Fort Huachuca
This page documents why citizen investigators point to Fort Huachuca, the U.S. Army's intelligence and counterintelligence school in Sierra Vista, Arizona, when they argue that American intelligence assets were positioned near the Charlie Kirk event window. The claims below are reported allegations, social-media analysis, and flight-tracking readings — not court findings. The official case remains a domestic lone-suspect prosecution, and no service has been shown to have ordered any killing.
What Fort Huachuca is
Fort Huachuca is described repeatedly in the investigation notes as the U.S. Army Intelligence Center of Excellence and home of the Military Intelligence Corps — the Army's schoolhouse for intelligence and counterintelligence. Libby Army Airfield supports the installation's air traffic. That institutional role is why investigators treat any reported cluster of activity there in the days before September 10, 2025, as worth scrutiny rather than routine.
According to Candace Owens' commentary summarized in the notes, she says she is "receiving emails from people telling me that at Fort Huachuca" the base has "a department that works in signals." That remark is presented as an allegation and an investigative lead, not as a demonstrated fact. Signals, electronic warfare, and intelligence training are part of the base's public mission set; the leap from "they train signals" to "they built a rigged mic" is the speculative step Owens herself frames as a lead, not a finding.
The reported September 8–9 meeting
The master timeline records the following reported items around the base:
- Sept 8 — Roughly 12 lieutenant colonels are said to have gathered at Fort Huachuca, Arizona, with a SAM-702 VIP aircraft associated with the visit.
- The aircraft is described as leaving September 9 at 0:49 per one timeline note; other accounts place daytime departures in the late-morning window.
- A separate account attributed to a military whistleblower ("Harry Myers" / Mitch Snow cluster) claims he stumbled into a Fort Huachuca meeting on Sept 9 "packed with 12+ lieutenant colonels."
That whistleblower account further alleges that a Captain Adam Neff led a lengthy interrogation, and connects him to Blake Neff — described in the notes as Charlie Kirk's longtime producer and a former "wargames specialist" for the U.S. Marine Corps War College (reportedly 2016–2020). The notes also claim Brian Harpole (TPUSA COO) was "spotted leaving with a mystery gray-haired boss." Every one of these identifications is an unverified public claim, and the named individuals are living people against whom nothing has been proven. Some of these claims have generated defamation litigation and alibi counters in public discussion; this page records the claims as claims only.
The SAM-702 VIP flight
Owens is quoted in the notes identifying Bradley D. Hansell — described as Trump's Under Secretary of War for Intelligence and Security — as one of only four passengers on the SAM-702 VIP flight said to have left Fort Huachuca on the morning of September 9th, the day before the assassination. The notes summarize his reported resume as Army Special Forces, Boston Consulting Group, and National Security Council service. These are attributed claims about a public official; no wrongdoing has been established.
A separate reader email preserved in the file tracks a C-37A Gulfstream V VIP jet, tail 99-0404, out of Andrews. Per that account the aircraft flew Andrews → Colorado Springs → Tucson on Sept 7–8, went dark for hours, then at about 12:31 PM on September 9th flew from Fort Huachuca to El Paso and back to Andrews — described by the emailer as "the ONLY time I've noticed this plane be in Fort Huachuca." Owens-linked commentary further claims Hansell's office booked the Andrews–Colorado Springs–Tucson itinerary before the callsign behavior changed near Huachuca. These are citizen flight-tracking readings, offered as a timing indicator rather than proof of any operation. The "signals" and shape-charge lead
In a broadcast transcript preserved in the notes, Owens speculates about how a rigged microphone or device could have been "put together," and says she is receiving emails suggesting Fort Huachuca "could have put together this rigged mic" because "they have a department that works in signals." She explicitly frames it as a lead: "if I find out they assemble things like this at Fort Huachuca … things are going to get a lot more interesting." Shared research notes also record claims that explosives testing or related energetic research and development activity has been associated with Huachuca in citizen commentary — again as lead language, not as a proven Kirk link.
JTF and the Stew Peters sequence
Commentator Stew Peters has publicly argued a multi-step sequence: after Joe Kent began asking about planes, military involvement, and foreign ties to Kirk's murder, senior defense travel went to Huachuca, an entire JTF division was described as fired or gutted, and the AES explosives plant later blew up. July 2026 X replies (e.g. accounts addressing @PeteHegseth) restate claims that tail 99-0404 overflew AES after Huachuca activity and "38th Mtn" reassignment language.
Those claims braid this page with Narrative Control and AES Factory Explosion. Each step requires primary documents (orders, manifests, unit manning charts, ADS-B) that are not fully public here. The sequence is included because it is one of the most repeated intelligence-hub stories tying Huachuca to the post-assassination cover-story fight.
The carpet-comparison claim
An X account, @AMeadowInquiry, is reported to have compared flooring and trim in a Cabot Phillips alibi video to interior photos said to be from Fort Huachuca, suggesting the footage "may have been shot at or near a Fort Huachuca location." The notes stress the obvious caveat: a visual similarity between interiors is not proof of anything, Cabot Phillips is alive, and the comparison is an independent user's allegation. Other personnel and photo claims (attributed only)
Investigation notes preserve additional social claims that researchers should treat with maximum caution:
- Photo threads alleging certain TPUSA volunteers or event-day staff later appear near Huachuca imagery.
- A claim that Zach Quershi's brother Tor specialized in drones at Fort Huachuca.
- Circulating Jack Posobiec / Tyler Bowyer screenshot exchanges about Huachuca presence.
- Skeptical pushback, including Alex Jones publicly dismissing "Fort Huachuca crap" in a July 2026 post — itself a data point about how contested the cluster remains inside alternative media.
None of these secondary claims is elevated to a finding. Living people mentioned are not accused by this site of assassination assistance.

