According to an X post by @ProjectConstitu (Dec 19, 2025; ~112K views in file metrics), Bobby Harpole is a Texan with a long career in law enforcement. The post describes him as a former Erath County Sheriff's Captain and a retired Texas DPS Highway Patrolman, and states that after retiring he took a role as a funeral director / Funeral Associate at Lacy Funeral Home in the same county.
The same post describes him as a Past Master Mason at Stephenville Masonic Lodge #267. These are the biographical details as stated by the account. They have not been independently confirmed here, and are presented as reported claims rather than established fact.
Why these details are noted — and their limits
Independent researchers have pointed to the Harpole family's overlapping backgrounds — law enforcement, Freemasonry, and funeral services — as a reason for further questions about the private security around Charlie Kirk. This page records that these observations have circulated publicly.
It is important to be clear about what these details do and do not show. Serving in law enforcement, holding a Masonic membership, and later working in funeral services are all lawful, common occupations and affiliations.
