Background

Harpole is named in reporting and posts as the person who founded the firm that supplied Kirk's protective detail. Beyond his role as founder and his reported background as a former police officer, the verified record on him in connection with this case is limited.

Documented actions on September 10

According to the master file:

Harpole was Charlie Kirk's security chief / head of the contracted Integrity Security Solutions detail.
He was in the SUV with Kirk immediately after the shot.
He described hearing "two distinct sounds" when Kirk was struck.
He and Dan Flood reportedly jumped on Kirk to shield him from further harm.

UVU rooftop criticism and Jeff Long texts

Harpole gave multiple interviews (including the Shawn Ryan Show and Salt Lake Tribune) criticizing UVU Police Chief Jeff Long over what Harpole described as a failure to secure rooftops as promised. That characterization is Harpole's; Long has not been found by any court or inquiry to have breached a duty. The file states Harpole says he texted Long about rooftop concerns before the event.

Defense-witness commentary

Commentary in the investigation file lists Harpole among witnesses Tyler Robinson's defense should call for timeline and security-plan testimony. That is investigative opinion, not a filed subpoena.

An unverified online allegation

An X post by @ProjectConstitu, labeled by the account as "EXCLUSIVE," claims that side-by-side photos show Harpole was part of then-Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's personal security team in 2017, and asks, as a headline question, whether he could have been involved.

This is a serious allegation made against a living person. It is an unverified open-source claim built on a reverse-image comparison, and the post itself notes that the 2017 source photos lead to scrubbed or 404'd archives. No proof beyond the photo comparison is offered.

Why this is presented as a question only

There is no corroboration of this claim, and it is not a court finding. A visual resemblance in photographs is not evidence of identity, and a past security assignment, even if true, would not establish involvement in any crime.

This page documents the allegation solely because it has circulated publicly. It states no involvement as fact, accuses Harpole of nothing, and should be read as an open question raised by researchers that remains unproven.

Fort Huachuca meeting allegation (separate thread)

A separate investigation thread alleges an eyewitness saw Harpole among attendees at a Fort Huachuca meeting shortly before the assassination, alongside military-intelligence travel claims. Family background

According to an X post by @ProjectConstitu, Brian Harpole's father is Bobby Harpole, described as a retired Texas law-enforcement officer — a former Erath County Sheriff's Captain and Texas DPS Highway Patrolman — who is also described as a Past Master Mason and, after retiring, a funeral-services associate.
