This page tracks what Candace Owens said publicly and when she said it — a release chronology, not an assessment of whether she was right. A large share of what the wider public believes about this case entered circulation through her podcast, so the order in which she disclosed things is itself a timeline worth having. The analytical treatment of her claims lives on her profile page and her podcast coverage page.

The Timeline​

Before September 10, 2025​

  • 2024 — In a filmed interview, Mike Huckabee — later U.S. Ambassador to Israel — reportedly remarks to Owens on camera that people could "make you disappear." Owens' supporters recirculated the clip in 2026 as context; it is a resurfaced interview moment, not a documented threat.

  • Sept 9, 2025 — Owens states that three sources told her Charlie Kirk was worried "they" were going to kill him. This is the assertion that anchors the whole pre-assassination warning thread and connects to the disputed "they are going to kill me" text.

  • Sept 9, 2025 (as she later described it) — Owens says Kirk told donors, TPUSA members and head of security Dan Flood that he thought he would be "executed tomorrow." Erika Kirk has publicly disputed that any such messages exist, saying she has his phone — the direct conflict documented at Reported Quotes and Warnings.

September 10–30, 2025 — the first disclosures​

  • Sept 10, 2025 — Owens says Kolvet told her at the hospital that she and Tucker Carlson "were on a list." Single-source, unrecorded recollection — see It Was Supposed To Be You.

  • Days after Sept 10, 2025 — Owens says Kolvet told her, verbatim, "It was supposed to be you." Kolvet has not confirmed the words on the record; the ordinary reading — shock and relief rather than foreknowledge — is set out on the same page.

  • Immediately after Sept 10, 2025 — Owens reports that threats arrived for her, Tucker Carlson and Ian Carroll in the days following the killing — Carroll's own posts on the case are catalogued at Ian Carroll — X posts.

  • September 2025 — Owens publishes screenshots of Kirk's own messages to donors, including "Jewish donors really live up to all the stereotypes" and language about having "no choice but to leave the pro-Israel cause." These texts had been dismissed as a hoax until she published them; the donor-pressure reading is at Charlie, Israel, Donors and Motive and donor texts 48 hours before. Later clips also circulate a Christian Zionist donor text condemning Kirk for platforming Tucker and Candace as "antisemites" — presented as a "final warning" framing; attribute to Owens' published screenshots only.   • October 6–7, 2025 — Owens' donor-text disclosures are amplified with named group-chat context (public discussion of Rob McCoy and Josh Hammer as participants when Kirk explained ditching Israel under donor pressure — living persons; no crime claim). Separately, clips circulate of Andrew Kolvet confirming the authenticity of the donor messages Owens published. Confirmation of texts is not confirmation of any homicide theory.

  • September 2025 — Owens releases a photograph she says shows Tyler Robinson at a Dairy Queen in Orem at 6:38 PM on the day of the shooting. The venue is documented at Dairy Queen — Orem, and the timing conflict it creates with the custody narrative is at custody vs Discord confession. Autumn 2025 — the episode arc​

  • Ep. 235 — "They Are Lying About Charlie Kirk" — Owens' first sustained attack on the official account, arguing early official statements were internally inconsistent.

  • Ep. 245 — "DEAD OR ALIVE: Who Betrayed Charlie Kirk?" — turns the inquiry inward toward TPUSA and the circle around Kirk.

  • Ep. 256 — "INFILTRATION: Charlie Kirk Was Being Tracked For Years" — the episode that introduces the multi-year aircraft-overlap argument later expanded at Planes Following Charlie or Erika.

  • Autumn 2025 — Owens introduces the color-coded plane shorthand: SU-BTT as "the yellow plane," SU-BND as "the blue plane" — the naming that the entire Egyptian armada thread inherited. Her SU-BTT chronology is on the SU-BTT movements timeline.

  • Autumn 2025 — Owens discloses the claim of roughly twelve cell phones registered on Israeli plans operating near UVU on September 10 — the foreign phones at UVU thread. A public confirmation wave peaks around November 5, 2025 (@ProjectConstitu and amplifiers saying Candace "just confirmed"); later analyst Tony Seruga publishes a 16 Israeli / 44 foreign figure — see cell-tower and phone-data timeline. Unverified private analysis throughout.

  • Autumn–Winter 2025 (clip wave; exact episode TBD) — Owens states, as widely relayed on X, that Benjamin Netanyahu offered major funding / elevation of TPUSA, that Kirk refused, and that Kolvet was her source for the offer; she also says Erika Kirk was unaware. This is her account of private offers and conversations, unconfirmed by the named parties. Keep this distinct from her separate claim of a final Netanyahu call about Iran (below). No crime by any living leader is asserted here.

  • Autumn 2025 — Owens covers the flight N560TW, Scottsdale to Provo on September 10 and back — the same-day turnaround claim — one of several tails she raised alongside the Egyptian armada.

  • Autumn 2025 — Owens reports that the FBI did not want the bomb dogs taken to certain places — the claim behind Bomb Dogs Standdown and bomb dogs kept away.

  • Nov 17, 2025 — "Operation Mocking-Plane: The Charlie Kirk Plot Thickens" — Owens argues it is strange Kirk was routed into Salt Lake City, roughly 45 miles from UVU, rather than Provo Municipal seven miles away, where SU-BTT was parked.

