CIA

Overview

This directory contains information and analysis related to CIA involvement in the Charlie Kirk incident.

Goal

To examine the claims raised in public commentary about a CIA role in Charlie Kirk's assassination — in particular the theory that rogue factions within the agency coordinated with Israeli and Egyptian intelligence after Kirk's criticism of Israeli influence in U.S. politics. No evidence establishes any of this, and it is documented here as an unproven allegation. This includes examining what commentators allege about the agency's connection to the HADES surveillance aircraft and drone operations, and their argument that Tyler Robinson served as a patsy. Nothing here is a finding that any agency or any person did any such thing. The agency-role question also depends on mechanism: an operation of the kind alleged fits far better with the view that Charlie Kirk was killed by a planted explosive device than with a lone rifleman.

Laws (Charlie Kirk)

  • NSA SIGINT queries tied to the aircraft and people and the N1098L HADES surveillance flight orders and the drone flight and video-feed recipients over UVU are things that the Charlie Kirk Investigation Laws may result in powerful truths coming out that aren't out yet.
