Medical & Death Timeline — Shot to Pronouncement

This timeline covers one narrow window: 12:23:30 PM MDT on September 10, 2025, when Charlie Kirk was shot at UVU, through the reported 1:03:30 PM MDT pronouncement of death at Timpanogos Regional Hospital in Orem. Roughly forty minutes. Almost every minute inside it is contested — the transport method, the hospital chosen, who performed CPR, and whether a foreign newspaper announced the death before the surgeon walked out of the operating room. Suspect movement and the campus manhunt belong to the minute-by-minute reconstruction and the ten minutes after the shot; this page stays with the body.

The Timeline

12:23 PM — The shot and the scene

12:25–12:40 PM — Transport

  • ~12:25 PM — Investigators model roughly one minute from shot to departure, then a 7–10 minute drive. No ambulance and no sirens appear in the eyewitness accounts summarized on Emergency Response, Hospital Scene EMS, and No On-Site Ambulance and the Scoop-and-Run SUV.

  • Same window (protocol critique, attributed) — Commentators including @FlatEarthDaveX, @jimmy_dore, and others argue on-site EMTs/medics were bypassed or blocked in favor of private SUV transport with captain's chairs, eliminating a standard ambulance run sheet. Some accounts claim an ambulance later reached the UVU scene unused; the staging question is tracked at Six Campus Officers and No Ambulance Staged. These are protocol critiques and attributions, not adjudicated findings; the 911/McCoy call conflict is tracked separately on Hospital Scene EMS and McCoy/Neff call conflict.

  • ~12:25–12:35 PM — The destination is Timpanogos Regional Hospital in Orem, a Level IV trauma center about 5.8 miles / 12–15 minutes away — not Utah Valley Hospital, the Level II center 4.2 miles / 8–12 minutes away. Utah County protocol for serious gunshot wounds reportedly directs transport past Level IV and V facilities to the Level II center. That deviation is the core of Hospital Choice & Transport, Was a Nearer Level II Trauma Center Bypassed?, and the Timpanogos facility page.

  • Open records gap (route cameras) — As of 2026 commentary, no public Flock/ALPR or traffic-camera compilation of the Yukon's route from the courtyard to Timpanogos has been released (Charlie's Trip to Hospital).

  • Same window (unverified claim) — Sourcing summarized on Hospital People & Bullet Claims reports a bomb scare at Intermountain Health Utah Valley Regional at approximately the same time, with staff reportedly asked to sign NDAs. This has not been independently confirmed; it is tracked alongside Hospital Footage and NDAs.

  • Disputed, same windowCandace Owens has publicly asked why a medical file for Kirk reportedly exists at Utah Valley Hospital if he was taken to Timpanogos. The claim originates from an unnamed medical staffer and is unverified; it is logged on Hospital People & Bullet Claims.

12:33–12:45 PM — Arrival and intake

  • ~12:33–12:40 PM — Arrival at Timpanogos. An eyewitness account circulated on social platforms — amplified again in 2025–2026 by accounts such as @ProjectConstitu summarizing a hospital-contractor narrative — describes bodyguards meeting staff outside the surgery doors rather than through the emergency entrance, and describes Kirk as already unresponsive / "DOA" on arrival. Strong-form claims that he never entered the ER circulate in anonymous nurse clips; those remain unverified. Recorded on Events at Hospital and The Empty ER and Hospital Personnel Changes.

  • ~12:33–12:43 PM — Investigators model 5–10 minutes minimum to unload, admit, and move a patient into an operating room. The 911 call record and Emergency Response pages track what is and is not public about this interval.

  • ~12:35 PM (unverified claim) — A second SUV is described arriving behind the first, reportedly driven by chief of staff Mikey McCoy, who — according to a single hospital-contractor account — drove to physician parking rather than the ER, picked up an unidentified passenger, and left without entering. Single-source; re-aired through 2026 with the passenger still unidentified. See Events at Hospital.

  • Reported, same afternoon — The FBI is described as moving quickly to seize interior hospital footage while the campus manhunt was still active, per Hospital Footage Seizure and Hospital Security Cameras Removed. Commentators also describe the ER lobby as unusually empty; no official explanation of either point is public. Candace Owens and others later framed the hospital interval as part of a broader cover-up of medical evidence — attributed commentary, not a court finding.

12:43–1:03 PM — Operating room and pronouncement

  • ~12:43–1:03 PM — Investigators model 20–30 minutes in the operating room before a surgeon emerged. No hospital record establishing these intervals is public; they are reconstruction, as the Medical section states plainly.

  • 1:03:30 PM MDT — The reported pronouncement of death by the surgeon who came out of the OR, never publicly named. This is the single most-cited hard time in the medical window and appears in the master investigation file as (1:03:30 MT). A separate claim that another surgeon was blocked from Kirk's room belongs to the same interval and is likewise unverified.

