Attorney and radio commentator Baron Coleman has advanced one of the more alarming claims in the Tyler Robinson narrative: that Robinson himself is in physical danger. In a clip shared July 13, 2026 by journalist Grace Ashford (@IGraceAshford), Coleman states that Robinson "is in grave danger because he was never supposed to survive this long," and that if the Charlie Kirk case ever reaches trial, the evidence will not hold.

If Charlie Kirk's murder case reaches trial, everything will fall apart because the evidence will not hold.
Coleman's argument, as stated in the video, is a chain of reasoning: because (in his view) the state cannot actually prove Robinson pulled the trigger, a full adversarial trial would expose the weakness of the case — and that exposure, not the verdict, is the real risk to whoever built the official story. In Coleman's framing, that makes Robinson's continued survival a problem for the narrative rather than an asset to it.

I think that there are two people who are in grave danger right now, unbelievably grave danger, and by grave I mean a danger of of being taken out physically from this earth. The first may be obvious. It's Tyler Robinson. Tyler Robinson's in grave danger. Tyler Robinson was not supposed to survive to turn himself in. I'm now convinced of that. Tyler Robinson was framed. I am now 100 convinced of that. But Tyler Robinson cannot go to trial. He cannot because they cannot prove he did it. Not only that, if he goes to trial, it's going to just blow the whole thing apart.
The clip cuts off immediately after Coleman identifies Robinson as the first of two people he says are in grave danger. He does not name the second person in this excerpt.
