What This Video Is​

Fifty-nine seconds, hand-held, vertical, carrying a TikTok watermark for the account @rynestimetwo and a burned-in text overlay reading "In the tunnel right after!"

This page has to begin with a correction rather than a description, because the correction is the most useful thing on it. This footage does not appear to be from Utah Valley University on September 10, 2025. It is filed in this section - a section about the vehicle parked behind the tent at UVU - and it does not belong here.

What is in frame is a crowd sheltering in a concrete underpass around a large black protective-detail SUV. Many attendees wear red "MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN" caps; several carry small American flags on wooden sticks; one cap reads "47." A woman in a white dress and heels is crouched on the concrete; a man in a summer suit jacket crouches beside her. Personnel in dark polo shirts and tactical trousers push the crowd back to clear a lane for the vehicle.

That is the composition of a national campaign rally with an executive protection detail, not a mid-day campus debate event. The automated visual description generated for the near-identical companion file in this same section identifies the scene explicitly as the aftermath of the July 13, 2024 incident at a rally in Butler, Pennsylvania. This page does not assert that identification as settled - the description is machine output and no independent confirmation has been made here - but the footage is plainly not the UVU plaza, and it should be treated as belonging to another event until someone establishes otherwise.

The file is also, to within a few seconds, a duplicate of the other tunnel clip in this section. Same watermark, same overlay, same shot order, same audio. Two copies of one capture.

What Is Said​

The audio is fragmentary crowd noise. What the transcription engine recovers is:

That is essentially all of it, and the middle of it is unreliable - the engine produces a clause about a gun in one pass over this file and a clause about a car in its pass over the duplicate, from the same audio. Neither should be quoted as anything anyone said. What can be stated honestly is that the recoverable speech is people calling to family members and trying to move, which is what an evacuating crowd sounds like.

  • 00:13 - 00:24. Tight, jostling movement through the crowd on both sides of the vehicle. Shouting and confusion.
  • 00:24 - 00:30. A wider pan showing the length of the underpass lined with people.
  • 00:30 - 00:58. The camera settles: the woman in the white dress crouched on the ground holding her shoes, the man in the suit jacket crouched beside her in a watchful posture. The clip ends there.

No one visible in this footage is named on this page. They are members of the public caught in an evacuation, and nothing about any of them is asserted here.

The value of keeping this file catalogued, despite the misfiling, is comparative. Investigations of this kind routinely accumulate footage from adjacent events, and a corpus that never notices when it has done so will eventually build an argument on the wrong afternoon. Marking the error is worth more than quietly deleting the file.
