Six days carry almost the entire dispute in this case. Everything before Sept 8 is context and everything after Sept 13 is litigation — but inside this window sit the public break with pro-Israel donors, a military flight, a shot, a surrender, a Miranda warning, a Discord confession, and two irreconcilable arrest times. September 8, 2025 — The Break and the Flight

• Sept 8, 2025 — Charlie Kirk posts publicly about distancing himself from the pro-Israel movement, the culmination of the Sept 1–5 group-chat messages in which he reportedly said he had "no choice but to leave the pro-Israel cause," a sequence donor-pressure researchers treat as the trigger for everything that follows.

• Sept 8–9, 2025 (widely circulated claim) — Viral timelines (e.g. @AdameMedia) assert Kirk texted a group including Josh Hammer and Rabbi Pesach Wolicki about leaving the pro-Israel cause, held an emergency Zoom on Sept 9, then texted Andrew Kolvet "they are going to kill me." • Sept 8, 2025 — Master-file notes place roughly twelve lieutenant colonels at Fort Huachuca, Arizona, the U.S. Army Intelligence Center, in a gathering reported by a claimed military witness and amplified by Candace Owens; the claim is unverified by the Army and is tracked on Fort Huachuca Sept 9 and the Fort Huachuca military timeline.

• Sept 8, 2025 (evening) — The VIP jet SAM-702 is logged at the Fort Huachuca airfield; Owens later alleged that one of four passengers was Bradley Hansell, Under Secretary of War for Intelligence and Security — a claim the Pentagon has not confirmed and for which no passenger manifest has been released (SAM-702 to Fort Huachuca).

• Sept 8, 2025 — Pro-Israel commentators and donors react publicly to Kirk's post; the reaction chain is catalogued on Charlie–Israel friction and in the Israel pressure timeline.

September 9, 2025 — Shapiro, the Meeting, and the Text

• Sept 9, 2025 — 12:49 AM — SAM-702 departs Fort Huachuca (logged as 0:49 in the master file), a departure citizen trackers tie to the same ISR and VIP flight cluster that includes N1098L.

• Sept 9, 2025 — Kirk appears on Ben Shapiro's show and criticizes Israel to Shapiro's face — the most public form the break had yet taken, and the moment motive researchers treat as the point of no return.

• Sept 9, 2025 — Kirk attends what sources describe as a high-pressure meeting; during or immediately after it he reportedly texted associates "they are going to kill me". The meeting itself is reconstructed on the Sept 9 high-pressure meeting page.

• Sept 9, 2025 — Owens says three separate sources told her Kirk had said he was worried "they" would kill him; the corroborating quotes are collected on Reported Quotes and Warnings and disputed by associates who describe the remarks as private venting.

September 10, 2025 — Morning

• 7:08 AM — The Israel/Egyptian Air Force jet SU-BTT departs Utah for Wilmington, Delaware, hours before the shot, after six days parked at Provo Municipal Airport (SU-BTT movements).

• 8:07 AM — A Ring doorbell camera captures a figure identified by the State as Tyler Robinson walking on S 800 W toward the UVU campus in a maroon shirt and light shorts.

• 8:23 AM — A WYZE camera captures the same figure near W 880 S; accounts differ on whether he is walking or driving (camera sightings).

• 8:29 AM — UVU surveillance records arrival on campus in a gray Dodge Challenger, the vehicle later tracked south in the vehicle movement timeline.

• 9:57 AM — The figure is seen again with a changed outfit — jeans and a long-sleeve shirt — the clothing change disputed on Robinson clothing changes and agent David Hull's testimony.

• 11:44 AM — A Ring camera shows the figure on W 800 S.

• 11:47 AM (approx.) — The U.S. Army ISR jet N1098L (HADES) is reported by trackers at low altitude near Utah Lake; the exact minute varies by source (N1098L low passes).

• 11:49 AM — A Ring camera shows the figure walking toward campus again.

• 11:50 AM — UVU surveillance first captures "the Suspect" on the north side of campus: dark hat, sunglasses, black shirt with an American flag and eagle graphic, dark jeans, white/gray Chuck Taylor shoes, dark backpack, and a distinctive stiff-right-leg gait (stairs guy identity gap).

• 12:02 PM — The Suspect enters the Losee Center through the southeast corner doors.

• 12:15 PM — The Suspect is seen walking up stairs toward the rooftop area (stairs guy backpack).

• 12:17 PM — The Suspect climbs over a short wall onto the Losee Center rooftop and crouches down.

• 12:22 PM — The Suspect stands, runs across the rooftop toward the west edge, and takes a prone position — the last minute before the shot, expanded on the ten minutes before.

