Project Constitution: Accounts Suspended for Engaging With Owens Posts

What This Video Is​

A 2 minute 49 second commentary vlog from the Project Constitution channel, held in the investigation's capture archive with no live permalink attached. The lower third identifies the channel as "Project Constitution / Charlie Kirk Investigator." It is a studio piece, not footage of any event: a host at a desk, a scrolling donation banner, and a run of screenshots shown in split screen against a waving-flag graphic. Treat it as a first-person report of what viewers sent in, not as an audit of platform enforcement.

What Is Said​

The host introduces himself directly: "Hey guys, it's me, Colin, Project Constitution." His claim is narrow and specific. He says he is "getting inundated with messages, with comments, with people telling me that their accounts are being locked, suspended, or banned, simply for either commenting on Candace's post or even just liking her post." He attributes it to "a coordinated effort behind the scenes with people and also using bots to mass report" the accounts of people who follow Candace Owens. He does not name who he thinks is behind it, and he offers no evidence of coordination beyond volume.

His remedy is a call to action rather than an accusation: tag Owens so she knows, and tag Elon Musk "because X needs to get involved and do something about this as well to stop this."

From about 0:46 he reads the individual cases. The first is a direct message from a user he calls Allie, whose on-screen handle appears as @alleytoofiles. He reads the notice she received: "We've temporarily limited some features on your account. You have determined this account violates X rules for violent speech." His account of what triggered it is that she replied to one of Owens' threads saying "that they should cancel Amerifest," the Turning Point USA event. The mismatch between that comment and a violent-speech finding is the whole of his argument.

From about 1:43 he shows a post by a user with the handle @MartinR1942763 reporting that accounts supportive of Owens had been suspended, and replies underneath it celebrating the removals. He closes at about 2:38: "There are a ton of people whose accounts are getting banned after commenting or liking Candace Owens' post... I hope other creators out there will call this out as well. This is not right."

Note what he does not say. He does not claim X itself targeted these accounts, and he does not claim any government body was involved. His stated theory is mass-reporting by other users and automated accounts, with platform enforcement responding to the volume.

What The Footage Shows​

Screenshots, and nothing else. Shot by shot: a static medium close-up of the host from 00:00 to about 00:45; a split screen with a direct-message thread on the right from about 00:46 to 01:31; a rapid slideshow of full-screen user complaints and platform notices from about 01:32 to 01:42; a second split screen carrying the @MartinR1942763 post to about 02:26; a further burst of mobile screenshots to about 02:37; and a return to the host for the close.

Every piece of evidence in the clip is a screenshot supplied by a third party and read aloud. None of it is a platform record, an appeal outcome, or a transparency report. What the footage establishes is that a set of users told this host they had been actioned and said why they believed it happened. Whether the stated reason was the actual reason cannot be checked from anything on screen.
