Suspects
Multiple eyewitnesses, dispatch audio, and video analysis describe individuals at UVU on September 10, 2025 who do not match the official Tyler Robinson narrative. Start with the investigation index.
11:47 retrace of the black-clad fugitive's escape path — dispatch audio, the roof, the woods, the construction site, the house camera. Full write-up: Black-Clad Fugitive Escape Path → Full transcript: Escape-Path Video Transcript → Video by @BasedSamParker on X, August 7, 2026.
The strongest documented mismatch with the FBI story is the black-clad suspect: police dispatch broadcast a male in all black with a tactical helmet and mask while Dylan Hope, a construction worker at 785 College Dr, Orem, independently described a trench-coated figure with greasy hair who crossed the site before sirens sounded. Pre-shooting rooftop video shows a prone all-black figure; the sheriff photo shown to workers reportedly did not match the FBI's public release. @ProjectConstitu (April 2026) repackaged that dispatch/Hope/roof-video cluster for a large audience, arguing the FBI public package abandoned the original description — an investigation-process claim, not a court ruling. That thread is developed on Black Clothing Suspect and FBI Black Clothing Photo.
Parallel location and vehicle theories argue the fatal event did not require a lone rooftop sniper at 150 yards. @ProjectConstitu traced an IR laser on Frank Turek's phone to a grey van under the tent tunnel; @jonaaronbray and @troofevades published acoustic analyses placing the crack much closer to Charlie than Losee-rooftop geometry allows. Published ballistics commentary questions whether a 5–9° downward shot from Losee would match observed neck/chest wounds. Possible Shooter Locations and Grey Van Shooter POI hold those lanes. Readers should keep the official Losee rooftop charging theory visible beside these alternatives; this section maps claims, it does not pick a winner.
Persons of interest near the stage and SUV — including Rick Cutler ("arm puller" / viral "palm gun" claims on X) and social-media allegations about grey-van occupants (Van Man Bednarz) — are documented as reported allegations, with attribution and known counterpoints. A separate unidentified figure, dressed head to toe in black, is filmed reaching the open rear hatch of the transport SUV in the Terryl Farnsworth camera angle (Black-Clad Figure — Transport SUV); who that person is has not been established. Palm-gun and second-shooter threads (e.g. high-engagement October 2025 Project Constitution posts) are unverified video interpretations; only Robinson is charged in the public case discussed here. We attribute allegations; we do not assert any living person committed the assassination. Whether anyone beyond Robinson was ever seriously examined is itself contested: former NCTC director Joe Kent has said on the record that his center's parallel search for other actors — specifically foreign ties — was ordered to stop once Robinson was in custody. Laws (Charlie Kirk)
Police dispatch audio and K-9 tracking logs, the original sheriff suspect photo, full Losee rooftop CCTV, and grey van records under the tent tunnel are among disclosures the Charlie Kirk Investigation Laws may force into public view.

Charlie Kirk: The Threat He Said Actually Got His Attention
Speaking on stage before September 10, 2025, Charlie Kirk drew a line between two kinds of people who hated him. The stranger on a campus who wanted him dead, he said, did not bother him. The ones who did were the "close proximity" people — the ones he already knew, who had some sort of relationship with him, and who he says had betrayed or deceived him. Clip surfaced by @NihiloX on X, quoting @unhealthytruth.
"Yeah, there's like the purple haired jihadist on a college campus that wants to murder me in my family. Those people don't bother me. The other type of haters, though, are the ones that are the close proximity ones, and these are the ones I know, that had some sort of relationship with me and either betrayed me or deceived me or said that I could not succeed. That is a whole different. Those actually get my attention. Just like the random, troubled person on a campus, whatever."

This clip is why the suspect question on this page extends past the person charged to the people who had standing access to him.
