No law-enforcement agency has publicly named Rick Cutler a person of interest, a suspect, or a subject in this case. The "person of interest" framing below originates entirely with citizen investigators and social-media commentary.

Rick Cutler was reportedly on Charlie Kirk's security detail and in the SUV used for emergency transport immediately after the shooting. Commentary in the investigation file also labels him the "arm puller" — a man in a brown shirt and sunglasses who allegedly adjusted stage fabric and camera equipment on Charlie's left side before the shot. This page documents reported roles and POI framing only. We do not claim Rick Cutler knew of the assassination in advance, detonated any device, or committed any crime.

Documented presence — SUV group

According to the master file and public security accounts, five people were in the SUV with Kirk after the shot:

Cutler reportedly held Brian Harpole's shirt during high-speed transport so Harpole could administer first aid without falling from the vehicle. That account comes from Harpole's public interviews — a logistical detail, not an accusation.

"Arm puller" — setup and camera claims

Early investigator notes in Charlie_Kirk.txt describe:

A man in a brown shirt and sunglasses addressed a mechanical issue on the left side of the setup before shooting.
The same figure allegedly took down a camera behind Charlie prior to the event segment where Kirk was struck.
The name was initially guessed as "Rick Cutlery" then corrected to Rick Cutler.

These are citizen-investigator observations, not charges or court findings.

Some X posts — including annotated SUV stills by @DanCampbel44604 quoted by @RealTruthJustic — made extreme accusations against named SUV occupants (shaped charge, strangulation, etc.). The master file records that text for research but explicitly states it was NOT published to the public website because it is unverified. This page does not repeat those accusations.

Separately, posts speculated about a Pero wearable gesture mouse device on Cutler's hand. That remains unconfirmed speculation.

Defense-witness commentary

Commentary in the investigation file argues Tyler Robinson's defense should subpoena SUV occupants including Cutler for timeline testimony — transport decisions, Kirk's condition, and observations during the immediate aftermath. That is investigative opinion, not a filed motion.

Distinction — Laine Schoneberger

Viral X threads have escalated Cutler from SUV security POI into second-shooter theories. This site records those claims only as speech about him, not as findings:

@grok-summarized background (July 2026 circulation): Cutler is a retired Irving, TX officer (~30 years, SWAT), former Army MP, later Operation Underground Railroad / disaster-relief work, and volunteered on Kirk’s private detail. After the shot he helped carry Kirk and held Brian Harpole’s shirt steady during first aid in the van. Only Tyler Robinson is charged; no official ballistic link to Cutler is cited in that summary.
@ProjectConstitu (October 2025) posted highly charged claims of a scrubbed digital footprint, “CIA puppet” framing, and coordinated security-team complicity. Those are speculative influencer claims with no court support.
A later @ProjectConstitu video (October 17, 2025, high engagement) alleged Cutler concealed a barrel / “palm gun” and timed a hand motion to the shot, citing collaboration with @WeAreNotGTM and viral Jimmy Dore–adjacent clip interpretations.