  • Clinical detail (unverified in primary public hospital notes) — Some secondary summaries state doctors briefly restored a pulse before the reported 1:03:30 PM pronouncement. This page treats that as unconfirmed until a named medical source or filing appears.

  • Modeled total — 1 minute to leave, plus 7–10 minutes driving, plus 5–10 minutes to reach the OR, plus 20–30 minutes in the OR = 33–50 minutes, producing an end window of 12:56 PM – 1:13 PM MDT. The 1:03:30 figure sits inside that window, which is why researchers treat the model as roughly sound and then ask what happened outside it.

  • The Jerusalem Post conflict — The master file records that the Jerusalem Post had already announced Kirk's death before the modeled pronouncement window closed — the conflict is set out in full at The OR Timeline Versus the Jerusalem Post. High-engagement posts on Sept 11–13, 2025 (e.g. @RedPillMediaX, @jacksonhinkle, @AdameMedia) recirculated screenshots asserting JPost was first. If that reporting timestamp holds up, either the death was known outside the hospital before the official pronouncement, or the outlet worked from a different time source. Neither branch has been publicly reconciled; see Media Timeline Compilation, September 10 Breaking News, and Media vs Citizens.

After the pronouncement

  • Afternoon of Sept 10 — The treating surgeon is publicly described as calling the wound an "absolute miracle" in the sense that the bullet did not exit and therefore did not endanger bystanders — a description that sits uneasily with front-neck-exit theories on Wound Trajectory Angle, Trajectory Wound Mismatch, and Is the Front Neck Wound an Entrance or an Exit?. No name was attached to the quote in the coverage summarized on Doctors; the chest-versus-neck spread in first-hour accounts is at Chest Wound Accounts Versus the Neck Wound.

  • Sept 10 evening – Sept 11 pre-dawn (claimed) — According to commentary attributed to attorney Baron Coleman (recirculated mid-2026), Kirk's body left Timpanogos around ~8:00 PM for the Salt Lake City medical examiner (~45 minutes) and was released by about 5:00 AM — a compressed window citizen investigators call unusually fast. Bridge detail for the autopsy and forensic timeline and The Body Flown Out; not independently verified from public ME logs on this page.

  • Aug 19 / Aug 25, 2025 (background)Andrew Zenger was reported appointed CEO of Timpanogos Regional Hospital on August 19 and to have started August 25, weeks before the shooting. A further citizen claim that he joined the surgical team on August 28 is unverified. Tracked on Hospital Leader and Medical Staff Changes. Recording this timing alleges no wrongdoing by any person named.

  • July 1, 2025 (background)Dr. Deirdre Amaro began full-time as Utah's chief medical examiner, roughly ten weeks before the shooting. Her post-death role is covered on Medical Examiner and in the sibling autopsy and forensic timeline. Citizen posts refine a claimed Israeli-IP Google Trends blip for Amaro to about June 30 / early July 2025; Trends does not identify individual searchers and does not allege wrongdoing by any living professional.

  • July 2025 (background, claim) — Google Trends data cited by citizen researchers reportedly shows Israeli-IP searches for Timpanogos Regional Hospital, for Amaro, and for seven Timpanogos surgeons in a two-week window around July 20. Trends data does not identify individual searchers; see Israel IP Search Patterns, Timpanogos medical searches, The Timpanogos Surgeon Search-Trends Frenzy, and Israel Google Searches — Medical People.

  • Later, date not fixed (disputed) — The Yukon Denali used for transport was reportedly cut up and melted down. If accurate, that removes a blood-spatter and trajectory reference from any future forensic reconstruction. See SUV Destroyed, The SUV Destroyed and the ADL Floor-Sharing Claim, and the SUV interior photographs.

Open Questions

  1. What does the hospital's own arrival timestamp say, and does it fall inside the modeled 12:33–12:40 PM window?
  2. Who made the transport decision — the security detail or a dispatcher — and was Utah Valley Hospital considered and rejected?
  3. What time did the Jerusalem Post publish, in what time zone, and from what source?
  4. Which physician pronounced death at 1:03:30 PM, and does that physician's name appear on the death certificate?
  5. Was CPR performed in the SUV, by whom, and for how long — and was any pulse restored in the OR?
  6. Where is the interior hospital footage the FBI reportedly seized, and does it show the arrival and the described second SUV?
  7. Do Flock/ALPR or traffic cameras document the Yukon route, and who was the alleged second-SUV passenger at physician parking?
  8. What do ME intake and release logs show for the claimed 8 PM → 5 AM window?

Laws (Charlie Kirk)

The hospital arrival log and the operating-room entry timestamp, the 911 and dispatch audio behind the transport decision, the trauma-triage justification for choosing a Level IV center over a Level II center, the seized interior hospital camera footage, the identity of the pronouncing physician, and the publication metadata behind the earliest death announcements are things that the Charlie Kirk Investigation Laws may result in powerful truths coming out that aren't out yet.
