SVG Slide Requirements — Law #4
Goal
Create an SVG file laid out like a PowerPoint slide. Match the visual

four law slides read as a coherent set.
Specifications

- Solid colors only
- No gradients
- No imagery (no photos, no illustrations, no icons from external sources)
- Palette must match

Layout
Reuse the same frame as law_1.svg:
- Large gold number badge on the left with the digit
4 - Vertical red divider between the badge and the right-side content
- Three stacked content blocks on the right
- Sub-headline above the blocks (gold)
- Caption below the blocks (white)
- Top title bar and bottom title bar, both red with gold accent stripes
Required text
Top of the frame
Text: Four Laws for Charlie Kirk Investigation
Bottom of the frame
Text: Law #4: Trusted Investigators
Sub-headline above blocks
Text: INDEPENDENT INVESTIGATORS
Three content blocks (top to bottom)
These are the three Designated Trusted Investigators highlighted in the public-facing summary of Law 4. Each leads an embedded FBI team and an embedded Intelligence Community team with full file access and the power to publicly release findings:
- CANDACE OWENS
- DAVE SMITH
- TUCKER CARLSON
Caption below blocks
Text: Civilian-Led. Full Access. Public Findings.
Notes
Anything else inside the frame is open to design choice, but it must stay
within the solid-color / no-gradient / no-imagery constraint, and it must
visually match the proportions and rhythm of law_1.svg.
Interesting In This Area
- Law 4 is the subject: named civilians with their own government teams.
- The audit counts six teams and a fifteen-year obstruction penalty.
- Slide one and slide two cover the disclosure halves.
- The launch article is where the four slides become one package.
Interesting In Other Areas
- Aircraft movements around Provo are among the enumerated disclosure items.
- The Israel section is where prior disclosure laws historically failed hardest.
- Drone activity over the campus is a separate Schedule A category.
- Fort Huachuca searches reportedly spiked before September 9.
