July 31, 2025 — An off-the-record White House meeting convened, per the file, by the Faith & Freedom Coalition, the Latino Coalition for Israel, and the Philos Project (reportedly funded by Paul Singer), to discuss "confronting the woke-right defamation of Israel." The weekend itself — August 4–6, 2025

August 4–5, 2025 (Ackman account — venue and framing) — In a later 2026 podcast interview (clips recirculated as "The Western Spirit" with Ariel Whitman), investor Bill Ackman says he hosted a Bridgehampton hotel gathering of roughly 35 influencers (combined audience described as over 100 million followers), covering travel and lodging. He says Kirk initiated the idea to convene young conservative influencers on marriage, kids, economics, and Israel; that he "really just went to listen"; that he missed the Israel session for a board meeting; and that "at no time was [Kirk] ever threatened by me or anyone else." August 4–5, 2025 (claimed — Grayzone / Owens track) — Reporting attributed to The Grayzone / Max Blumenthal and amplified by Candace Owens describes the same weekend as an "intervention" in which Ackman allegedly "hammered" Kirk over platforming Israel critics, presented a list of perceived offenses, pressed funding and an Israel trip, and — per one anonymous source — demanded Kirk rescind Tucker Carlson's AmFest invitation. One source said Kirk walked away feeling an attempt at blackmail. No public filing corroborates blackmail or threats; Ackman has called threat claims false.

August 4, 2025 (or August 5–6) — Per the master file, Benjamin Netanyahu telephones Kirk and offers money, and Kirk declines to make the trip to Israel. The file's own line reads: "Bibi Netanyahu calls Charlie offers the money. Charlie says not to trip to Israel." Netanyahu is a sitting head of government; the call, its content, and any funding figure are reported claims with no released transcript. In post-shooting podcast appearances, Netanyahu publicly stated he had called Kirk weeks earlier and invited him to Israel — contemporaneous confirmation of contact, not of a funding transcript. August 4–6, 2025 (reported framing) — A widely circulated list of case claims summarises the sequence as: Netanyahu requests Kirk visit Israel, Netanyahu offers TPUSA large funding, Kirk refuses the offer, and Kirk becomes disaffected with Netanyahu. One anonymous-donor account circulated in 2025–2026 puts a figure of $150 million on the offer, and another describes Bill Ackman as pushing Kirk to "take the cash and fall in line." Early amplifiers included clips featuring Nick Fuentes; later critics attacked the anonymous source's credibility. August 2025 (date unspecified) — the donor-meeting / succession question — In a November 24, 2025 Megyn Kelly interview (clips recirculated by Project Constitution and others), Erika Kirk reportedly said that at an August 2025 Hamptons-linked donor setting, one of the first questions was what would happen to TPUSA "if something happens to you," and that Charlie answered the organization was vision-led and that Erika would do a great job running it. This was within roughly forty days of the assassination. Immediately after the weekend (claimed) — Tucker Carlson, as relayed in 2026 clips with Carrie Prejean Boller, said Kirk came to Tucker's home and described the Hamptons episode in detail shortly after it occurred. Treat as secondhand recollection pending a primary recording. Prejean later confronted Dillon publicly ("You were at the Hamptons and you were bullying Charlie Kirk"); Dillon disputes a bullying framing.

~August 5–6, 2025 (claimed dating) — A video segment by Harrison Smith is circulated (recirculated October 7, 2025 by @KAGdrogo, ~419k views) with the claim it was recorded "the day after" the Hamptons weekend, and is offered as contemporaneous evidence of Kirk's mood in the fallout. The day-after dating is the poster's assertion, not a verified recording date.

August 6, 2025 — Kirk appears on Megyn Kelly's program and, in the file's words, "lashes out about donors pressuring him." Commentators treat this as public evidence the private weekend "did not go well." This is the first public trace of the private pressure and is logged on Charlie's reported quotes and warnings.

September 1–5, 2025 — In private group chats later published by Candace Owens, Kirk writes that he has "no choice but to leave the pro-Israel cause" and that "Jewish donors really live up to all the stereotypes." ~September 15–16, 2025 (public dispute) — Owens publicly said "threats were made" at the Hamptons gathering and urged Ackman and Dillon to release text messages. Major clip accounts carried Ackman's contemporaneous denial (often framed as "totally false"). Per the investigation file, Seth Dillon publicly states there was "no angry confrontation" and presents the weekend as an enjoyable summer retreat. These denials are part of the record and belong on this page.

Later (date not fixed in the file) — Under questioning by Carrie Prejean Boller, Dillon is reported to have acknowledged there had been a "heated and at times spirited debate." Critics read that as a contradiction. Dillon's position on its face — that a robust argument among friends is not an "angry confrontation" — is a coherent distinction and is not an admission of anything. Circulating secondhand Prejean-chain material attributes further quoted concessions to Dillon about the cost of criticizing Israel; those lines remain unverified against a primary recording.

2026 (recirculation and claim evolution) — Candace Owens states in broadcast segments that Kirk's final phone call was an intervention by Netanyahu pushing for war with Iran, and that Kirk was killed after refusing. Later 2026 critics note she has also floated variants in which the Hamptons/Netanyahu contact track "could've been about" harming her — which they treat as inconsistent with earlier "TPUSA money deal" packaging. Kirk's disputes with pro-Israel donors are also one of the unexplored lead areas former NCTC director Joe Kent has pointed to on the record, saying his center's parallel foreign-nexus review was ordered to stop before leads like these could be run to ground.

- What is the actual date and venue of the gathering from a calendar, invitation, hotel folio, or travel record — does any primary document corroborate Ackman's Bridgehampton hotel / Aug 4–5 / ~35 influencers account?
