Foreign Intelligence Involvement Claims

Some investigators argue the Kirk assassination shows markers of a multi-national intelligence operation rather than a spontaneous campus shooting. This page organizes those claims — it does not conclude they are true.

Why the Theory Exists​

Proponents cite:

  3. U.S. military surveillance aircraft making unusual low passes over UVU (N1098L)

  5. Alleged Israeli cellphone signals near campus (Candace Owens claim — unverified)

Egyptian Air Force Aircraft (Documented Movements)​

Flight-tracking records show:

SU-BTT (Dassault Falcon 7X)​

  • July 20, 2025: First documented U.S. visit — Nebraska Army base meeting context (SU-BTT)
  • September 4, 2025: Arrives Provo via Paris and Minot AFB stopover
  • September 10, 2025, 7:08 a.m. MDT: Departs Provo for Wilmington, Delaware — hours before the shooting
  • September 11, 2025: Returns toward Cairo

SU-BND (Gulfstream IV-SP)​

  • Arrives Provo September 5, 2025
  • Transponder activates 11:59 a.m. September 10 — 21 minutes before the commonly cited 12:23 shooting time
  • Departs September 13 toward Canada/Europe

Claim: These movements suggest staging or signals intelligence support. Counter: Egyptian VIP jets routinely use U.S. maintenance stops; no manifest or passenger list is public.

U.S. HADES Surveillance (N1098L)​

The N1098L Global 6500, tied to the Army HADES program, made two extremely low passes near UVU on assassination day (9:16 a.m. and 12:48 p.m.). Theorists link this to drone deployment/retrieval. The Army has not confirmed mission purpose over Orem.

Israeli / Mossad-Linked Claims​

Common arguments (all disputed):

  • Kirk's Israel criticism timing aligns with motive for a foreign-intelligence response
  • CornerShot / ARCAS specialty-weapon claims in online compilations (no public physical evidence)
  • Mossad–CIA cooperation hypotheses for cover-up and patsy framing
  • Candace Owens and others tied SU-BTT departures to "powerful figures" aiding Robinson — @RealCandaceO

What Would Verify or Refute​

More persuasive if:

  • Passenger manifests, cell-site records, or SIGINT logs tie foreign aircraft/phones to the courtyard
  • Independent review shows FBI suppressed foreign-leads interviews

Less persuasive if:

  • Trial evidence and public autopsy place a lone rooftop shot with no foreign coordination
  • Aircraft movements are explained by documented maintenance/diplomatic schedules with no anomalous gaps

  • CBP entry/exit records for foreign nationals at Provo in September 2025, NSA collections on Israeli IP searches, and HADES mission logs for N1098L are things that the Charlie Kirk Investigation Laws may result in powerful truths coming out that aren't out yet.
