• Oct 9, 2025 — Court record. The defense filed a motion for permission to file an overlength brief and the substantive motion to appear at all in-person proceedings in civilian clothing and without restraints, with a proposed temporary order attached (Defense Team — Tyler Robinson, Preliminary Hearing and Motions).

• Oct 9, 2025 — Context. The Accurate Energetic Systems plant in McEwen, Tennessee is operational on its 1,300-acre site, one day before the blast (AES — Accurate Energetic Systems).

• Oct 10, 2025 — ~7:47 a.m. (publicly reported / later CSB update). AES Building 602 in McEwen, Tennessee is destroyed in multiple catastrophic explosions while commercial cast boosters were in production. Investigators later estimated about 23,000 pounds of explosive material detonated, killing sixteen workers and injuring seven others nearby; a later CSB update noted the building lacked sprinklers. Early media death-toll figures briefly floated 18–19 before settling at 16. Blueprints, prototypes and records were destroyed with it. October 13–14 — the week's two loudest days

• Oct 13, 2025 — Court record. Staci Visser filed a notice of limited appearance for the defense, and the parties filed a stipulated motion for a Discovery Protective Order with a proposed order and certificate of service — the direct predecessor to the October 15 entry (Discovery and Brady Disputes).

• Oct 13, 2025 — Alleged. Master research notes describe a White House meeting focused on Antifa funding and messaging tied to Kirk. This is a reported allegation about narrative strategy, not a proven operation, and no attendee list or record has been produced (Online Narrative-Control Operations).

• Oct 13, 2025 — Alleged. A high-engagement X post by @In2ThinAir described remote deletion of witness video from phones. Not court-authenticated (Witness Videos Deleted Remotely, FBI Asked a Witness to Delete Their Video).

• Oct 14, 2025 — Court record. The court entered an interim order on the civilian-clothing-and-restraints motion, and Richard Novak filed a notice of limited appearance (Defense Team).

• Oct 14, 2025 — Publicly reported (ceremony). President Donald Trump posthumously awarded Charlie Kirk the Presidential Medal of Freedom on what would have been Kirk's 32nd birthday, with Erika Kirk accepting on his behalf.
