Foreign Phones at UVU (Sept 10, 2025)
The strongest foreign-presence data point in open-source threads is analyst Tony Seruga's (@TonySeruga on X) claim that raw GPS / SIGINT showed 44 foreign-registered cellphones in the immediate area when Charlie Kirk was shot at UVU on September 10, 2025:

Bumblehive deanonymization (claims)
Seruga tied the UVU count to NSA's Utah Data Center in Bluffdale (nicknamed Bumblehive), alleging proprietary algorithms can link burner phones to prior devices after ~30–60 days (Charlie_Kirk.txt Bumblehive notes). That would let investigators — if they chose — move from registration country to real owners. Whether that happened is an open question.
Benign explanations (acknowledged in threads)
Even skeptical commentators note:
- UVU hosts national-security and policy programs with international visitors
- Tourism, dual citizens, and synagogue traffic exist in the Provo/Orem corridor
- Foreign registration does not equal foreign-government operations
