Rick Cutler is a named TPUSA/event crew figure who appears in post-shooting video analysis as the "brown shirt / arm puller" who reportedly adjusted equipment near Charlie Kirk — including taking down a camera behind the stage. Citizen threads ask whether that role was technical support or operational distraction. This page documents presence and attributed speculation only. Pero "gesture control" speculation
@RealTruthJustic (June 2026) compared Cutler's hand to a Pero wearable smart-mouse gesture trigger device. That is frame interpretation — not a product ID from law enforcement.
