The foreign-device claims below come from a private open-source analyst and have not been corroborated by any agency, court filing, or published dataset. Nothing here asserts that any named person or government carried out or knew of the killing. Cell-tower data is also coarse — routinely overread as GPS-grade precision — and this page says so wherever it matters. :::
This timeline follows one evidence class: devices. Where phones were, what they recorded, which messages carry timestamps, and — the recurring theme — which device records demonstrably exist and have never been produced. It runs from the morning of September 10, 2025 through the 2026 hearings and the Islamabad tracking claim. September 10, 2025 — the device record of the day

8:29 AM MDT — A gray Dodge Challenger is logged onto UVU campus by surveillance. Investigators note that the official summary never states when the vehicle left the lot, and ask why: a phone travelling that route would ping every tower it passed. See Gun Dropped Location and Camera Sightings.

11:53 AM MDT — The movement summary records the figure on the stairs pulling out a cell phone, putting it back, then continuing toward the parking-garage stairwell. This is the single moment in the entire charged route where a device is visibly in hand — and no carrier record covering that minute has been made public. See Roof Jumping Timeline.

12:23:30 PM MDT — the shot — According to open-source analyst Tony Seruga (primary public post April 11, 2026, post ID 2042976110468542912), raw GPS data shows 44 foreign-registered cellphones in the immediate area of Charlie Kirk at that moment: 16 Israeli, 13 Chinese, 12 Russian, and 3 Iranian. No dataset, no methodology, and no independent verification has been published, and the source's own graphic was labelled a recreation. The claim is catalogued at Sixteen Israeli-Registered Phones at UVU, Foreign Phones at UVU and Chinese, Russian and Iranian presence claims. An earlier public wave (below) used a ~12 Israeli phones figure before Seruga's 16/44.

12:23:30 PM MDT — In the same second, Mikey McCoy reportedly phones his wife Elizabeth McCoy — a call that, unlike almost everything else on this page, would appear on an ordinary carrier record if anyone subpoenaed it. See the claim page on that call.

12:23–12:26 PM MDT — Erika Kirk says she was called at 12:23 PM MDT; a competing citizen reconstruction places a three-way call at 12:26 PM. Carrier records would settle it in an afternoon and have never been publicly sought — see Erika Kirk Timeline.

12:23–12:33 PM MDT — Dozens of attendees are recording on phones through this window. Some of that footage is the material later alleged to have disappeared from devices without the owners' action — see Ten Minutes After the Shot and Witness Videos Deleted Remotely.

Sept 10, 11:00 PM MDT — Per Cellebrite extraction testimony given in open court, the first text message of the charged Sept 10–11 exchange between Robinson and Lance Twiggs was sent at this time. Note what that means: the messages entered the record through the roommate's device, not the defendant's — see Lance Twiggs' Phone and Tyler Robinson's Phone & Devices. Hearing-era summaries also discuss the content of overnight texts (attempting to recover a rifle / abandoning it under police presence) and whether some messages were scheduled/auto-sent versus live typing — characterizations that matter for whether a human was at the keyboard; treat as contested.
September 11–12, 2025 — custody, Discord, and timestamps

Sept 11, 2025 — afternoon arrival (family-report claim, published June 29, 2026) — Per @DiligentDenizen / Baron Coleman amplification of family statements, Robinson's phone was confiscated as soon as he arrived at the sheriff's office with parents and a retired sheriff. Second-hand family reporting, not a court finding — but it is a hard device-access datum if true.

Sept 11, 2025 — 6:25 PM (date disputed) — A Bates-stamped defense exhibit (Bates 003996-R2, timestamp 03:36:53) records a Mirandizing at 6:25 PM — but the document prints no date. Baron Coleman argues from internal evidence — "my folks are trying to get a hold of him, I think his office is closed for the night" — that it is Sept 11, not Sept 12. Sept 11, 2025 — ≈7:55–8:57 PM (inferred) — If the 6:25 PM Mirandizing is Sept 11, the Discord confession messages would have been posted roughly 90 minutes after (Coleman/secondary walkthroughs often cite ~7:55–8:57 PM) the accused invoked counsel and declined to answer questions. That inference drives the whole Discord Confession Timing thread — and it rests entirely on a date the exhibit does not print.

Sept 11, 2025 — 10:00 PM — The Utah County inmate booking sheet lists the arrest, with the arresting officer identified as Brian Davis of the State Bureau of Investigation. The booking-into-Utah-County stamp reads Sept 12 — a roughly four-hour transport gap examined on the arrest and booking timeline.

