This is the last full day Charlie Kirk was alive, tracked hour by hour in Mountain Daylight Time. Its centre is a contentious private meeting with pro-Israel advocates that citizen-research compilations say took place that day, and the alleged "they are going to kill me" (KM-07) text reportedly sent during it. The day also carries two independently documented UVU records — a 2:23 PM email and a 10:35 PM office visit — that exist in a GRAMA release and do not depend on the meeting claim at all. The Timeline

Overnight and early morning

~00:49 MDT (claimed) — Master-file flight notes record the SAM702 VIP aircraft departing Fort Huachuca after the reported Sept 8 gathering of roughly twelve lieutenant colonels; the military layer of this same day is developed on the Fort Huachuca and military timeline.
Early morning (claimed) — A source described publicly as a military whistleblower says he walked into a closed meeting at Fort Huachuca that morning and was questioned at length before military police were called; the account, the responding incident report, and the pushback against it are summarized at Fort Huachuca — Sept 9 Meeting and on the Mitch Snow profile.
~7:30 AM local (claimed) — Master-file notes state that meeting concluded at 7:30 AM local time, with a TPUSA executive reportedly among those seen leaving. Identification of anyone in that group is unverified and disputed by the same sources that report it.

Daytime: the public appearance

Daytime (reported) — Kirk appears on Ben Shapiro's show and presses criticism of Israeli policy directly to Shapiro. This is the day's publicly verifiable anchor — it is on tape — and is the point that donor-pressure researchers treat as the escalation, tracked at Israel events and pressure and reported Charlie Kirk quotes on Israel. Some later commentators call the same-window pairing of "leave the pro-Israel cause" private texts with a public Shapiro appearance "nonsensical"; others treat it as deliberate confrontation. Exact show start time is not fixed on this page from archive clocks.
Daytime (reported, dating conflict on donor texts) — WhatsApp group messages — "Just lost another huge Jewish donor. $2 million a year because we won't cancel Tucker" and "Leaving me no choice but to leave the pro-Israel cause" — were confirmed as genuine by TPUSA spokesman Andrew Kolvet (clips recirculated as "That was a text grab… that I had shared"). Early retellings and this site's prior placement put those messages on September 8. A widely shared February 2026 claim asserts Josh Hammer fixed the leave-pro-Israel message on September 9 — less than 24 hours before the shooting. Anti-conflation note — Public posts routinely collapse the Kolvet-authenticated "$2M donor / leave pro-Israel cause" texts and the unauthenticated "they are going to kill me" (KM-07) phrase onto a single "9/9 text." They are different claim clusters with different evidence status. Do not treat them as one message.
Daytime (claimed) — Josh Hammer is reported to have retweeted a Trump post about a twelve-year-old execution with the word "Based." The post is cited in motive compilations; it is a public post, not evidence of foreknowledge, and no allegation of wrongdoing is made here.
Daytime (claimed) — Google Trends screenshots circulated by researchers show searches for n888kg — the tail number of the jet that would leave Provo the following evening — originating in Utah on September 9. See N888KG and planes search patterns.

The session itself — call vs in-person (structure disputed)

Structure A — debate-prep call (claimed; Owens track) — According to Candace Owens (clips amplified e.g. Oct 2025), on September 9 Kirk joined a call to prepare for anti-Israel debates involving Rabbi Pesach Wolicki, Josh Hammer, and a few unnamed TPUSA producers. This is a debate-prep call description — not a documented multi-person in-person venue. No public recording of any such call has been released.
Structure B — intervention-style meeting (claimed; timeline compilations) — Other compilations describe a combative in-person high-pressure meeting / "intervention," not routine scheduling. No source in the public record fixes a start time, a location, or a duration. No agency has confirmed any such meeting occurred.
Participants commonly named (alleged) — Wolicki, Hammer, Seth Dillon, Bill Ackman, and Natasha Hausdorff. None of these individuals has been charged with or accused by any authority of any offence. The names appear here only because they recur in public commentary. The call-track names a narrower set (Wolicki, Hammer, TPUSA producers).
Attendee / date overlap risk — The same names appear on the early-August Hamptons intervention lists (including Ackman's Bridgehampton account) — background on the venue and the donor setting is at Israel Hamptons and the Hamptons intervention and the death question. Commentators read an escalating private-pressure track; secondary timelines often conflate August Hamptons with September 9. The master file itself carries both datings.
During the day / meeting (claimed — kill-me cluster) — Kirk reportedly texted others saying "THEY ARE GOING TO KILL ME" (KM-07) / "I think they're going to kill me." (KM-09) Owens has said three separate people received written warnings that day, one of them a donor. Separate commentary asserts Kolvet privately relayed knowledge of such a text to Owens within ~48 hours after Sept 10 and/or that security lead Dan Flood was a recipient (Flood has not been charged with or accused by any authority of any offence). Denials (part of the record) — An associate path states the kill-me message "never happened" and that the speaker holds Kirk's phone. Secondary summaries describe Erika Kirk as denying a fear-driven final night (phone in her possession; final night framed as prayer, not fear). These denials belong on this page alongside the claims.
Same day (claimed) — A separate reported exchange has a friend writing "I hope you improved your security" (KM-12) and Kirk answering "I did" and "I know they want me dead." Sourcing is second-hand; see Dan Flood and Shaffer Security Group for the security-posture question this raises.
Same week (2026 Candace expansion) — Later Candace segments describe pressure from "Christian Zionist donors" in addition to the September donor-chat cluster. Treat as her characterisation of sources, not an authenticated roster.
Same day (claimed) — Master-file notes record Kirk texting that he would invite Candace Owens to AmFest, a detail proponents use to argue he was actively realigning in his final 48 hours.

This donor-pressure track is among the lead areas former NCTC director Joe Kent says his team had not yet exhausted when its parallel review of potential foreign ties was ordered to stop after Tyler Robinson was taken into custody.

Evening: the documented UVU record

2:23 PM MDT (documented) — An email moves through UVU Police Chief Jeff Long's communication chain. Subject line: FYI. Body: "He wants us to get a message to Charlie Kirk. His phone number is REDACTED." The requester's name and the number are redacted; whether the message was ever delivered is not documented anywhere in the 112 released pages. 10:35 PM MDT (documented) — A UVU staff message states that two men showed up at offices asking to talk to police about "a plan," and that staff escalated it because two senators were expected the next day. The message asks whether anyone has more information. Document reference UVU 25-330:0023.
11:19 PM MDT (documented) — 44 minutes later, a follow-up message states the two men were not from a senator's office but were "GOP reps who played like they knew more than they did." Nobody in the chain asks what the plan was; nobody documents what the two men told police; all names are redacted under Utah exemptions. See UVU administration response.
Overnight (reported) — Fourteen hours after the 10:35 PM visit, the shooting occurs. Also in the same GRAMA set: Orem PD had sent UVU the event ticket link on Sept 3, then said after the shooting that it was "not involved" — despite UVU paying Orem PD annually for a joint Public Order Unit that was never activated. The attendee list and contemporaneous communications from the September 9 session, the unredacted UVU GRAMA pages including the names behind the 2:23 PM email and the 10:35 PM office visit, the additional UVU documents the university has acknowledged exist but refused to release, the carrier and forensic records that would authenticate or disprove the "they are going to kill me" (KM-07) message, and the donor-network financial records tied to the pressure campaign are things the Charlie Kirk Investigation Laws may result in powerful truths coming out that aren't out yet.
