What happened

David Hull (continued)

Walks the court through campus surveillance allegedly showing Robinson:

  • ~8:30 a.m. car into parking garage; courtyard/TPUSA interaction; leave ~9:25 a.m.
  • Return ~10:30 hour; food; wooded area; backpack missing on return; leave before 11 a.m.
  • ~11:53 a.m. different clothes, limp; rooftop run/crawl prone ~12:22 p.m. near shot time; escape to woods with object.
  • ~12:30 a.m. 09/11 vehicle stop on campus road — plate tied to Robinson/mother.

Hull also addresses crime-scene paving (learned via news, per citizen clips of testimony), discarded leads, and an unfired round on another roof attributed to an officer's rifle.

Jennifer Faumuina (SBI sergeant)

Search warrants; wooded-area rifle in towel; engraved rounds; Dremel and casings from residence; returns later in the week.

Amanda Bakker (FBI DNA — defense witness; only FBI live stand)

Called out of order after Faumuina's limited direct so the defense could examine the FBI report author (schedule accommodation — McBride on the record). Hours on mixture DNA (towel, screwdriver), "possible contributor" language, degradation, and FBI policy against absolute-ID / infallibility claims. Michael Burt leads the technical cross. No other FBI agent took the live stand this week.