  • Ep. 287 — "The Past Is Prologue: Why Charlie Kirk Was Murdered" — her most comprehensive single treatment: the lone-shooter narrative challenged, the Israeli-phone signal claim, possible accomplices, and TPUSA donor pressure.

  • Dec 2025 (relayed by @itsmorganariel) — Owens publicly discusses a tip from police officers alleging that during the manhunt a white Toyota RAV4 was stopped for speeding and the driver flashed an FBI badge. Relayed tip, not confirmed by any agency — RAV4 flashed badge.

2026 — succession, legal pressure, forensics, and litigation​

  • January 21, 2026 — Per reporting by Will Sommer (@willsommer / The Bulwark), TPUSA sent Owens a cease-and-desist asserting violation of a non-disparagement agreement over her coverage of the case. A civil demand is not a ruling on the truth of her claims — see also censorship and information-control timeline and TPUSA Legal Threats.

  • Feb 2026 — Backlash builds over the trailer for Owens' "Bride of Charlie" series examining Erika Kirk and the TPUSA leadership succession. This is media framing about a living widow, not a judicial finding of any kind.

  • 2026 — Owens names Bradley Hansell as a passenger on the SAM-702 flight out of Fort Huachuca on the morning of September 9, 2025 — the reported meeting there is covered at Fort Huachuca — Sept 9 and the JTF meeting claim. Identifying a public official on a flight is not an accusation, and none is made here.

  • 2026 — Owens reports a claim that a man named George Zinn told hospital staff he had been paid to be a decoy; unverified relayed account, connected to the distraction people thread.

  • 2026 — Owens names VFX LA, a voice-cloning and deepfake firm, as a company TPUSA personnel reportedly met with after Kirk's death, and questions the authenticity of the video in which Kirk appears to designate Erika Kirk as successor. Kolvet has reportedly acknowledged a meeting with deepfake creators while saying the offer was declined — see Erika CEO succession disputed.

  • 2026 — Owens says she is "99.9% sure Tyler Robinson did not shoot Charlie Kirk" and disputes that he confessed or turned himself in, citing the absence of a signed confession and the account of a former deputy who allegedly urged him to go to the station.   • 2026 — Owens states that Kirk's final phone call was an intervention by Benjamin Netanyahu pressing for war with Iran. This is her account of a private call, unconfirmed by any participant — see Netanyahu's final call. Keep distinct from the earlier funding / elevate-TPUSA offer claim.

  • Jun 22, 2026 — Owens airs a segment arguing that early on-camera witnesses described blood pooling near Kirk's heart — a wound that, in her account, never existed — and framing that as evidence of a chest-shot narrative prepared in advance.   • Jun 26, 2026 — Owens releases photographs of the SUV interior, watermarked "CANDACE," showing charred material and debris on the floor of the GMC Yukon Denali. Commentators read a fused, blackened object as melted shirt fabric plus a transmitter component; others read it differently. Reported material, not authenticated forensics — SUV Transporting Charlie, burnt object and transmitter.

  • Jul 10, 2026 — Owens publicly discusses the public-figure question in Brian Harpole's defamation suit against her, saying she had never covered him before his own podcast appearance. Separate July reporting describes mass judicial recusal in the Middle District of Tennessee. A civil defamation docket is not a criminal finding against either party, and this site takes no position on the merits.

  • July 14–16, 2026 (recirculation; verify original air date) — Clips attribute to Owens a claim that during the post-shot SUV transport, someone prioritized updating Ben Shapiro's security rather than (or before) normal emergency focus. Attribute only; living persons; no crime established. Related clocks on medical/death timeline and ten minutes after the shot.

  • Jul 16, 2026 — An Axon Body Cam 4 user emails Owens' tips line challenging the account that an officer's body camera died on the rooftop, citing the model's roughly fourteen-hour battery and mandatory dock-and-upload cycle. Anonymous tip — see Officer Bagley's body cam, missing bodycam and the GRAMA admission, and the wider GRAMA records denials.

  • July 15–16, 2026 — High recirculation of Netanyahu funding-offer / refusal clips framed as confirming bombshells; meta-timeline of claim longevity rather than new primary evidence.

  • July 17–19, 2026 — The Dairy Queen 6:38 PM still becomes a two-way fight: critics say it conflicts with the Cowboy's Smokehouse receipt alibi timeline or is not from Sept 10; defenders treat it as proof the charged suspect was still local hours after the shot.   • Ongoing 2026 — Owens' engagement metrics on X are reported by supporters to have been suppressed; the claim is documented at X — Candace Owens Engagement Bans. Her role in the proposed reform framework is at Trusted Investigators.

The forensic extraction of Charlie Kirk's phone and the underlying message logs, the subscriber records for the phones reported to be operating on Israeli plans near UVU, the FBI Form 302 reports covering the interviews behind Owens' disclosures, the chain-of-custody record for the SUV and the photographs taken of its interior, and the passenger manifests for the aircraft she named are things the Charlie Kirk Investigation Laws may result in powerful truths coming out that aren't out yet.
