Sam Parker On A White Shape Moving On The Sorensen Center Roof
What This Video Is
Three minutes twelve seconds of narrated video analysis posted by Sam Parker. It is a purpose-built essay: zooms, loops, forward and reverse playback, side-by-side angle comparison, drone establishing shots and credited contributions from two other citizen researchers. The narrator is unseen; a second presenter, the researcher Keli Rabon, appears on camera in a composite shot.
Of everything in this cluster, this is the most methodologically transparent. Parker shows the wide frame first, marks the region he is going to enlarge, and only then enlarges it, which lets a viewer check that the zoom is where he says it is.
What Is Said
Parker opens by recalling the footage everyone already knows: "Remember this footage from inside the Hall of Flags where we saw a figure in black running away on top of the Losee Center back in the distance?" His claim is that a second thing is present in the same frame: "it turns out that there's another figure in this video, but we're going to have to zoom in and slow it down to show you."
He directs attention precisely: "At the very beginning of the video there's a figure or object in white right next to the window bar... That's what we're going to be watching, and see how it disappears, fades away on top of the roof." He then runs the sequence forwards and backwards so the appearance and disappearance can be watched in both directions.
He introduces a second, independent angle, credited to Keli Rabon, shot from on top of the Hall of Flags rather than inside it, and states the crux of the argument: "A white object or person appears and then disappears very quickly. But, you guys, this is on top of the Sorensen Building, not the Losee Center, where we're told that Tyler Robinson, or the shooter, was supposedly spotted. And remember, that person was wearing all black."
He is careful about the strength of his own claim: "I know. It's quick, but it is compelling."
Drone footage follows, and he explains why: "This is after the scene. So this is going to help us understand the lay of the land, and why this might have been an ideal perch for someone, maybe even a lookout spot. You be the judge."
His conclusion is put entirely as questions, which is the appropriate form for what the imagery can support: "Why is there something, or someone, on top of the Sorensen Center, moving away right after Charlie Kirk is killed?... And if there is a second person on a second roof, then what does that do to the Tyler Robinson narrative?"
He closes on a records question rather than a forensic one: "Why won't Utah Valley University release any video from any security cameras from that day?"
He credits Keli Rabon and another researcher by handle for spotting the anomalies.
What The Footage Shows
The source imagery is two recordings from the Hall of Flags area: one from inside, panning across the windows onto the crowd outside, and one from on top of the building. In both, at extreme digital magnification, a small pale speck is present near the distant roofline and then is not.
What can honestly be said about that speck is limited. It is a handful of pixels at very long range through window glass in the first angle. Parker's own presentation concedes the difficulty by having to loop it and reverse it before it is even perceptible. Whether it is a person, an object, a reflection off glass or a compression artefact is not resolvable from this footage, and the video does not claim otherwise.
Two elements are stronger. The first is the use of two independent angles: an artefact of one camera's sensor or encoding should not appear in a second camera's file, so a genuine two-angle correspondence would be meaningful. The second is the drone footage, which is ordinary aerial video of the campus after the event and does reliably establish the geometry of which roof overlooks what.
