Additional Disclosure Items to Consider (Beyond the 213)

Status: Items below are NEW leads found in the investigation file (Bkup_Charlie_Kirk.txt) that do not appear to be adequately covered by existing items #1-#213 in the current laws. These should be considered for addition.

New Items to Consider Adding​

#214: French Foreign Legion Training Connection​

All records relating to Candace Owens's claim, sourced from a high-ranking French government official, that Charlie Kirk's assassin trained with the French Foreign Legion's 13th Brigade with "multi-state involvement." All records of French legionnaires present in the United States from August 2-25, 2025 (a 3-week training exercise in California), and whether any continued to Camp Ripley, Minnesota for a subsequent civilian-military training exercise. All records connecting any French legionnaire to Utah or to any person connected to the investigation.

#215: Club des Cent / French Assassination Payments​

All records relating to payments allegedly routed through the Club des Cent (Paris elite group) for assassination operations, including any $1.5 million payment to a bank in Canada for an assassination team consisting of an Israeli operative and a French-Canadian, as alleged by Candace Owens. All records from FinCEN, Treasury, and intelligence agencies tracking international wire transfers from French entities to Canadian bank accounts connected to any person or entity linked to the Charlie Kirk investigation or threats against Candace Owens.

#216: Arcadi Gaydamak / "Jonathan Schmidt" Relocation to Tennessee​

All records relating to Arcadi Gaydamak, a Russian-Israeli billionaire and convicted arms trafficker with alleged French intelligence ties, who reportedly relocated to the Nashville/Brentwood/Franklin, Tennessee area in June 2025 under the alias "Jonathan Schmidt," taking a position at Root Brands. All records of his immigration status, communications with any intelligence service, and any connection to the alleged assassination plot against Candace Owens or the Charlie Kirk investigation.

#217: CIA Physically Blocked by FBI from Investigating​

All records relating to CIA personnel being physically blocked by the FBI from participating in or advancing aspects of the Charlie Kirk investigation, including the incident described by Mike Glover (former Special Operations veteran) on the "Mike Drop" podcast (Episode 270), in which CIA agents were reportedly turned around at an airport and prevented from continuing their mission. All records of this incident being reported up the chain of command to the Oval Office and any response or lack thereof. All records of inter-agency conflict between FBI and CIA regarding the Charlie Kirk investigation.

#218: Kash Patel Blocking NCTC / Tulsi Gabbard Investigation Efforts​

All records relating to FBI Director Kash Patel's efforts to block, limit, or control the National Counterterrorism Center (Joe Kent) and DNI (Tulsi Gabbard) investigation into foreign government involvement in Charlie Kirk's death. All records of Patel being "very mad" that Joe Kent "went through FBI material" on this case. All communications between the FBI Director's office and NCTC/ODNI regarding scope limitations on the investigation. All records relating to the Reuters/Daily Mail UK report that "Trump administration officials were worried that Kent's probe into foreign interference could provide ammunition to Robinson's defense lawyers."

#219: Stingray / IMSI Catcher Surveillance at TPUSA Events​

All records relating to the deployment of IMSI catcher ("Stingray") devices at TPUSA events, specifically at UVU on September 10, 2025 and at other TPUSA events including "Make Heaven Crowded Tour" stops. Who authorized deployment, what data was collected, where the data was sent, and whether TPUSA was used as a mass surveillance operation to harvest attendee phone identifiers and movement paths. All records of any entity -- US or foreign -- receiving data from such devices at TPUSA events.

#220: Carbyne (Epstein/Ehud Barak-Linked) 911 System in Orem/Provo​

All records relating to the deployment and operation of Carbyne, an Israeli-developed AI-powered 911 emergency response system with ties to Jeffrey Epstein and former Israeli PM Ehud Barak, in Orem, Provo, and Salt Lake City, Utah. All records of Carbyne's capabilities being used on September 10, 2025, including live GPS tracking, real-time audio/video extraction, and metadata capture from any device in the Provo/Orem area. All records of any data collected by Carbyne during the assassination and who received that data.

#221: Pierre du Pont / Billion-Dollar TPUSA Partnership Offer​

All records relating to Justin Streiff (TPUSA COO) placing a phone call to a person believed to be Pierre du Pont (du Pont family) immediately after Charlie Kirk was shot. All records of any billion-dollar business partnership proposed to TPUSA in the 48 hours before or after the assassination. All records of any company called "On Read Upon" or "Redepant" or similar name connected to the du Pont family. All phone call records for Justin Streiff on September 10, 2025.

