UVU Sept 9 Foreknowledge

Proof Intel Services includes institutional foreknowledge indicators — not only planes and phones. A GRAMA document release (amplified by @danksterintel) describes two separate Sept 9, 2025 warnings before Charlie Kirk was shot on Sept 10 — with names redacted and no documented follow-through.

Warning #1 — "a plan" (10:35 PM, Sept 9)​

Per released chat logs (UVU 25-330:0023):

  • Event Services staff reported two people arrived asking to speak with police about "a plan"
  • Initially described as tied to "two senators" coming tomorrow
  • 11:19 PM walk-back: identified as "GOP reps who played like they knew more than they did"
  • Nobody documented what the plan was

Warning #2 — message for Charlie (2:23 PM, Sept 9)​

Separate email through UVU Police Chief Jeff Long's chain:

  • Subject: "FYI"
  • Body: someone "wants us to get a message to Charlie Kirk" — name and phone redacted
  • Undocumented whether message was delivered

Other GRAMA red flags (same release)​

  • Orem PD sent Charlie Kirk ticket link Sept 3 — later said "not involved" despite joint Public Order Unit
  • Run-Hide-Fight alert 88 minutes after shooting still had placeholder "Shooter in [INSERT location]"
  • First alert 19 min after shooting: "suspect in custody" — false; ~10,000 students remained on campus
  • No ambulance on site; 6 campus cops for ~3,000 crowd; faculty no active-shooter training

Intelligence read​

Foreknowledge does not require CIA logos — it requires someone knew enough to flag police or cabinet while redacting identities afterward. UVU acknowledges more documents exist and has refused release while citing security exemptions despite suspect in custody 7+ months (thread date context).

Citizen Investigator Claims on X​

(Intelligence-connection indicators discussed in public commentary — not a court finding that any service ordered the killing.)

  • Investigators cluster NCTC foreign-nexus shutdown claims (Joe Kent account), Bumblehive/Israeli phone posts (Tony Seruga), HADES low passes, Egyptian VIP jets at Provo, Fort Huachuca VIP traffic, and FBI procedural signatures (paving, bomb dogs, gag patterns) as a multi-indicator map — each item disputed in isolation.
  • Benny Johnson–style “state actors / professional hit” checklists recirculate as framing devices; prosecutors instead put on a lone-actor Robinson case in preliminary hearings.