Mitch Snow Paper Trail and July 2026 Contestation
The Huachuca cluster is no longer only “someone said there was a meeting.” Citizen investigators now circulate a claimed military-police paper trail, long-form interviews, and counter-PR claims — still unproven as to any assassination planning.
- MP incident report (Owens / @TheSCIF summary). On December 23, 2025, @TheSCIF (high engagement) summarized a Candace Owens presentation of what it called a “verified military police incident report” from Fort Huachuca, used to argue that witness Mitch / Michael Snow was not inventing presence on base. Per that write-up, the report allegedly shows: 11:17 AM, September 9, 2025 tip from CW2 Daniel Head about a suspicious individual at Southwest Border Mission Headquarters, Building #70525; a gray Chevy Equinox (CA plate cited as 9MIN66); officers Navarro, Johnstun, Sgt. McCaslin; partial building evacuation; K-9 explosive sniff negative on bag/vehicle/building; investigators Olmos and Carlson taking Snow to the MP office; and Snow’s claim he was first grilled by a “Captain Neff” before MPs treated him as a bomb-threat problem. Owens is described as treating the document as proof against a “psychological operation” to discredit Mitch, while still flagging that IDs of people leaving any meeting remain unconfirmed. Readers must treat names, plate numbers, and report authenticity as claims pending primary authenticated PDFs — this site does not certify the report.
- “Unaccounted-for variable” framing. @realstewpeters (May 21, 2026) stated the assassination “was a military operation,” that Mitch “blew up that op by randomly stumbling across the high-profile planning meeting at Fort Huachuca,” and that Mitch was “the one unaccounted-for variable.” That is Stew Peters’s hypothesis, not a court finding against any service or person.
- Long-form Mitch media. @DiligentDenizen hosted Mitch Snow on X Spaces and posted a long interview (January 2026) framed as the “longest interview of Mitch,” crediting Owens for breaking the story. Primary interview content should be checked against any later corrections by Snow himself.
- PR blitz as a “tell.” @FreeBrocTickle (July 11, 2026) argued a “massive PR blitz launched to ‘destroy’ Mitch Snow was a REAL tell that the Fort Huachuca angle had legs.” That is media-environment inference: intensity of debunking ≠ proof of a meeting’s content.
- Dan Flood / Mitch house question. @Amberlyn_Dawn (July 12, 2026) asked why Dan Flood (described as head of security for TPUSA) would be at Mitch Snow’s house, given Snow’s allegation that he saw Brian Harpole and Erika Kirk at Huachuca in the days before the killing. Flood, Harpole, and Erika Kirk are living persons; no wrongdoing is found here. The post is logged as an open question raised online, not as evidence of guilt. Innocent explanations (threat assessment, witness contact, legal coordination) remain available and unrefuted on this page.
- Cabot / mic handoff claims (extreme fringe). Accounts such as @Tony_C_FJB allege Erika was with Cabot Phillips at Huachuca on 9/8, that Cabot met Brian on 9/9 to “get the mic,” and similar. Those are severe accusations against living people circulating without court findings — recorded only to show what citizen investigators are saying, not adopted as facts. - Secondary compilation sites. Posts share needtoknow.news-style roundups claiming evidence ties Erika, Andrew Kolvet, Dan Flood, and other staff to the base (@KoolMLA). Secondary aggregators are not primary documents.
- Ongoing skepticism inside alternative media. @RealAlexJones (July 12, 2026) again dismissed “Fort Huachuca crap” (pairing it with “Flat Earth”). @LibertyKatJG and others list Huachuca among “all lies” alternate theories. That internal split matters: Huachuca is contested even among people who distrust the lone-gunman package.
Robinson is charged, not convicted. No U.S. service member or agency is found on this page to have planned or assisted the assassination.

Why investigators cluster these items
Taken together, citizen investigators treat the reported lieutenant-colonel gathering, the SAM-702 passenger list, the 99-0404 flight window, the signals lead, and the later JTF/AES sequence as a multi-indicator pattern placing intelligence-linked personnel near the event's timing. Each item is disputed in isolation, and routine explanations — ordinary VIP visits, unrelated training, coincidental scheduling — have not been ruled out. The honest ask here is transparency: FOIA and manifest disclosure to confirm or dispose of each lead rather than treating social-media threads as a verdict. Counter-Claims
- VIP military travel and lieutenant-colonel professional gatherings at the Army's intelligence school are routine and expected.
- Presence of a SAM / C-37A itinerary near an assassination date is a coincidence argument until a tasking document ties the trip to UVU or Kirk.
- Whistleblower meeting accounts are uncorroborated in court; names and ranks can be wrong.
- Interior carpet similarity is weak identification science.
- TPUSA personnel alibis (including Dallas-location counters in public debate) cut against some "everyone was at Huachuca" threads.
- No U.S. service branch has been shown in any court to have ordered Kirk's killing; this site makes no such finding.

- Full passenger manifests for SAM-702 and 99-0404 on September 7–9, 2025?
- Primary incident report documents for the Mitch Snow / Harry Myers account — authenticated scans with chain of custody?
- Which JTF unit is alleged to have been fired, on what orders, and with what personnel actions?
- FOIA responses from the Army Intelligence Center for visitor logs and conference room bookings September 8–9?
- Any official itinerary for Bradley Hansell that week released by DoD public affairs?
- Can the Cabot Phillips alibi location be fixed with independent geolocation beyond carpet photos?
