"We're out on a walk next day, September 9th. Charlie calls a meeting, a scheduled Zoom meeting, with two officials in Israel, one Jewish Defender of Israel in the United States. I'm in the room, with Charlie, Blake's in the room, Mikey's in and out. What do you think we're talking about, Jack? I know. We are talking about how the propaganda war against Israel is gaining ground, even though it's all lies and deception, and Charlie is asking these guys, how can I better defend the truth regarding Israel? Regarding this? You guys help me with that. That's right. I was in this meeting. It lasted 50 minutes. This idea that Charlie was giving up on Israel is false."
What The Clip Establishes
Four checkable specifics, all stated by Turek as things he witnessed rather than heard about:

- The duration — 50 minutes.
- Who was on the call — two officials in Israel, plus one person he describes only as "a Jewish Defender of Israel in the United States."

What it does not establish is any name for the two Israeli officials, any ministry or office, or who arranged the call. Turek supplies a participant count, not a participant list.
Why It Is Contested
The closing sentence is the argument: "This idea that Charlie was giving up on Israel is false."
That is a direct rebuttal to the September 8 donor group chat — the best-authenticated message set in the entire investigation, published as screenshots and confirmed genuine by TPUSA spokesman Andrew Kolvet — in which Kirk wrote in his own words that donor pressure was "leaving me no choice but to leave the pro-Israel cause."
Turek is describing a meeting; he is not producing a document. No recording, calendar entry, or Zoom log for the September 9 call has been published. The clip is one witness's characterization of a private meeting's purpose, offered inside a live dispute about what Kirk had decided. It is presented here as one side of that dispute, and it is a well-sourced side: Turek is the same witness who says Kirk texted him "I know they want me dead".
