Connection to the Charlie Kirk case
According to citizen investigator Leah Files (@theleahfiles), who has described a background working with U.S. intelligence agencies, Lionrock is one of several companies through which TPUSA advancement director Stacy Sheridan allegedly received payments while also being salaried for the same fundraising role. Files' compilation reportedly totals $2.7M+ across Sheridan-linked entities such as Lionrock and Cloverstone.
These figures come from Files' reading of TPUSA's public 990 filings and are presented as questions for an audit, not established fraud. TPUSA has not, in public filings or court records, been shown to have made improper payments to this entity.
Why investigators track it
The entity matters to the investigation only because of timing: Charlie Kirk reportedly ordered an internal DOGE-style audit of TPUSA spending in the September 2, 2025 memo, days before his death. Investigators ask whether entities like Lionrock were among the line items that audit would have examined — and why, per Files and others, the audit was never completed.
Open questions
- Is Lionrock LLC a genuine vendor with deliverables, or a pass-through?
- What state is it registered in, and who is the registered agent?
- Do TPUSA 990 schedules corroborate the payment totals Files cites?
