Four Open Questions for the FBI - Slide Presentation
What This Video Is
Eleven minutes seventeen seconds. It is a narrated slide presentation, not footage: a four-quadrant diagram, flight-tracking screen captures, annotated aerial photographs, and a steady voiceover. There is no host on camera.
It is the most methodologically careful item in this section, and the reason is its framing. The narrator states the purpose in the first minute - "this is a request for all citizen investigators to provide any information that they can" - and closes it the same way: "we want the government to make this information public, because we think finding the real people behind any assassination can come from answering questions." The presentation is structured as a request for disclosure, not as a case.

What Is Said
The narrator walks four threads.
One: the campus centre. He notes that Utah Valley University hosts a Center for National Security Studies and asks whether it has any connection to the CIA. He then refers to seven people, identified in the presentation only by letters, who he says had public profiles connected to that centre, and says those profiles were taken down roughly two weeks after the assassination while citizen researchers were asking questions. His stated position on this is explicitly agnostic: "that doesn't imply any linkage to anything, but that may have something interesting to do with it." This page follows the presentation in not naming any of those individuals.
Two: search records. He refers to searches he says originated abroad for two names before the event, and immediately qualifies it: "that, of course, would not necessarily imply any guilt or any involvement."
Three: the aircraft. This is the substantive core. He identifies a spy plane by tail number - N1098L - of a type designed to launch and recover drones in flight, and walks its recorded track for September 10, 2025 using public flight data. The claims he makes about that track are specific and checkable:
- the aircraft crossed the state and flew a large loop near the lake adjacent to the university;
- it passed near the university twice, once about three hours before 12:23, and again about twenty-five minutes afterwards;
- its normal cruise for the day was around 500 knots at about 41,000 feet;
- at the low points of the loop it descended to about 203 feet above the water at about 116 knots - which he characterises as near stall speed for that airframe and consistent with the profile used for releasing or recovering drones.
He then repeatedly declines to draw the conclusion the data invites: "we don't know if they dropped off drones or picked up drones, but this is interesting." And later: "maybe the plane didn't drop any drones off."
Four: the drone sightings. He acknowledges that some circulating footage of supposed drones shows insects or birds, and argues that other clips show objects behaving in ways birds do not - sustained speed and vertical departures. He is emphatic that he is not alleging a drone fired anything: "it also does not imply that a drone shot any bullet." His interest is in whether an aerial platform was recording, and if so, who received the feed.
The disclaimers. They are unusually thorough and they are repeated at both ends of the presentation: "none of this is implying that any of these people knew about the assassination or were anywhere involved," and, of the flight crew specifically, "not implying the crew." He allows outright that "this all was probably coincidence." A page that quoted this video's flight data without those lines would be misrepresenting it.
What he asks for is narrow and concrete: that the FBI publicly confirm who was aboard the flight, what the flight was for, whether drones were present, and whether any recorded feed exists.

A note on the archive record: the automated visual description stored for this file characterises the subject as a "speculative" or "fictional" event. It is neither. The assassination of Charlie Kirk at Utah Valley University on September 10, 2025 is a documented fact, and that machine characterisation should be disregarded.