October 2025 – mid-2026 — extraction, foreign-phone waves, tracking claim

Oct 13, 2025 — The most-cited post alleging that witness phone footage vanished before the owners got home is published on X. There is no device-forensics report, no filing, and no chain-of-custody record supporting a remote wipe — and no ordinary explanation, such as app behavior or storage handling, has been excluded either. November 5, 2025 — Accounts including @ProjectConstitu circulate that ~12 Israeli-registered phones were active at UVU on Sept 10 and that Candace Owens reportedly repeated the claim on air (her statements timeline). No public dataset or carrier production accompanies the posts. This pre-Seruga figure is the wave most amplifiers first saw; Seruga's later 16/44 claim is separate.

Undated, 2025–2026 — Prosecutors filed that they did not intend to offer evidence obtained through forensic extractions of the seized electronics — and then an agent testified that a completed Cellebrite extraction of Twiggs' phone had been performed and personally reviewed. Undated, 2026 — Because Cellebrite DI Ltd. is an Israeli firm headquartered in Petah Tikva, its role became a conflict-of-interest argument in a case where Israeli involvement is itself a live theory. The decisive counterweight recorded on this site: the defense is not challenging the extraction — the party best positioned to expose a fabrication holds the full images and is not contesting authenticity. April 8, 2026 — @DiligentDenizen Space asks, if custody already holds, "Did the cops let him use his phone?" for evening Discord activity — the device-access question that June 29 family-report phone confiscation sharpens.

April 10–11, 2026 — During US–Iran talks at the Islamabad Serena Hotel — attended per reporting by Vice President JD Vance, with the hotel requisitioned and locked inside a 3 km security zone — Seruga claimed four of the sixteen Israeli-registered devices from his UVU set pinged at that hotel. The device identifiers have never been published, so no one outside his system can check it. His April 11 post packages the UVU 44-phone graphic with the Serena follow-on. April 12, 2026 — Seruga followed with the Bumblehive argument: because the NSA's Utah Data Center in Bluffdale ingests bulk phone data, and because "cross-pollination" of call, text, location, Wi-Fi and app metadata accumulates, a burner phone can reportedly be linked to its real owner after roughly 30–60 days of normal use. His conclusion is that any foreign devices present at UVU are already identifiable to the US government whether or not the public ever sees it. June 29, 2026 — Device-access arguments intensify when family-report versions (via Coleman/Denizen) say the phone was seized on afternoon arrival while Discord timestamps sit in the evening. Alternatives discussed online — second device, delayed send, third-party access, or a wrong custody clock — are none of them proven publicly.
July 2026 preliminary hearing — Cellebrite confirmed; tower map still missing

July 2026 (prelim) — Testimony and reporting confirm the Robinson–Twiggs message set entered the case through a Cellebrite extraction of Twiggs' phone. Some amplifiers emphasize that messages were deleted then recovered; treat "deleted" language as testimony-dependent until the transcript is public. Commentators highlight Cellebrite's Israeli corporate domicile; the ordinary counter remains global LE standard use.

July 14, 2026 onward — Investigators publicly ask why no cell-tower map of Robinson's own handset was shown at the multi-day prelim if it would place him at UVU. The absence is a negative evidence point — process gap, not proof that tower data does not exist.

July 2026 (technical claim) — Posts allege UVU/investigators used BriefCam analytics (vendor HQ often described as Israel) to track the charged subject across cameras — complementary to handset forensics; verify in discovery before stating as fact. See camera sightings timeline.

Ongoing, 2026 — Whether a cell-site simulator (Stingray-type device) operated at or near the campus that day is an open collection question tracked at UVU Stingray Device. If one did, it would have logged every handset in range — including any foreign ones.

Open Questions
- Where are the carrier records for the charged route on September 10 — the parking lot at 8:29 AM, the stairwell at 11:53 AM, the roof window at 12:15–12:24 PM — and why has no tower map of Robinson's handset been produced even after the July 2026 prelim?
- What is the margin of error on every tower-based location claim in this case, and has any filing ever stated it?
- Will Seruga publish device identifiers, collection method and provenance for the 44-phone dataset (and the earlier ~12-phone wave) so it can be independently checked or falsified?
- Did any cell-site simulator operate at or near UVU on September 10, 2025, under whose authority, and does a log survive?
- Does the prosecution's filing that it would not offer forensic-extraction evidence still stand after July 2026 Cellebrite/Twiggs testimony?
- Has the defense independently re-processed the device images with a non-Cellebrite tool, and what did it find?
- Do server-side Discord logs — held by the platform, not by any seized handset — confirm the posting times attributed to the confession messages, and were they introduced at prelim?
- If the phone was confiscated on afternoon arrival, what device or account path produced evening Discord activity?
Laws (Charlie Kirk)
The carrier and tower records for every device on the charged route, the cell-site simulator logs for the UVU area on September 10, 2025, the complete Cellebrite extraction reports with full timestamps rather than courtroom screenshots, the server-side Discord logs independent of any seized handset, the chain of custody for each seized device, and whatever the NSA's Bluffdale facility already retains on the foreign-registered handsets alleged to have been present are things the Charlie Kirk Investigation Laws may result in powerful truths coming out that aren't out yet.
