People on Witness Stand
Appearing on this roster means a person reportedly testified, had a recorded/Rule 1102 statement played or admitted, or is the subject of an open question about who was on the roof — not an accusation of crime. Tyler Robinson is charged, not convicted. All persons are presumed innocent. Rosters come from press, pool reporting, and hearing transcripts, and may be incomplete.

Transcript + press audit (July 2026): exactly seven people took the live stand and were examined. No other FBI special agents took the live stand; Amanda Bakker is the only FBI live witness. Defense called three forensic experts (Bakker, Karner, Oliver). Prosecution called four Utah LE witnesses (Bagley, Hull, Faumuina, Davis).
