The assertions are in the post text, not in narration. The poster wrote:
Charlie Kirks murder could be a false flag gone wrong. Watch the video below, the bullet appears to hit a bulletproof vest on his chest and ricochet up into the neck. There's also an old man witness planted on Fox news who said he was shot in the heart. Why say that?
An hour and a half later the same account restated it in a reply: "Old man planted on Fox news saying kirk was shot in the heart immediately after the shooting. Who told him to say that? Watch the video below and you'll see the shot hits a vest and ricocheted into the neck. This thing is weird."
There are two distinct claims here and they need separating, because one is far more serious than the other.
The first is the vest-and-ricochet claim, identical in substance to the one made by @aducarrabh the same evening. It is an inference about what a projectile did, offered on the strength of a slowed video frame. Nothing in the material held here supports the vest premise it rests on.
The second is an allegation about a living private individual — an unnamed older man who gave an interview to Fox News — that he was "planted" and told what to say. The poster offers nothing whatever in support: no name, no evidence of any instruction, no basis beyond finding the man's account surprising. This site reports that the allegation was made and does not repeat it as anything more. There is no basis on this record to suggest that any interviewee said anything other than what he believed he saw, and early witness accounts differing about where a wound was are ordinary rather than sinister — several such accounts are documented and compared in the witness material.

The heart-versus-neck confusion in the first hours was real and widespread, and it arose from people at a distance describing a chaotic scene. Treating that confusion as evidence of coordination is the move this post makes, and it is not one the evidence supports.
