:::caution This page is a specimen, not a claim this site advances This item is recorded here to show what is circulating, and how far it has drifted — not because this site advances any part of it. Rick Cutler is a living private citizen who has been charged with nothing, is under no reported investigation, and against whom no evidence exists. This site makes no claim that Mr. Cutler, or any named person, committed any crime, acted illegally or immorally, or had foreknowledge of Charlie Kirk's death. The ordinary baseline is that people at events hold and wear ordinary objects. Tyler Robinson is charged, not convicted. :::

What is alleged
Some accounts describe Rick Cutler — reportedly a retired police officer with 29 years of service, described in the investigation file as one of the people in the SUV and as the "arm puller" who reportedly attended to a mechanical issue before the shooting and took down a camera positioned behind Charlie Kirk — as wearing something around his hand. The file records the suggestion that it resembled a Pero wearable gesture-control device, a "smart mouse" operated by hand gestures, and poses the question of what he was gesturing.
@RealTruthJustic reposted, with the caption "Could this be it," an annotated still of the SUV interior originally posted by @DanCampbel44604. The still labels several seating positions with names. The original poster added caption text making serious accusations against named living people, alleging in substance that Mr. Cutler detonated a device and then strangled Kirk during transport.
A separate strand from unnamed accounts alleges that video shows a barrel or "CIA palm gun" in his hand, describing a "slim-black and barrel-like" object, a hand jerking "from the recoil," and a bullet visible mid-air.
Here is the most telling fact on this page, and it is about the material's handling rather than its content. The investigation file's own compiler deliberately did not publish the accusatory caption. The image was cropped to remove it, leaving only the annotated seating photo, and it was published with a prominent disclaimer stating that the site makes no claim that any named person committed any crime, acted illegally or immorally, or had foreknowledge of Kirk's death. The person compiling this investigation looked at this material and concluded it was not fit to publish as an accusation. That judgment is recorded here because it is the correct one, and because it is more informative than anything the posts themselves contain.
The strangling and palm-gun allegations are reproduced above solely as examples of unsupported material in circulation. They are not repeated here as claims, and nothing in this investigation supports them.
The ordinary explanation
This is anonymous hearsay and pixel-reading directed at a named private citizen — a man with no charge, no investigation, and no evidence against him. That is the beginning and the end of the analysis.
A dark object in a hand in compressed footage identifies nothing. Security personnel, staff, and event attendees routinely carry and wear radios, earpieces, rings, fitness trackers, phones, keys, sunglasses, and pens. A retired police officer working an event would be unremarkable holding any of them. Reading a specific product — a gesture-control mouse, a concealed firearm — out of a few dark pixels is the same method that produces a face on Mars, and it is being applied here to accuse a real person of murder.
The strangling allegation is unsupported by anything whatsoever and defamatory on its face. It asks the reader to believe that a man strangled Kirk in a moving vehicle while others present — reportedly including Dr. Frank Turek — were performing CPR, and it offers no witness, no statement, no physical evidence, and no source. No account from anyone in that vehicle supports it. The "bullet mid-air" and "bow shock swirl" claims are compression artifacts described in the language of certainty by posters who have shown no method and no credentials.
The honest summary: there is no claim here to evaluate. There is an annotated photograph, an anonymous caption, and a chain of amplification. This page exists so that readers who encounter the material elsewhere can see it identified for what it is.
What would settle it
- Nothing needs settling, because no evidence has been offered. The burden rests entirely on the accusers, and they have produced none.
- If anyone believes an object is visible, produce the original uncompressed footage with a scale reference and submit it to a named video forensics examiner.
- Ask the people who were in the SUV — including Dr. Frank Turek — what happened during transport. Their accounts are obtainable and no proponent appears to have sought them.
- Ask @DanCampbel44604 to state what evidence, if any, supports the caption. None is cited in the post.
Interesting In This Area
- The same person appears in the venue treatment of this identical claim.
- SUV interior photos circulated with windows blurred, which fed the annotation threads.
- An executive reportedly collected SD cards, a separate and far better-sourced item.
- The burnt object claim comes from the same photograph set.
Interesting In Other Areas
- Citizen claims about the same man are recorded with the counterweight attached.
- No agency has named him a person of interest — see the label's origin.
- People reached the stage within seconds, and a device may have left with one.
- Cameras and SD cards reportedly left the scene before investigators catalogued them.
