Merchant & Travel CCTV

Not every camera in the Tyler Robinson timeline is a doorbell or campus feed. Restaurants, gas stations, and sheriff's lobbies also appear in the released narrative — and in several cases the footage itself is disputed or reported missing.

Status: Tyler Robinson is Alive (in custody, charged, not convicted). Allegations about his movements are attributed to released timelines and commentary; we do not state guilt as fact.

Dairy Queen — Orem, 6:38 p.m.

The probable-cause timeline includes a 6:38 p.m. MDT sighting on CCTV at a Dairy Queen in Orem, roughly six hours after the shooting (source: investigation notes, [Charlie_Kirk.txt]).

Commentary from Candace Owens describes an unseen photo of Tyler Robinson at Dairy Queen — location cited as 813 E 800 N, Orem, UT 84097 — wearing maroon shirt, blue jeans, hat, and sunglasses, described as calm and unbothered. The site is about 17 minutes from campus by car.

Researchers ask:

  • Was there enough time between rooftop exit and Dairy Queen given the official route?
  • Who drove — and does vehicle footage exist for the trip south toward St. George that night?
  • Does the maroon shirt at Dairy Queen align with morning Ring footage but not rooftop UVU clothing?

These are timeline questions, not proof of innocence or guilt.

Cedar City Maverik — September 11 morning

On September 11, 2025, Tyler Robinson was reportedly captured on surveillance video at a Maverik gas station in Cedar City, Utah, around 7:15–7:17 a.m. (source: [Charlie_Kirk.txt]). This frame sits in the overnight drive south narrative after the shooting and before the evening surrender in Washington County.

The Maverik clip is a travel-corridor camera — not neighborhood or campus — but it is load-bearing for the claim that Robinson transited southern Utah by car on September 11.

Washington County Sheriff lobby — surrender CCTV

Government documents quoted in the investigation file state Tyler Robinson arrived at the Washington County Sheriff's Office with his parents at approximately 10:26 p.m. on September 10 (with booking and transport details on Washington County Sheriff).

Citizen-research commentary alleges the lobby CCTV showing Tyler walking in with his parents is "gone" or no longer available — a "double deletion" paired with claims that no body-worn camera footage exists from intake (see hearing account of Mr. Snow in [Charlie_Kirk.txt]).

If lobby video were preserved, researchers argue it would test whether Robinson was in custody without his phone before the disputed 7:57 p.m. Discord "I did it" message — a timeline thread on court/discord-evidence-court, not resolved here.

Why merchant CCTV matters

Ring, WYZE, and UVU surveillance build the morning-of story. Dairy Queen, Maverik, and sheriff lobby cameras test whether the afternoon and evening movements fit one continuous person — or whether gaps and missing files break the chain.
