What This Video Is
Eleven minutes seventeen seconds - the same duration, the same slides and the same narration as the other copy of this presentation in this section. A transcription of both files produces byte-for-byte identical text. This is the higher-quality render; the two are one recording, not two sources.
That is worth stating plainly at the top, because duplicate files inflate the apparent weight of a claim. One presentation exists here, not two.
The format is a narrated slide deck: a four-quadrant diagram, flight-tracking captures, annotated aerial photography, and a voiceover. No presenter appears on camera. The framing throughout is a request for the FBI to disclose records, not an assertion of what happened.
What Is Said
The narration is identical to the companion copy and is set out in full there. In brief, it walks four threads and attaches an explicit disclaimer to each.
- The campus centre. Utah Valley University hosts a Center for National Security Studies; the narrator asks whether it has any connection to the CIA, and refers to seven people - identified only by letters - whose public profiles he says were removed roughly two weeks after the assassination. He states that this "doesn't imply any linkage to anything." No individual is named in this presentation, and none is named on this page.
- Search records. Searches he says originated abroad for two names before the event, immediately qualified: "that would not necessarily imply any guilt or any involvement."
- The aircraft. The bulk of the presentation. Tail number N1098L, an airframe of a type built to launch and recover drones in flight, tracked on public flight data across September 10, 2025: a long loop over the lake beside the university, a pass roughly three hours before 12:23 and another roughly twenty-five minutes after, and two descents to about 203 feet above the water at about 116 knots against a normal profile of about 500 knots at about 41,000 feet. The narrator characterises the low, slow passes as consistent with drone release or recovery, then declines the conclusion: "we don't know if they dropped off drones or picked up drones, but this is interesting."
- The drone sightings. He concedes some circulating clips show insects or birds and argues others show objects moving in ways birds cannot. He states directly that he does not allege a drone fired anything, and that his interest is whether an aerial platform recorded the event and who would have received such a feed.
The closing is a list of specific disclosure requests: who was aboard, what the flight was for, whether drones were deployed, and whether recorded footage exists. The narrator's final position is that "this all was probably coincidence" and that the questions should nonetheless be answered.

The render quality is the practical difference between this copy and its twin. The flight-tracking readouts - altitudes, speeds, timestamps - are legible here in a way that matters if a reader wants to check the numbers against the public flight record rather than take them from the narration. For that purpose this is the copy to use.
