Construction worker — Dylan Hope
At 785 College Dr (Charlie_Kirk.txt):
- Electrician / construction worker on site Sept 10
- Described man in black trench coat, cargo pants, greasy hair — matching early dispatch "all black tactical" language
- Crew shown photo by LE that did not match Tyler Robinson
We do not claim Hope's sighting identifies the shooter — it is one data point in Proof Not Tyler.
