Grey Van Shooter — Laser POI

@ProjectConstitu and collaborators argue an infrared laser visible on @DrFrankTurek's phone screen at the moment of impact traced back to a grey van parked behind and to the right of Charlie Kirk — tucked under the tent tunnel and partially obscured by the canopy. This page documents that person-of-interest theory. We do not assert any individual in or near the van committed a crime or had foreknowledge of the assassination.

Laser on Frank Turek's phone

According to Project Constitution's frame-by-frame analysis (with 4K footage credited to @JG_CSTT and @ckllr801):

  • Infrared lasers travel in straight lines; reverse-engineering the reflection angle on Turek's phone screen pointed investigators toward a fixed origin.
  • The enhanced reflection allegedly shows the beam emanating from inside a grey van at Charlie's rear-right, under the tunnel structure.
  • At the instant the laser winked out, footage allegedly shows a fleeting figure in the rear cargo area: light-colored shirt, bald or very short hair, prominent ears, gloves.

Project Constitution states this is not an accusation — the individual is a person of interest for tips only (projectconstitutionvideos@gmail.com). We reproduce that framing on the public site.

Hatch timing sequence

@HustleBitch_ posted a breakdown alleging:

  • The van's rear hatch opens approximately four seconds before the shot.
  • The hatch slams shut immediately after the crack echoes.

Commentators interpret that sequence as inconsistent with ordinary parking behavior at a public event. Alternative explanations (equipment loading, ventilation, unrelated timing) have not been ruled out in official statements.

Acoustic triangulation — 4940 Hz

@jonaaronbray (April 2026) analyzed audio from @ckllr801's near-van camera after @CumbyWilliam shared Lookout for Charlie footage. Reported findings include:

  • A 4940 Hz frequency peak with left-channel dominance on the camera closest to the van.
  • A mach cone pattern allegedly closer to van-side microphones than front-row crowd cameras.

See Possible Shooter Locations for how acoustics interact with rooftop and tent theories. @troofevades separately argued shot placement within roughly two meters of Charlie in the courtyard — a much closer origin than a 150-yard rooftop rifle would imply for sound delay.

Suspect profile (POI only)

From phone reflection and cross-referenced event footage, Project Constitution published a descriptive profile (not an identity assertion):

TraitReported
ShirtLight color
HairBald or very short
EarsProminent
HandsGloves (noted in some frames)
PositionRear cargo area of grey van at impact instant

A separate man was reportedly filmed loitering beside the van in tunnel shadows. Identity remains unconfirmed in mainstream reporting.

CornerShot / IR scope context

The master investigation file links IR laser sightings to CornerShot-style weapon theories (hinged barrel, screen aim, downward ejection). That overlaps Tent shooter theories and @stevendenoon's YouTube breakdown. We document the overlap; we do not assert a specific weapon was deployed from the van.

Van rear occupants — separate thread

@CumbyWilliam posted a genealogy thread alleging Dustin Brett Bednarz and family members at the rear of the grey van on 9/10/2025. That identification thread is documented on Van Man Bednarz — again as allegations requiring verification, not adjudicated fact.

Key questions

  • Who owned or operated the grey van, and was it logged in UVU parking records?
  • Does multi-camera audio analysis consistently place the crack origin near the van vs the Losee rooftop?
  • Was the laser an aiming device, a camera artifact, or unrelated equipment?
  • Did law enforcement preserve hatch-timing footage in chain of custody?

Laws (Charlie Kirk)

Van registration, tunnel CCTV, laser-device forensics, and multi-angle acoustic analysis are among disclosures the Charlie Kirk Investigation Laws may force into public view.
