It carries a single on-screen text overlay in the poster's own words -- that this is full, uncut, unedited footage they took on the day -- and nothing else. No music, no narration, no annotation.
The same filing caveat applies here as to the companion clip. The name promises a person in a black shirt with blood on their hands; the stored description of these ten seconds records no such person and no blood. What it records is crowd movement. The mismatch is noted rather than smoothed over.

Nothing coherent. The audio is a bed of screaming, shouting and indistinct chatter from a crowd in flight. The transcription recovers three fragments that sound like someone directing people nearby -- an instruction to get down, a word that may be "safe" or "inside", and "all right, let's go" -- but at this noise level none of that can be attributed to a specific person or treated as an account of anything.
What The Footage Shows
The camera starts at the top of a wide flight of concrete steps looking down over the plaza. Below and beyond is the crowd, several hundred people, with the grassy terrace and the event tents behind them; legible fragments of the tent branding read "AMERICAN" and "PROVE ME WRONG", which fixes the venue as the American Comeback Tour stop at Utah Valley University rather than the unrelated campus the automated description guessed at. A modern concrete and glass building runs up the left of the frame and a large evergreen bush blocks the right foreground.
Then people start running up the steps toward the lens and the operator retreats backward ahead of them, which is why the frame lurches. Individual people pass close: a young woman in a white shirt and yellow cap holding her phone, a man in a white shirt and dark shorts with a backpack, a man in a grey shirt and a backwards cap, a woman with a light blue backpack. By 0:06 the camera has tilted down to concrete and the tops of heads and the clip ends.
Its evidentiary value is narrow and real. It is a timestamped, uncut sample of how the crowd moved on this specific staircase in the first seconds, from a vantage point that most of the widely circulated footage does not cover.
