Dan Flood Scrubbed From the TPUSA Site (Claims)
:::caution Attributed claims only Dan Flood is a living private citizen who has been accused of no crime. Leaving an organization, and working security for multiple private clients, are both entirely lawful. The circulating thread on this subject contains serious unsupported personal allegations that the investigation file itself directs the public site not to publish — this page omits them, and explains why below. :::

What is alleged
@realbaronpod is credited in the investigation file with showing, via web archives, that Dan Flood was listed on TPUSA's website as Chief Asset Management Officer — a role described as overseeing Risk Mitigation and Executive Protection — as recently as September 1, 2025. Per the thread, he later disappeared from the staff page with no announcement and no farewell post.
A separate thread reports, sourced to an unnamed childhood friend, that Flood had been running security for Dallas billionaires at the Cattle Barons Ball. It pairs this with a claim that his team had no security plan for a September 11 event, despite reportedly doing around twelve days of preparation for events Kirk attended.
The rest of that thread collapses into unsupported invective, and this page will not repeat it. The circulating material alleges blackmail material from a supposed past, alleges "commence firing" hand signals at the event, and asks whether Flood was a foreign intelligence "cutout." None of it is evidenced by anything. The investigation file itself carries an explicit defamation note directing that the public site present only the sourced biographical roles with attribution and omit "the insinuating framing and any implication of wrongdoing." That instruction is followed here. Those claims appear on this page only as an example of unsupported material the file directed not be published.
The archive-based staffing change is the only checkable part of this item, and it is what this page is built on. A separate claim about Flood's reported professional background is tracked elsewhere on this site.
The ordinary explanation
A head of security whose principal was assassinated on his watch leaving the organization — quietly, without a farewell post — is the single most predictable personnel outcome imaginable. It is what happens after a catastrophic failure of the thing you were hired to do, regardless of whether you did anything wrong. It says nothing whatsoever about complicity. Organizations also routinely remove departed staff from a website without a public statement; that is standard practice, not a scrub.
Security professionals routinely work multiple private clients. Guarding a charity gala in Texas is a normal gig in that industry, not a conflict of interest and not divided loyalty. And the "no plan for the September 11 event" claim is meaningless in isolation: the principal was dead and the event was cancelled. There is nothing anomalous about the absence of a security plan for an event that was never going to happen.
What would settle it
- Retrieve the archived TPUSA staff pages from before and after September 1, 2025 and confirm the listing and its removal directly.
- Establish Flood's actual departure date and the stated reason, from TPUSA or from Flood.
- Determine whether a September 11 event security plan existed before the assassination and when the event was cancelled.
- Ask the unnamed "childhood friend" to go on record, or otherwise confirm the Cattle Barons Ball engagement independently.
