Erika Kirk: Events, Statements & Timeline

She has never been charged with anything. Every disputed item below is attributed to the person or account that asserted it, and her own statements and denials are recorded alongside them. Timing discrepancies are logged here because reconstructing the day requires them — not as accusations. Several of the harshest allegations circulating about her online — including trafficking- and Epstein-adjacent claims — have been checked by mainstream fact-checking outlets and rated false; this page does not repeat them. :::

This page is one layer of the case: the dated chronology of where Erika Kirk was reported to be, what she is reported to have said, and what she filed, from spring 2025 through the 2026 hearings. It exists because several of the case's sharpest timing conflicts — who was notified first, when she reached the hospital, how long passed before the CEO announcement — run through her. The Timeline​

Before September 10, 2025​

  • April 2025 — Citizen Google Trends research claims searches for "Erika Kirk Vice President" and for vancekirk2028.com originated from Arizona in this month, with later searches for the same domain attributed to Israeli geographies in June and August 2025 — see Israel IP search patterns and TPUSA insiders and political figures searches. Trends data is volatile and its geographic attribution is contested.

  • August 2025 — donor gathering — In a later televised interview on The Megyn Kelly Show, Erika Kirk herself recounted that a donor asked Charlie words to the effect of "What would happen to TPUSA if you DIED?" — roughly forty days before the assassination. The account is her own recollection; the investigation file's own note on the anecdote reads "Can we confirm if this happened?"   • Undated, 2025 — Aspen Summit — Candace Owens says unnamed donors who attended the Aspen Summit dispute that Charlie Kirk ever made a formal "I appoint Erika CEO if anything happens to me" statement. No donor is named, no forensic analysis of the disputed video exists, and a board may lawfully appoint a CEO with or without such a recording — see the disputed CEO appointment.

  • 2025, published later (claim) — An anonymous TPUSA whistleblower, amplified on X, claimed Erika Kirk had begun assuming CEO duties before her husband's death and issued a security "stand down" instruction at UVU. The claim is anonymous, undocumented, and inconsistent with TPUSA's public account of the day; it is catalogued at the pre-death CEO claim and should be read against Charlie's day-of security.

  • Through 2024–2025 — Open-source flight research summarized on this site claims the Egyptian-registered aircraft tracked in this case logged roughly 73 travel overlaps with Erika Kirk versus about 23 with Charlie Kirk — attributed analysis only, carrying no allegation. September 10, 2025 — the day​

  • Sept 10, 2025 — location disputed — One compilation spreadsheet places Erika in "Nebraska/Delaware" for TPUSA media appearances that day, while she has said she stayed home in Arizona with her mother. Neither version has been documented independently. Compare with the minute-by-minute reconstruction.

  • 12:23:30 PM MDT — The shot in the UVU courtyard. In the same second, per the reconstruction used across this site, Mikey McCoy is reported to have phoned his wife Elizabeth McCoy — see Ten Minutes After the Shot and the claim page on that call.

  • 12:23 PM MDT / 11:23 AM Arizona time — her account — Erika Kirk says Mikey McCoy called her at that moment. A competing citizen reconstruction places the call to her later, at 12:26 PM MDT, as a three-way call after the SUV had already departed. The two-to-three-minute gap has never been reconciled; both versions are recorded on September 10, 2025.

  • 12:23:30–12:26 PM MDT (competing second-by-second reconstruction) — A minute-level chain circulated by @NihiloX places: the shot at 12:23:30; McCoy's call to Elizabeth in the same second; ~12:23:55 into the SUV; ~12:24 SUV departs; Ben Shapiro receiving real-time updates from the vehicle party; and only then a ~12:26 three-way that includes Erika. This is a reconstruction from public accounts, not published carrier records. See Ten Minutes After the Shot.

  • 12:24:02 PM MDT — A frame cited by investigators reportedly shows Mikey McCoy alone, with Blake Neff not in shot — which researchers say sits awkwardly with Neff's statement that he witnessed the call to Erika and the subsequent call to Rob McCoy. The frame-versus-testimony conflict is set out at McCoy alone in frame. The investigation file's own note reads: "I don't know what it means, and I make no accusations."

  • Sept 10 / later commentary (Kolvet vs Fox interview) — Independent analyst @5149jamesli (November 2025 video of Erika's Fox interview) argued that TPUSA-aligned accounts — including remarks associated with Andrew Kolvet — have described McCoy as not being on the phone in the way her "called me within seconds" account suggests. Citizen investigators have demanded call logs from McCoy. Competing recollections only; no crime is alleged.

  • Sept 10, early afternoon (claim) — Commentators assert that Ben Shapiro was informed and receiving real-time condition updates before Erika was, which they treat as anomalous since the person who called her was not in the SUV. This is an inference from a reconstructed call order, not a documented notification log. Investigation-process clocks for the same afternoon sit on FBI Involvement Timeline.

  • ≈3:31 PM MDT — Charlie Kirk's aircraft N582MM is logged as landing in Utah. Candace Owens argues that if Erika was at the hospital by 4:00 PM, this is the only flight that fits — an inference, not a manifest. See Sept 10 Flight Timeline.

  • ≈4:00 PM MDT (contested) — Rob O'Neill stated on the record (his account) that Erika Kirk arrived at Timpanogos Regional Hospital around 4:00 PM. Why Charlie was taken there at all, rather than to a nearer Level II facility, is argued at was a trauma center bypassed?. See Medical & Death Timeline.

  • ≈4:40 PM MDT (contested) — TPUSA's account, relayed by Andrew Kolvet, places Erika meeting his inbound plane from Santa Barbara on the tarmac — the "tarmac hug." Owens argues the 4:00 PM hospital arrival and the 4:40 PM tarmac meeting cannot both be true. TPUSA has not published a reconciliation, and neither account has been documented with hospital or ground records.

  • Sept 10, hours after the shot (claim) — Kolvet is quoted as saying Erika received a call from an important individual who asked, "How much do you know?", to which she answered, "Everything." The identity of the caller and the meaning of the exchange are unestablished. It is repeated here as a quotation attributed to Kolvet, nothing more.

  • Sept 10, evening (claim) — Commentary alleges Erika left Utah on a private flight. Private air travel for the widow of an assassinated public figure on the day of the killing is unremarkable on its face; it is logged only because it recurs in the aircraft flight analysis threads.

September 11–30, 2025​

  • Sept 12, 2025 — approximately 9:09 PM ET (~55 hours after the shot) — Erika Kirk delivered a public statement referring to "evil Do-ERs" — plural. Investigators fixate on the plural because the official narrative rests on a lone accused shooter. The proposed Charlie Kirk Investigation Laws list this speech by name in their discovery items, while stating that the request "makes no finding or allegation that Erika Kirk or any other person engaged in any wrongdoing."   • Sept 12, 2025 — separate thread — The domain vancekirk2028.com, reportedly searched from Arizona in April and from Israel in June and August, was purchased on this date per the file's compilation. See Google Searches Investigation Index.

  • Sept 16, 2025 — The docket records a Request for Designation of Victim Representative and an Order — Pretrial Protective Order naming Erika Kirk, formally establishing victim-side counsel in State v. Robinson. This is a routine, statutory step under Utah's victims' rights provisions.

  • Sept 18, 2025 — eight days after the killing — Erika Kirk was reportedly elected full-time CEO and board chair of TPUSA. What happened across those eight days — board votes, donor conversations, or nothing unusual at all — is not public. See TPUSA Leadership Succession and Fourteen Ways TPUSA Went the Opposite Direction.

  • Spring 2026 (succession-authenticity dispute) — Citizen posts (e.g. @ElaineAryn, @SwordTruth) argued that TPUSA's public use of AI voice cloning — including Dream City Church / Amfest-style "Charlie from beyond the grave" content — makes any unverified Aspen "I appoint Erika CEO" audio easier to dispute. The deepfake-vendor thread they cite is Clock Tower X and VFX LA; these are citizen arguments about authentication, not findings that anyone faked anything. Aspen donors Owens says she contacted still dispute any formal designation; TPUSA maintains Charlie wanted her to lead. No forensic audio authentication has been published.

  • Sept 21, 2025 — memorial — At the stadium memorial, Erika Kirk publicly stated that she forgave the man accused of killing her husband. Commentators later contrasted the speed of that forgiveness with sharper criticism she directed at a podcaster weeks afterward — an observation about tone, not evidence of anything.   • Late September 2025 — Contemporary reporting described Erika as TPUSA's "beating heart," noted that President Donald Trump called her twice, and quoted her: "No one will ever forget my husband's name, and I will make sure of it."

October 2025 onward​

  • Oct 4, 2025 — Erika Kirk filed two federal trademark applications, Serial Nos. 99427865 and 99427868, claiming the "CHARLIE KIRK" mark in her own name across education, entertainment, clothing, media and fundraising categories. The filings are a matter of public trademark record; describing them as a "wrongful grab" is commentary, not a finding.

  • October 2025 — She was reportedly served a legal notice contesting those filings. No adjudication has been published.

  • Undated — Glenn Beck program — Erika Kirk stated that Charlie was not messaging people the day before saying they were going to kill him, adding "I have his cell phone. It never happened." Frank Turek, Andrew Kolvet, Harrison Smith and Candace Owens each say such messages do exist. The conflict is unresolved, and this site does not call either side a liar.   • Late Oct – Nov 2025 — Anonymous TPUSA employee-whistleblower posts circulated alleging pre-death executive activity and staffing changes. Anonymous, unverified, and disputed — see TPUSA Organizational Timeline. Separately, longtime TPUSA cameraman Artifex, appearing on BlackLineBrief, was amplified on X as alleging government connections "fast-tracked" Erika into TPUSA and toward the CEO role — attributed interview claims, not court findings.

  • Nov 2025 (commentary) — @5149jamesli's Fox-interview analysis kept the McCoy call-log demand alive in public discourse; the carrier-record gap for 12:23 vs 12:26 remains unresolved.

  • Dec 16, 2025 — Judge Tony Graf issued a sweeping gag order on his own motion, requested by neither prosecution nor defense, binding witnesses and counsel. It is not directed at Erika Kirk, but it closed the channel through which her account and every other account could have been publicly tested.   • April 14, 2026 (Owens claim) — Candace Owens (@RealCandaceO) stated that the ATF traced a "mysterious gun" on the morning of September 10 and that a TPUSA faith pastor and friend of Erika Kirk had tried to buy the manufacturer's company. The claim is Owens's attribution, offered as her opinion of what the trace means; no court filing summarized here names Erika Kirk as a party to any such purchase, and no court has adjudicated any of it.   • Spring 2026 (reported) — Lawyers described as Erika Kirk's victim-side counsel reportedly opposed the defense's continuance motion and planned to object to some discovery requests, while the defense argued the ATF and FBI had withheld files held since September. Utah law gives a victim representative a statutory right to a proceeding free of unreasonable delay, so the position is exactly what victim counsel is retained to take — see the claim and the ordinary explanation and Discovery & Brady Evidence Timeline.

  • 2026 — Candace Owens released a multi-part docuseries examining TPUSA succession and the events of September 10. TPUSA-aligned commentators characterize the series as a grift; Owens characterizes the response to it as suppression. See Candace Owens Timeline and Media vs Citizen Investigation.

  • July 5–10, 2026 (public discourse around the prelim) — A high-engagement @WayneWaldropW list of "Erika Kirk Fun Facts" recirculated bio and appointment claims (including a reported U.S. Air Force Academy Board of Visitors seat). Separately, @DataRepublican published a long rebuttal of Owens-franchise theories, condemned character attacks on Erika Kirk, and cited DNA and medical-examiner testimony under oath as supporting the state's charged narrative. Both are public commentary, not findings that Erika committed wrongdoing.

  • July 7–8, 2026 — preliminary hearing — Per notes taken from the hearing, Charlie Kirk's parents were in court and told the judge they wanted all information released, and Erika Kirk reportedly got up and left shortly afterward. Online commentators drew a connection; no statement of her reason is recorded anywhere in the file, and there are many ordinary explanations. See Preliminary Hearing.

  • July 2026 (Rob McCoy public remark) — A widely shared clip of Pastor Rob McCoy was criticized online for projecting that Erika Kirk had "a few years" left and that he would help father the children. Logged as a public statement by McCoy and the online reaction to it — not as a threat assessment.

  1. Do carrier records establish whether the McCoy call to Erika Kirk landed at 12:23 or 12:26 PM MDT — and does that resolve the Blake Neff witnessing question and the Kolvet "not on the phone" contradiction?
  2. Do hospital sign-in logs or airport ground records place her at Timpanogos at 4:00 PM, on the tarmac at 4:40 PM, or somewhere else?
  3. What do TPUSA's board minutes for September 10–18, 2025 record about how and when the CEO appointment was made?
  4. Does a recording of the alleged "I appoint Erika CEO" statement exist, and would a named forensic examiner authenticate it — including against AI-cloning concerns?
  5. Who placed the call Kolvet describes — the one asking "How much do you know?" — and what was it about?
  6. Do the devices of Turek, Kolvet and Owens hold the messages Erika Kirk says do not exist, and will any party produce them?
  7. What is the current USPTO status of trademark Serial Nos. 99427865 and 99427868 after the October 2025 contest notice (opposition, office action, or abandonment)?
  8. Did Erika or victim-side counsel issue any public statement explaining the July 2026 prelim departure?

The TPUSA board minutes and votes for September 10–18, 2025, the donor and board communications inside that eight-day window, the full text and video of the September 12 "evil Do-ERs" statement, the carrier records that would timestamp the 12:23-versus-12:26 call, the Timpanogos Regional Hospital arrival logs, and the flight manifests for N582MM and the aircraft that carried TPUSA staff into Utah that afternoon are things the Charlie Kirk Investigation Laws may result in powerful truths coming out that aren't out yet.