September 10, 2025 — 12:23 PM and After

• 12:23 PM (12:23:30 by the frame count) — Charlie Kirk is shot while speaking into a microphone in the UVU courtyard, hit in the neck and falling to his left; some compilations use 12:27 PM instead, a conflict traced on Shooting Time Disputes and reconstructed second-by-second on the minute-by-minute page.

• 12:23 PM +00:18 to +00:31 — Security begins moving Kirk at 18 seconds and he is loaded into the SUV at 31 seconds, per the frame reconstruction; the SUV transport question and the medical timeline pick up from there.

• 12:23 PM (immediately after) — The Suspect stands, sprints north across the rooftop, lowers himself off the northeast corner and drops to the grass — the sequence contested on Roof Jumping Timeline and roof run limp disappears.

• 12:24 PM — The Suspect runs north across Campus Drive; investigators later recover a Mauser Model 98 .30-06 bolt-action rifle wrapped in a dark towel in the wooded area north of campus (Mauser rifle).

• 12:24 PM (evidence) — Cartridge casings with engraved inscriptions are found with the rifle; per Deseret News quoting Governor Spencer Cox and LiveNOW from FOX, the fired casing read "Notices, bulges, OwO what's this?" and the three unfired casings read "Hey fascist! • ~6:38 PM (claimed photo; not a state exhibit) — Candace Owens amplifiers circulate an Orem Dairy Queen image of a person they identify as Robinson; public hearing summaries say the State did not introduce the photo at the July 2026 prelim (day-of evening clock).

• ~8:55–9:47 PM (claimed) — Citizen investigators place a person identified as Robinson at a Panguitch steakhouse (Cowboy’s / Smokehouse Grill) with a receipt window and staff accounts on the southbound route toward Washington County — a stop absent from early federal pressers (post-shot escape).

• ~11:00 PM onward (alleged texts; state theory) — Per public inventories of the State’s prelim package (@aburkhartlaw), texts attributed to Robinson and roommate Lance Twiggs — later extracted from Twiggs' phone — begin ~11 p.m., allegedly admitting the shooting and describing a towel-wrapped rifle in a bush; a note photographed under a keyboard and later seen partially burnt is also described. September 11, 2025 — Manhunt, Surrender, Miranda

• Afternoon–evening (family-attributed claims, third-party video) — Circulating interviews amplified by @DiligentDenizen and @baroncoleman claim Robinson’s parents say he denied killing Kirk, that they contacted a bishop/community figures from fear, and that the turn-in chain did not originate as a confession relay. Officials describe a family-arranged peaceful surrender (did not surrender strand).

• 6:25 PM — Per a defense filing (Bates 003996-R2), a video of the encounter shows Robinson read his Miranda rights at the Washington County Sheriff's Office; he answers each right affirmatively, then says "I would like to speak with my legal counsel. • 7:30–8:00 PM — A press conference with Governor Cox reports over 7,000 tips and nearly 200 completed interviews and shows suspect photos and surveillance video; attendees included Cox, Lt. Gov. September 12, 2025 — Transport, Booking, Charges

Laws (Charlie Kirk)

• The unredacted Washington County Miranda video and its metadata, the deleted surrender CCTV and bodycam records, the Discord server logs and account access records for the 7:57 PM messages, the SAM-702 passenger manifest and Fort Huachuca visitor logs, and the full recipient list for Kirk's "they are going to kill me" (KM-07) texts are things that the Charlie Kirk Investigation Laws may result in powerful truths coming out that aren't out yet.

Counter-Claims and Debunk Attempts

Skeptics of the orchestration reading argue this window is a coincidence of political stress and a charged domestic shooter: private venting is not a prediction, a rural sheriff's clock estimates are routinely loose, and booking sheets frequently carry back-dated or administratively assigned arrest times. Proponents answer that the text language, the meeting density, the security gaps and the four incompatible arrest timestamps exceed coincidence.

July 2026 preliminary-hearing rebuttal (hearing watchers): Some observers of the prelim (@CrossbBritt and others) state Agents Davis and Hull testified under oath that Robinson turned himself in just before 2100 (9:00 p.m.) on Sept 11, was not Mirandized at that moment by WCSO (lack of jurisdiction), was held for SBI/Utah County, and that interior hold video exists — and therefore Discord messages were not post-custody. That sworn-account summary directly opposes the 6:25-custody-first school built from the defense Bates filing. Mainstream and pro-PC commentators (e.g. @JackPosobiec) further argue the State presented substantial video/DNA/text evidence at prelim; bind-over arguments continued toward later 2026 dates. Robinson remains charged, not convicted.
