Rick Cutler — the "Arm Puller" Label in Citizen Threads

Rick Cutler is a named TPUSA/event crew figure whom post-shooting video analysis labels the "brown shirt / arm puller" and alleges adjusted equipment near Charlie Kirk — including taking down a camera behind the stage. Both the label and the described actions are citizen-investigator interpretations of footage, not confirmed by any official source. Citizen threads ask whether that role was technical support or operational distraction. This page documents presence and attributed speculation only. We do not claim Cutler knew of the assassination, triggered a device, or committed any crime.

Interest in the stage crew exists because Charlie Kirk was killed while wired to that equipment, and the majority citizen conclusion on X is that an explosive at the microphone, not the rifle in the state's account, produced the wound.

What footage threads describe (not adjudicated)​

  • Reportedly pulled down or adjusted camera behind Charlie before or around the shot window

Pero "gesture control" speculation​

@RealTruthJustic (June 2026) compared Cutler's hand to a Pero wearable smart-mouse gesture trigger device. That is frame interpretation — not a product ID from law enforcement.

A separate @DanCampbel44604 image added severe accusations (shape charge, strangulation). CK_FILE records that text as unverified and not published on the public Mic page. We do not repeat those accusations here.

Background notes (public record / posts)​

  • Appears in Google Trends political-search clusters (July 2025) alongside other Utah figures in CK notes — unverified significance

Why he is in Distraction People (not People/Killer)​

Cutler is listed here because commentators slot event insiders who control cameras and stage access into distraction/insider-op theories — separate from rooftop Tyler. No charge ties him to the shooting.

Status: Alive (per public commentary). Not accused by this site of assassination involvement.

Defamation-safe note on extreme X accusations​

Some X posts name Rick Cutler together with other TPUSA/security figures and assert collective responsibility for Charlie Kirk's death (example pattern: lists including Neff, Kolvet, Turek, Harpole, Cutler, Erika Kirk). Those accusations are unverified public claims. This site does not adopt them as findings.
