@CumbyWilliam posted a genealogy-style thread asking why @BlakeBednarz had not addressed claims that Bednarz family members were at the rear of the grey van on September 10, 2025. What the X thread alleged

- "Van man" — the thread alleges this figure was Dustin Brett Bednarz (citing double earrings in compared photos). That identification is the poster's allegation, not an established fact.
- "Van boy" — the thread alleges this figure was the eldest son of Dustin Bednarz and Kacey Welch Bednarz (since divorced). Also unverified.
- Family photos (~7 years old in posts) used for visual comparison.
- @BlakeBednarz tagged as brother/nephew connection to the van scene.
These are crowd-sourced identifications. No mainstream outlet or court document in the public record has confirmed the names as van occupants as of this writing.
Relationship to grey van laser theory
The Bednarz thread sits downstream of Project Constitution's claim that an IR laser on Frank Turek's phone traced to a grey van under the tent tunnel, with a bald/light-shirt POI in the cargo area at impact. The CumbyWilliam identification does not match that descriptive profile (light shirt, bald, prominent ears). Readers should treat the threads as parallel hypotheses until vehicle logs or law-enforcement IDs reconcile them.

Blake Bednarz — separate UVU presence claims
The master file also notes online claims that Douglas "Blake" Bednarz was at UVU on 9/10 (distinct from the
van-rear thread). Blake Bednarz is discussed in private research under Details/Dustin_Bednarz/ and in
video evidence contexts. We do not merge Blake and Dustin allegations into a single narrative
on the public site.
Responsible investigation framing
Project Constitution explicitly asks tipsters to email projectconstitutionvideos@gmail.com or DM on X — not
to harass or dox individuals. The public site follows the same rule:
