Fort Huachuca & Military-Related Activity Timeline

Fort Huachuca, Arizona is the U.S. Army's Intelligence Center of Excellence and counterintelligence school. This page is the military-adjacent layer of the case chronology: the July 2025 meetings on U.S. soil, the French legionnaire training window, the VIP aircraft routing that put a government jet on that base on September 8–9, 2025, the reported gathering of roughly twelve lieutenant colonels, and the post-event photograph claims. Almost everything here is circumstantial and disputed — VIP visits to an intelligence installation are routine, and no agency has connected any of it to the September 10 shooting. The political-pressure layer of the same 48 hours is on the September 9 high-pressure meeting; the day-of clock is on September 10, 2025.

The Timeline​

July 2025 — personnel, meetings, and first-ever arrivals​

  • July 11, 2025 (reported) — The same day Charlie Kirk publicly urged Tucker Carlson to go "all the way" in criticism of Israel, master-file notes record a Washington shuffle: Dustin Gard-Weiss moves from performing the duties of Under Secretary of Defense for Intelligence and Security to Executive Director of the CIA. The same notes elsewhere describe John Ratcliffe as remaining CIA Director, so the "replacing" language in circulation is internally inconsistent and should be treated with care.

  • July 11, 2025 (claimed booking) — Per @ProjectConstitu, flight RCH/SAM 702 (the airframe later associated with the Huachuca trip) was booked through Bradley Hansell's DoD office on July 11. Treat as a proponent claim about scheduling, not proof of operational purpose. The July 11 coincidence with the Kirk/Tucker "go all the way" day is interpretive.

  • July 18, 2025 (claimed) — Master-file timeline asserts a decision to target Kirk in Utah "was made around July 18th." This is an assertion without a named source and is examined on its own page at the July 18 decision.

  • July 20, 2025 (claimed) — The Egyptian-registered SU-BTT makes its first-ever trip to America, arriving at an Army base in Nebraska — the subject of Nebraska Army base, July 20 and the SU-BTT movement timeline. Separate event from the September Huachuca window — see foreign leaders meeting July 20.

  • July 20, 2025 (claimed) — A military meeting with foreign leaders is described as taking place on U.S. soil the same day; the two overlapping accounts are separated on military meeting July 20 and foreign leaders meeting July 20, with the search-trend anchor at July 20, 2025 anchor.

  • July 22, 2025 (reported) — The Senate confirms Bradley D. Hansell as Under Secretary of Defense for Intelligence and Security. His public résumé includes Army Special Forces, Boston Consulting Group, and the National Security Council. Confirmation to a Senate-confirmed post is a matter of public record and carries no implication of wrongdoing.

  • Mid-July – early September 2025 (image-search chronology claim) — @StewPetersNet / @AnaEscobarShow published a dated list of Fort Huachuca–geo image searches for figures including Johnnie Moore, Andrew Kolvet, Brian Harpole, Justin Davis, Adm. Brad Cooper, LTG James R. Adams (DIA), Scott Kirkpatrick (DIA S&T — resemblance claims to Cabot Phillips), NSWC Crane personnel, and others across mid-July through September 9. Researchers treat the pattern as pre-meeting coordination; geo image-search data cannot identify who searched and is contested. See Fort Huachuca image searches.

August 2025 — training window​

  • August 2 – August 25, 2025 (reported) — French legionnaires arrive in the United States for a roughly three-week training rotation in California alongside U.S. Marines. The window closes about two weeks before September 10. Later commentary tying legionnaires to the assassination is an attributed allegation with no named evidence and is held, with its counterarguments, at French Foreign Legion claims.

  • August 2025 (claimed) — Commentary alleges a payment originating with a Paris club of elites and routed through a Canadian bank; the figure is quoted inconsistently as $1.5 million and $150 million in the same source material. The internal inconsistency is itself the reason to treat the claim as unverified.

September 7–8, 2025 — the aircraft routing​

  • September 7, 2025 (claimed, flight-tracking) — A U.S. government C-37A Gulfstream V VIP jet, tail 99-0404, flies from Joint Base Andrews to Colorado Springs. See SAM 99-0404.

  • September 7–8, 2025 (reported) — Public reporting and DVIDS-linked public-affairs imagery (researchers cite DVIDS image 9307224) place Hansell meeting JTF South Border leadership in the Colorado Springs / Arizona window — the same unit a witness later says he encountered at Fort Huachuca the following day. VIP border-mission travel is routine on its face.

  • September 8, 2025 (claimed, flight-tracking) — The same aircraft flies Colorado Springs to Tucson, then departs Tucson about five hours later with the transponder apparently switched off, entering Fort Huachuca with the callsign changed from RCH to SAM. The tipster who compiled this notes it is the only time he has observed that aircraft at Fort Huachuca. Proponents also claim SAM status requires POTUS/VP-level approval — institutional claim, not a published trip-authorization file.

  • September 8, 2025 (claimed) — Master-file notes and @ProjectConstitu state Hansell's office booked the Andrews–Colorado Springs–Tucson trip (with a claimed July 11 booking date above). The aircraft is described as holding twelve; who else was aboard, and who was picked up at Colorado Springs that triggered the callsign change, is unresolved.

  • September 8, 2025 (claimed) — Roughly twelve lieutenant colonels are reported at Fort Huachuca. The callsign under which the trip is discussed varies across sources — SAM702, SAM-000, and SAM-112 all appear — against the single tail number 99-0404.   • September 8–9, 2025 (passenger claims — disputed) — Commentary amplified by @ProjectConstitu and Candace Owens's circle alleges the SAM routing included pickup of Erika Kirk near Phoenix/Tucson and drop-off of Brian Harpole near El Paso. Owens has separately stressed that Mitch Snow's identification of who left the meeting is unconfirmed. No passenger manifest has been released. Do not convert these claims into site-asserted attendance. Erika's Arizona/Utah day-of clock is on Erika Kirk timeline.

  • September 8, 2025 (claimed) — A separate note associates Pete Hegseth with Fort Huachuca on this date and adds that the flight reduced altitude and speed over the AES plant in Tennessee. The AES connection is a proponent-side link to the exploding-mic thread and is disputed; see AES Tennessee explosion, the AES factory explosion and the Heber–Nashville flight.

September 9, 2025 — the meeting and the departures​

  • ~00:49 (claimed) — Master-file timeline records SAM702 departing at this hour. This conflicts with the tipster's daytime departure figures below; the site has not reconciled them.

  • Early morning (claimed) — Mitch Snow (full name in the report: Michael Snow) says he walked into a closed high-clearance meeting on base, was taken outside and questioned at length, and was then reported as a possible bomb threat.

  • ~7:30 AM local (claimed) — Master-file notes give the meeting's conclusion time. The person described as leading the roughly seven-hour questioning is named as Captain Adam Neff of Cookeville, Tennessee. A Lt. Col. Daniel Neff is described as a cousin of Blake Neff, Kirk's longtime producer — who was, per public record, a wargames specialist at the Marine Corps War College from 2016 to 2020, work that involved facilitating simulations with colonels and lieutenant colonels. Shared surnames and adjacent careers are not evidence of coordination, and no authority has alleged any of them did anything wrong.

  • ~7:30 AM local (claimed, contested identification) — Snow says he believes he saw a TPUSA executive leaving with an unidentified grey-haired man. Candace Owens, who published his account, states explicitly that this identification is the part that cannot be confirmed. Amplifiers later name Andrew Kolvet, Johnnie Moore, Brian Harpole, Justin Davis, and other security/CENTCOM-adjacent figures as "allegedly" at the meeting — still unconfirmed IDs. See Brian Harpole.

  • 11:17 AM (documented — incident report details) — The military police incident report later released in Owens's coverage (summarized by @TheSCIF) records: tip from CW2 Daniel Head at Southwest Border Mission Headquarters Building #70525; subject Michael ("Mitch") Snow in a gray Chevy Equinox (CA plate 9MIN66; WA DL noted in the report); K-9 SPC Hayes with a negative explosives result; officers/investigators including Navarro (210), Johnstun (220), Sgt McCaslin (200), Olmos, Carlson, and Chief Davidson. The report places Snow on base and documents a bomb-dog response; it does not identify meeting attendees. (UVU-scene bomb-dog claims are a different event on FBI Involvement Timeline.)

  • ~11:43 AM (claimed) — The tipster's read of the flight data places the aircraft leaving at this time, which he argues lines up with a morning sighting of the group.

  • September 9, 2025 (official-facing framing) — Proponents describe a helicopter tour of the southern border for Hansell / JTF South Border leadership as the public face of the Arizona window — the ordinary explanation against which "secret meeting" claims are weighed.

  • 12:31 PM (claimed) — The tipster's screenshots show 99-0404 flying Fort Huachuca to El Paso, then El Paso back to Andrews. The El Paso leg matters because Biggs Army Airfield is there.

  • Undated within this window (claimed) — Master-file notes state Hansell is in charge of the HADES program, run out of Biggs Army Airfield — the field from which N1098L departed on September 10. That is the single link that connects the Huachuca thread to the aircraft over UVU; see N1098L HADES over UVU, the N1098L activity timeline, and ISR operations.

  • Undated, "strange event" note (claimed, speculative) — A master-file entry describes a "JTF" visit at Fort Huachuca involving a well-dressed-down woman described as a senior administration visitor, a General Services Administration presence, a Secret Service officer, and a group who "cared very much about the next 24 hours" and departed with Rep. Mark Amodei (R-NV). The note floats Karoline Leavitt as a guess for the unnamed woman. This is explicitly speculation in the source itself, no identification has been made, and no wrongdoing is alleged against any person named or guessed at.

September 10, 2025 and after​

  • September 10, 2025 (claimed) — N1098L makes its reported low passes near UVU; the day-of aviation entries are on September 10, 2025.

  • After the event (claimed) — An open-source account compares, in the Cabot Phillips alibi analysis, the flooring, dark wall trim, and a distinctive yellow wall in Cabot Phillips's alibi video to interior photographs from Fort Huachuca, arguing the video may have been shot on or near the base. A visual similarity in institutional carpet and trim is weak evidence — these finishes are standard across federal facilities.

  • After the event (claimed, unresolved) — Posts allege that Cooper Brown, described as handling the standing mic at the TPUSA event, and Jeb Jacobi appear in a Fort Huachuca photograph. The open question of whether "Cooper Brown" and Jeb Jacobi are the same person or two people is unresolved and asserted neither way. The counterpoint is strong: the referenced image is a Fort Huachuca Morale, Welfare and Recreation community post showing three young men in Lawley Automotive Group shirts at what looks like a dealership giveaway in a base recreation centre — which establishes no intelligence affiliation at all.   • After the event (circulated screenshot, 2022 origin) — A screenshot recirculates of a 2022 exchange in which Jack Posobiec mentions being sent to Fort Huachuca for training and Tyler Bowyer replies "jack stop going to huachuca." It predates the case by three years and is offered as tone, not evidence.

  • After the event (claimed, uncorroborated) — A note flags a Qureshi-family relative said to have specialized in drones at Fort Huachuca; the master file marks this entry "need to double check" and does not resolve which brother it refers to. @TheGroundIntel (July 2026) further claimed a sister's Fort Huachuca parody music video, a father with Navy/Army service, and a brother with 19th Special Forces affiliation. Family military service or a parody video is not evidence of involvement in the shooting; Zachariah Qureshi was released without charges. See Ahmed Qureshi.

  • After the event (claimed) — A post alleges the man filmed burgling Mitch Snow's home is Kyle Saltz, described as Huachuca-trained counterintelligence. This is an unproven allegation against a living person repeated here only because it circulates; no charge or finding supports it.

  • After the event (claimed) — Researchers say that the day after Fort Huachuca image-search data was published, results for every named figure — DIA, CENTCOM, Crane, and Kirk security figures — were wiped, while unnamed people still returned results.   • July 2026 (Kolvet–Huachuca dispute) — @NihiloX claimed Curt Kolvet (brother of Andrew Kolvet) trained at Fort Huachuca and that a cousin works NETCOM on base, and mapped Romania / TPUSA-adjacent family threads. @CurtKolvet publicly replied that he never worked at Huachuca and only conducted a three-day TDY to visit an MP unit training with base MPs. Record claim and denial together. Family military service ≠ assassination guilt.

  • July 2026 (local counterweight) — Sierra Vista–area posters (e.g. @JenniferFr72292) stated that Huachuca–Kirk conspiracy talk is not a local conversation, consistent with the null hypothesis that VIP traffic at an intelligence school is ordinary. Separate commentary also treats the Huachuca thread as a possible red herring versus other cover-up loci (@TheCKFiles).

  • Ongoing (reported) — Records requests touching the base and the flight remain unfulfilled; the withholding is tracked at Huachuca records withheld and U.S. intelligence assisted — Fort Huachuca.   2. What was the stated purpose of the September 8–9 gathering, and does a meeting agenda or attendance roster exist?
  3. Why did the transponder go quiet on the Tucson leg, and was that an authorized suppression?
  4. Was there any operational connection between the Huachuca visit and the HADES tasking that put N1098L over Utah on September 10?
  5. Does a written statement from the Building #70525 questioning of Michael Snow exist beyond the K-9/incident log?
  6. Who requested the removal of the Fort Huachuca-related image search results, if anyone did?
  7. Can the claimed July 11 RCH/SAM 702 booking through Hansell's office be confirmed in trip-authorization files?
  8. What is the docket status of any defamation suit that names Huachuca/Snow claims as subject matter?

The full passenger manifest and trip-authorization file for the September 7–9 SAM routing through Colorado Springs, Tucson, Fort Huachuca and El Paso, the agenda and attendance roster for the September 8–9 gathering, the unredacted Fort Huachuca incident report and any statements taken during the questioning that morning, the HADES tasking orders that placed N1098L over Utah on September 10, and the records the Army has so far declined to release about who was on base that week are things the Charlie Kirk Investigation Laws may result in powerful truths coming out that aren't out yet.
