Human Requirements: Law 3 - Require Investigation
Core Requirement
Require the FBI, all law enforcement agencies, and U.S. intelligence services to actively investigate the death of Charlie Kirk. Not just disclose existing files -- but conduct a real, thorough investigation. Charlie Kirk was assassinated in public on September 10, 2025, and charging one man has not produced answers about how he was killed; the Tyler Robinson prosecution is a criminal case against a single defendant, not the broad investigation this law would compel.
