Why the Roof Is Its Own Section
The roof is the single load-bearing surface in the State's case. If the shot came from the Losee Center roof, then the person on that roof is the person who killed Charlie Kirk, and every other question — motive, associates, foreign involvement — hangs off identifying that figure. If the shot did not come from the roof, or if the figure on the roof did something other than fire the rifle, the case reorganizes completely. That is why the roof draws more frame-by-frame attention from citizen investigators than any other location in the investigation, and why the material had grown too large to keep scattered across Timeline, Cover-Up, and Law Enforcement alone. Late July 2026 X traffic — Candace Owens roof releases, Sam Parker annotations, and hundreds of amplify posts about crawl, flash, clothing, and helicopter tape — made a dedicated section necessary.
What the Disputes Actually Are
Almost none of the published objections dispute that someone was on a roof near the courtyard. They dispute sequence, geometry, clothing, discharge signatures, and identity. Reported testimony places a screwdriver past the railing and yellow tape at the access point; citizen review of KSL helicopter footage is said to show neither. Surveillance frames put a runner into a lateral crawl behind a low roof lip, which raises line-of-sight and "military training" arguments. Older and newer threads insist the figure is all black / black pants, not jeans. Separate camps say there is no muzzle flash or recoil, that a bright object was a pre-shot signal, that the roof person was a decoy, or that other buildings (Woodbury, Sorensen, Sparks) also had figures. These are measurable, checkable claims once continuous footage and evidence logs are public — not automatic proof of a multi-person conspiracy.
