Stairs Guy Identity Gap

The FBI narrative collapses if the rooftop shooter on camera is not the same person as Tyler Robinson tracked across UVU that morning. Citizen video analysis — compiled in Charlie_Kirk.txt and the dedicated Tyler Robinson — Stairs Guy page — documents visible mismatches in backpack, hat, clothing, and rifle-carry plausibility. We do not claim to know who "Stairs Guy" is.

Core mismatch table

FeatureTyler on campus (morning / midday)Stairs / rooftop figure
BackpackLight blue, ~half fullDifferent pack, ~90–95% full
HatBlack hat, white logoDifferent headwear in stair clips
PantsLight shorts (morning)Dark jeans on rooftop suspect
ShirtMaroon T-shirt → later black flag shirtBlack long-sleeve / flag variants
Rifle carryScoped Mauser too large for shorts/pant legProne shooter on roof

CK_FILE logic: a 22-year-old would not swap backpacks and hats mid-escape; outfit change should shrink pack volume if a rifle were stowed — yet stairs footage shows a fuller pack.

Timeline: Tyler without backpack near stairs

CK movement timeline notes Tyler without backpack at 11:50–11:53 approaching tunnel/stairs — while the rooftop narrative requires him to have carried a scoped .30-06 through the same zone.

Independent witness claims

  • Filmmaker witness (via Candace Owens coverage): reportedly states "Tyler Robinson is NOT the guy"
  • Tyler's father (sources in CK posts): surveillance of stairs shooter did not look like Tyler; commentary compares figure to Robbie Hill — unverified identification

We do not state as fact that Robbie Hill or any named person was the shooter.

Black-clothing alternate suspect

Separate witness descriptions cite black trench coat, C-mask, cargo pants, small backpack — a different silhouette from Tyler-in-jeans media packaging. Commentary alleges a prone black figure on the roof an hour before the hit vanished from narrative once feds settled on Robinson.

Consequences if Stairs Guy ≠ Tyler

CK_FILE conclusions from mismatch proofs:

  • Gun IN / OUT through Tyler's clothing does not work
  • Someone else had to supply, stage, or retrieve the rifle — or it was pre-positioned
  • FBI lone gunman timeline fails without resolving identity on camera