#222: Ermiya Fanaeian / AQSLC Investigation Connection​

All records relating to Ermiya Fanaeian, leader of AQSLC, who was reportedly under FBI investigation for potential association with the assassination and/or involvement with Tyler Robinson and his associates. All records of her connections to the Utah Global Diplomacy program, UN Sustainable Development Goals advocacy, and any radical activist networks in the Provo/Orem area. All records of any FBI investigation into whether she or her organization had contact with Tyler Robinson or Lance Twiggs.

#223: Bomb Scare at Utah Valley Hospital Simultaneous with Shooting​

All records relating to a bomb scare at Intermountain Health Utah Valley Regional Hospital (the closer, higher-level trauma center) that reportedly occurred at the same time Charlie Kirk was shot, and whether this bomb scare diverted Kirk to the less capable Timpanogos Regional Hospital instead. All records of who called in the bomb threat, all 911 operator records, and whether any NDAs were signed by hospital staff in connection with this event. All records of any coordination between the bomb scare and the shooting.

#224: TPUSA Secret Stock Market Investment Division​

All records relating to a secret TPUSA branch discovered by Charlie Kirk that allegedly funneled $5+ million over 4 years into "stock market funds for employees" with zero listed employees. All tax filings (filed late), financial records, and IRS investigation files related to this entity. All records of whether this constituted money laundering or a slush fund, and whether Kirk's discovery of this branch and his "DOGE audit" request contributed to the motive for his assassination.

#225: State Farm Stadium Pre-Rented in May 2025​

All records explaining why TPUSA rented State Farm Stadium (used for Charlie Kirk's memorial service) in May 2025, approximately four months before the assassination, when no other events were planned or on their schedule. All communications and contracts between TPUSA and State Farm Stadium regarding this booking. Whether this was a preplanned memorial venue.

#226: Utah Governor Cox Post-Assassination Meetings with Egypt and France​

All records relating to Utah Governor Spencer Cox's closed-door meetings on September 23, 2025 (13 days after the assassination) with Egyptian Ambassador Motaz Zahran (11:30 AM) and French Consul General Florian Cardinaux (3:30 PM) at the Utah State Capitol Gold Room. All records of what was discussed, who else attended, and why these meetings were not publicly disclosed. All communications between Governor Cox's office and any foreign government regarding the Charlie Kirk case.

#227: Superfeed Technologies / TPUSA Geofencing and Data Harvesting​

All records relating to Superfeed Technologies (board members include TPUSA Action COO Tyler Bowyer and Lori Frantzve, Erika Kirk's mother), and its use at TPUSA events including Charlie Kirk's Arizona memorial to collect attendee data (phone identifiers, locations, demographics). All records of whether data collected by Superfeed was shared with any foreign government or intelligence service, including Israel. All FARA filings and records of Israeli-government-funded entities (including "Faith by Works" and "Friends of Zion") geofencing American churches to push propaganda to congregants' phones.

#228: Erika Kirk Security Stand-Down Order​

All records relating to allegations from a TPUSA insider whistleblower that Erika Kirk issued a security stand-down order at the UVU event, told Charlie Kirk's security detail to refuse cooperation with law enforcement, and replaced trusted staff with unfamiliar faces who allegedly had intelligence backgrounds. All communications between Erika Kirk and any security personnel, TPUSA staff, or external parties in the 72 hours before the assassination regarding security arrangements.

#229: Tyler Robinson at Center for Anticipatory Intelligence (CAI) at Utah State University​

All records relating to Tyler Robinson's enrollment or involvement with the Center for Anticipatory Intelligence (CAI) at Utah State University, a CIA-affiliated research hub that received $2.4M in US-Israel research funding and was led by former CIA personnel. All records of Robinson's activities during the approximately 4 years of his past that are unaccounted for, and whether he was recruited, surveilled, or handled through any program affiliated with CAI or any intelligence service.

#230: Jailhouse Snitch Jaxson Thomas Fox and Israeli Google Searches​

All records relating to Jaxson Thomas Fox, an inmate transported to Tyler Robinson's hearing to potentially serve as a jailhouse informant. All records of Google Trends data showing Israeli IP addresses searching for "Jaxson Thomas Fox" as early as November 2023 and on YouTube from May 18-24, 2025. All records of who arranged for Fox to be placed near Robinson, whether any plea deal or reduced sentence was offered, and all communications between prosecutors and Fox.

