln, stays five days; TPUSA opens a Lincoln chapter on 11 February, inside that stay. SU-BTT reaches Wichita 29 March; Charlie Kirk is at the University of Kansas on 3 April — the same morning the aircraft departs. SU-BND arrives at Provo 19 April; SU-BTT arrives at Provo 23 April via Williston, ND; Charlie Kirk does a "Prove Me Wrong" event at the University of Utah on 23 April. That is the tightest sourced pairing anywhere in the pre-2025 record.

2025 — the fleet converges on Provo. SU-BTU and SU-BGM are both at Provo in April. SU-BND arrives 23 May and does not leave for 113 days. SU-BTV arrives 27 May, departs 2 June. Nebraska rotations run 20–26 July and 17–23 August. SU-BTT arrives at Provo 4 September and departs 07:14 on 10 September. SU-BND leaves 13 September. And the rotations continue afterwards — SU-BTV flew the identical Lincoln rotation 5–11 October 2025, a month after Charlie Kirk's death.

The counter-chronology, in the same paragraph. Charlie Kirk was in Seoul, South Korea on 5 and 6 September 2025, per the same researcher timeline that supplies the pairings above. Erika Kirk has reportedly said she stayed home in Arizona on 10 September. Neither Kirk is documented at Provo at any point during the fleet's September presence.

The geographic view

The five-state clustering — Missouri, Delaware, Utah, Nebraska, Kansas — is real in the flight record. It resolves, on inspection, into something other than what the clustering implies:

StateFields usedWhat is actually there
NebraskaOmaha (KOMA), Lincoln (KLNK)Duncan Aviation's main plant, Lincoln — Egyptian Air Force account since 1999
KansasWichita (KICT)Yingling Aviation, FAA Part 145 Dassault Falcon service centre
DelawareWilmington (KILG)A major business-aviation customs and fuel field — used outbound only, 21 times, never inbound
MissouriSt. Louis (KSTL, KCPS, KSUS)Three metro fields; the TPUSA Faith launch was 2 hrs away in Jefferson City
UtahProvo (KPVU)Duncan Aviation Provo facility — and the September window

Four of the five states resolve to a maintenance or clearance function. Utah is the one that does not resolve cleanly, and it is where this section's attention belongs. That is not a concession that the other four are innocent; it is a statement about where the remaining work is.

The clustering also omits what does not fit. Detroit is not in it — the fleet used it twice as an entry point, and nothing was happening in Michigan. That is what you would expect if the itinerary were driven by maintenance and the cluster were an artefact of where TPUSA happened to have activity.

The route template, which never varies

Every US rotation by every Falcon in this fleet, across eleven months and three aircraft:

Cairo → Paris-Le Bourget → a US entry field → a 15–20 minute repositioning hop → sit six to eight days → Wilmington → Cairo.

  • The dwell is fixed at five to eight days, at every location, regardless of city. A tasking following a person would produce dwells tracking that person's schedule.
  • The repositioning hops are 15 to 19 minutes — Omaha→Lincoln seven times, St. Louis Lambert→Downtown once. No surveillance purpose is served by flying a Falcon 7X a quarter of an hour between two Nebraska cities. It is an aircraft moving itself to a shop.
  • The two Gulfstreams do not use Wilmington at all. SU-BND and SU-BGM route through Goose Bay, Newfoundland instead — a range split, not a mission split. The Falcon 7X can reach Cairo from Wilmington; the older Gulfstream IVs need the North Atlantic tech stop.

What the audit did and did not dissolve

The full row-by-row audit is on the hub. Its structural findings, which apply to every page in this directory:

  • The source list contains duplicated rows that are counted. Index 61 duplicates 31; 63 duplicates 33; 65 duplicates 35; and 56 is index 14 re-entered with the year advanced — the same claimed event, counted twice, with the second instance describing an aircraft 1,200 miles from where the sheet places it.
  • The matching window is ±3 days on every single row, per the sheet's own Overlap Window column. That is a seven-day window, conceded in a column of its own.
  • The sheet's own Charlie Present column reads "No" on 32 of 35 visible rows. On its own data, these aircraft were overwhelmingly not overlapping with Charlie Kirk.
  • Erika Kirk's location is sourced to "Instagram confirms presence" in the Notes column — undated, unlinked, unarchived.
  • The Event/Reason column names no actual events. Every entry is a category label — "TPUSA appearances / media," "TPUSA / campus engagement" — with no venue, city, or date a reader could check.

And the September core survives all of it. The auditor marks the 4 September Provo arrival accurate, the 13 September SU-BND departure accurate, the 23 May SU-BND Provo landing accurate, and confirms the 10 September departure while correcting its stated origin from "Paris" to Provo. The multi-year pattern does not survive. The September window does.

The investigation is better served by the narrow surviving claim than by the wide one. A seven-day-window spreadsheet with duplicate rows is what a hostile reviewer reaches for first, and reaching for it lets them dismiss the September facts along with it.

What we do not know

Named, so the holes are visible rather than papered over:

  1. No manifest for any leg has ever been published, by anyone, for any of these aircraft, at any location.
  2. The customs records are in North Dakota, not Utah. Every Provo arrival came in on a domestic leg from Minot. Whoever was aboard was processed there — and nobody has asked North Dakota for anything. This is the largest unexploited lead in the aircraft angle of the case.
  3. The Kirk-side event dates are largely uncited, coming from a researcher timeline circulated on X.
  4. The 27 May 2025 Provo arrival is attributed to two different aircraftSU-BTV in the flight-history export, SU-BTU in the Owens account. A named-passenger inference rests on which is right. SU-BTV is hex 0101D1, SU-BTU is hex 0101D0; the raw archive would settle it in minutes.
  5. The window itself is unresolved. The earliest overlap that survives audit is 13 November 2022 (Wichita) — but the auditor also notes the archive "doesn't go back this far" for some 2022 rows, so the true start is unknown in both directions.
  6. No Duncan Aviation work order, invoice, or shop record has been produced for any of these visits. A single confirmation of which airframes were in the shop on which dates would close most of this directory.