#231: El-Sisi / Macron / CENTCOM Meetings Around Assassination Date​

All records relating to the timeline of Egyptian President El-Sisi's communications with French President Macron (August 20, September 15, September 20) and his meeting with the USCENTCOM Commander (September 8 -- two days before the assassination). All records of whether these communications discussed Charlie Kirk, TPUSA, or any operation in Utah. All records identifying the RCH 702 / SAM flight and its connection to Bradley Hansell (Under Secretary of Defense for Intelligence and Security), whose office booked the flight from Andrews to Colorado Springs to Tucson to Fort Huachuca.

#232: Tyler Robinson Family Belief in Innocence​

All records relating to Tyler Robinson's family members' statements (made face-to-face at the January 16th hearing) that they do not believe Tyler committed the assassination. All records of Tyler Robinson's reported statement that he "didn't do it but knows who did but won't say because it would endanger the family." All records of whether Robinson has attempted to cooperate, provide information about other participants, or negotiate any deal in exchange for identifying actual perpetrators.

#233: Prosecution Conflict -- Chief Deputy's Daughter at Scene​

All records relating to the conflict of interest created by the Chief Deputy County Attorney's 18-year-old daughter being present approximately 85 feet from Charlie Kirk when the shot was fired, her real-time texting to her father during the event, and the law enforcement protection she received afterward. All records of Utah County Attorney Jeff Gray's decision not to recuse despite this conflict, and all communications within the prosecution team about this issue.

#234: Rooftop Runner Timing -- Shot Fired While Suspect Was Running​

All records and complete unedited video footage from UVU rooftop cameras showing the suspect's movement on the Losee Center roof. The prosecution released video starting at 12:23:34 PM, but citizen analysis indicates the suspect began running at approximately 12:23:28 PM while the shot was fired at 12:23:30 PM -- meaning the suspect was already running and NOT in a firing position when the shot hit Charlie Kirk. All unedited footage from before 12:23:34 PM that was deliberately trimmed from the public release, and all records of who made the decision to trim this footage.

#235: Terryl Farnsworth's Immediate "He's Dead" Declaration​

All records relating to Terryl Farnsworth, the TPUSA executive who secured SD cards after the shooting, declared "They just shot Charlie" at 00:52 and "He's dead" at 01:06 (approximately 73 seconds after the shot) before any medical professional had examined Kirk. All records of how Farnsworth knew Kirk was dead before medical examination, his relationship with Michael Olbert (his brother-in-law who was in charge of equipment when Charlie died), and whether their presence at this specific campus event (where Farnsworth had never attended a campus stop before or since) was preplanned.

#236: Skyler Baird -- "Eyewitness" to VIP at Memorial​

All records relating to Skyler Baird, an individual positioned directly behind Charlie Kirk's head when the shot was fired, who gave four interviews claiming to be a random bystander but who moved from the back of the crowd to the front row moments before the shooting. All records of how Baird subsequently obtained a media badge and VIP front-row seating at Charlie Kirk's memorial service at State Farm Stadium (despite claiming he probably couldn't get in), while having a Facebook profile with 2.4K followers, 7 posts, no content history, and a "digital creator" tag. All records of any connection between Baird and any intelligence service, event production company, or TPUSA insider.

#237: Emmanuel Beerer -- Pre-Selected "Eyewitness" Found in Salt Lake City​

All records relating to Emmanuel Beerer, a German national and former Oracle software engineer who claimed to be in the UVU crowd but cannot be identified in any crowd photographs or videos. All records of how PBS, CNN, MSNBC, and other major networks tracked Beerer down at his Salt Lake City apartment (45 minutes from campus) within hours of the shooting instead of interviewing the hundreds of students still on campus. All records of whether Beerer was pre-selected, pre-prepped, or provided to media as an "eyewitness" to support the official narrative.

Notes​

These items (#214-#237) were identified by comparing the full investigation notes (Bkup_Charlie_Kirk.txt) against the existing 213 items in Law 1. Each represents a distinct lead, person, or category of evidence that is either not covered at all or not adequately specified in the current disclosure requirements. Some items partially overlap with broader existing categories but contain specific enough details that they warrant explicit enumeration to prevent agencies from claiming the broader category doesn't require this specific disclosure.
